Now the routine, I get some enema session each week, to ensure not soiling to much the diapers while cathed. Usually, it's a serie of 2 or 3L bags until clear water is released, taken with a double balloon rectal catheter to help holding it some time. But yesterday, it was a bit different, and had tried a so called colonic. I've made a long tube (3m), have rounded the tip, and had connected to the shower. while water running out, I'd inserted the tube, feeling it moving inside my colon, the most deeper possible. I took some 2m inside ! What a feeling! Water fill the colon, but without cramps. Each time water was released, it will becomes clearer. I've repeated the process for about 40 minutes. The last filling was held for 20 minutes, and released... clear !

After all, what I've enjoy the best is the insertion of tube, feeling it moving inside me... Some kind of disconfort, but mixed with great pleasure...

Sure, I'l do it again, and again, again !!!
