Interests and ideas

I know this is a huge post but please read it through. I like to detail everything up front about what I like but am fairly flexible if you'd like to discuss other things and please tell me things you are into and limits. And I think some people may enjoy the descriptions in it as well.

First and foremost realism and detail is everything not like bloody gory detail but the sight sounds smells feelings all that is great. Also by realism it doesn't need to be 100% like while I'm on the table you can make me squirt or play with my boobs or if I'm playing a male make me ejaculate.

Also I'm ONLY looking for online text roleplay I am fine with you sending me pics or video or even audio but I'm shy and awkward so I will probably stick to text chat with some pics here and there

Of course I'm into med fet but more specifically I'm into surgical fetish things. It's something about being there in the most vulnerable position you've probably ever been in almost totally naked except for a thin hospital gown and bouffant cap covering your body surrounded by what is basically total strangers but knowing that all those total strangers are there for you to help you and care for you. Another fetish of mine is anesthesia and intubation. Again in that same environment you're nervously waiting for things to start then a woman wearing a surgical mask and bouffant cap comes into view and places a rubber mask over your face and asks you to count back from 100 then once you drift off to sleep they put the et tube down your throat and take full control but maybe they cant or dont want to do general anesthesia so they decide on an epidural or spinal block so you are fully aware of your surroundings but cant move or feel anything happening to you. Now one of the BIGGEST things I'm into is surgical prep. Now that you're under and intubated the nurses start their work. They take the gown off you so you are 100% naked first they shave any and all body hair in the surgical area and start a catheter. if you're a male patient they would grab your penis and stretch it out maybe even give you a hard on so it's easier to put in or if you're a female patient they'll spread the labia as far apart as possible to get a clear view of the urethra then they take the iodine or other sterilizing solution and spread it around the area until it is fully sterilized then they inject the lube and insert the hard plastic tube into your bladder. Then once that's in they position you like if you are having a procedure done in your rectum they may put you in the jackknife position where you're flipped on your belly and your knees are positioned under you so your butt is in the air or in everyone's favorite the lithotomy position where your legs are in stirrups up and spread eagle so the surgical staff can get a view of your most private areas. Now the surgical tech comes in to spread more sterilizing solutions on the area they're operating on. If it's a rectal or vaginal case they need to make absolutely sure everything is clean so they get as far inside as possible so normally they would use a sponge stick to start on the outside of wherever their working on but Maybe to get as deep as possible they might just grab a handful of swabs and use their gloved hand to get every bit of the inside as possible or if it's something like a breast surgery they cover your whole Torso in the solution and as your breasts jiggle underneath their iodine soaked gloves as they make sure every bit is clean. Then this is the other one of my favorite parts is the surgical attire. So like the Anesthesia provider and nurses aren't sterile so they just wear bouffant caps surgical masks and scrubs sometimes with scrub jackets over it and they normally use normal exam gloves like nitrile or latex but if they are doing a sterile procedure like putting in an epidural or spinal block or a catheter they need to use sterile or surgical gloves. The sterile team members of course are sterile so the doctor and surgical tech wear all that plus a sterile gown and gloves and usually wear some sort of eye protection may it be just normal glasses or a mask with a visor or even in like an ortho case a full sterile hood with face shield. I LOVE the variety in mask and eye protection types and most importantly the different gloves styles my favorite being brown ortho gloves but I just love every type of glove let alone the different scrubs, bouffant cap, or even gown colors and styles. Now once the doctor comes in from scrubbing they get help putting on their gown and gloves by the surgical tech and those two start to drape you so only the area they are working on Is visible to them. And the surgery can begin. Now here's one of the things I don't fully like is super gory detail. I don't mind the mentioning of blood but going into every bit of detail Is just a turn off for me. Now once the procedure is done they get you bandaged up and take off everything leaving in only the catheter so you are once again fully naked in the room still intubated and unaware before finally they start waking you up asking you questions like can open your eyes? or can you give a thumbs up? and if you can they extubate you before wheeling you back to post op. Now there's one more that I leave for the end because this can be either you love it or hate it but I'm into resuscitation again being worked on vigorously by people who barely know me but they care about me is awesome to me. Like you flateline during a procedure and everyone starts rushing to get drugs and the defibrillators as the doctor or scrub Tech start compression and your breast jiggle under their gloves as they rhythmically press on you and then they attach the defib and yell CLEAR before you jolt up in the air from the electricity and after a few rounds of it you finally come back but they have to postpone the surgery and keep you for observation. This is absolutely something I can do without though so if you don't want it we can leave it aside.

So now I want to post one of my biggest fantasies: I come in for a huge plastic surgery procedure. I'm getting both a vaginoplasty and breast augmentation. I come in for the pre op the day of the surgery to discuss with my doctor about breast sizes and how tight I want my vagina. Then I get all undressed and into the patient gown and cap then a nurse gets me ready and gets me back into the OR. Once back there and on the table the doctor comes in but also has a med student she asks if it's alright if the student scrubs in and I reluctantly agree. They go to scrub in and I'm sedated and intubated then the nurses prep and position me in the lithotomy position. From here on out I play the med student and you would still be the doctor guiding me through the procedure. After we get gowned and gloved we drape the patient and you ask if I've ever done a pelvic exam to which I say no you invite me to do a full pelvic exam before we start so I do with you teaching me through it. Then you start the surgery. you get through the vaginoplasty teaching me as you go showing me things, having me retract, etc. and we change gloves before starting the breast augmentation. As you are about to begin the anesthesiologist say the patients o2 is dropping along with her heart rate you stop to see if it comes back up but it keeps going down until finally the patient codes. Everyone scrambles to get everything ready to bring her back and you ask for one of the nurses to read the chart for allergies as you begin cpr and come to find out the patient is allergic to latex. So you stop cpr. You tell one of the nurses to get non latex gloves on and take over cpr while you and I get new non latex surgical gloves on. As we finish re gloving the defibs are ready and you grab them and start to defib the patient between shocks I take over cpr. After a few rounds we get her back and you tell them you are postponing the rest of the surgery and you start getting the patient ready for transport taking her out of the stirrups, taking off the drapes and extubating her.
