Physical exam experience 6/21/21

I had a physical with a new doctor scheduled. I am always the most nervous about the genital and hernia exam because I find it humiliating to be required to show my penis to a stranger on command. I have a nice size under normal circumstances which makes it extremely frustrating that I shrivel with the anxiety of the exam situation. I am also a tall, thin guy, 6’4” and 185 lb, so a lot of people would expect me to have a large penis. Since I think Drs remember outliers as to penile appearance, I hate the idea of being remembered as “the tall guy with the small dick.” I decided to go with low dose Cialis before the exam with the hope that it would counteract my anxiety and keep me at my normal size. I also know from using it when I anticipate a sexual encounter, that it does not cause an erection, but just makes erections better when I am stimulated. I took a 5 mg Cialis on Sunday morning and on Monday morning before a 9 AM Monday physical. I selected the pair of white briefs I was going to wear for my physical on Sunday. I modeled briefs in front of a mirror to find some that were the most revealing of the appearance of the penis and testes as well as the pair that came down the smoothest if a genital exam was done. I wore them as well as a dress shirt, dress slacks, loafers with no socks, and belt to the appointment. (A friend on zity had the experience of having the dr take down his pants for him and I wanted to wear pants with a belt to make this as awkward as possible just in case this dr used that style.)

The dr who did my exam, came into the exam room while I was completely clothed, reviewed the medical history I completed on the insurance company’s Website, and then told me to “get stripped down to your undershorts, while I step out for a few minutes.” It took me less than a minute to get everything off and gave me time to get my junk adjusted for the best appearance and so everything would fall out cleanly if I had to drop the briefs. There was a mirror on the back of the door, so I was able to check myself out. The great news was that the Cialis was working and my penis was hanging nice and long and plump and my balls were hanging instead of being pulled up tight like they usually do with an exam. I pulled the fronts of my briefs down and separated my scrotum from my thighs and the underside of my penis and tucked them back into the briefs so the profile of the penis was visible through the fabric and the glans was behind a single layer of fabric outside the double thickness of the front panel. When the dr came back after about five minutes, I was seated on the side of the exam table. He did a fairly brief exam which included eyes, ears, throat, felt my neck, listened to heart and lungs, did a neurological exam and did reflexes. Then he pulled out the foot extension on the table and had me lie back for check of the pulses in my legs and feet and then the abdominal exam. That is when you always guess things are about to get interesting. He palpated and listened to my abdomen and then told me to sit up as he pushed in the foot extension of the table and pulled out the step at the base of the table. He reached for and begin putting on exam gloves and said “stand here on the step and drop your shorts.” I felt the empty feeling in the pit of my stomach but actually looked forward to this part. I quickly pulled my briefs down to about mid thigh as my penis and balls dropped out. The penis was hanging nice and full and plump and my balls were hanging down. I usually have to pull the roll of skin back from the corona but this time the glans was fully exposed and the circumcision scar visible on the shaft. I was very proud of what I had to show the dr. It was enjoyable seeing him check the meatus and then move to palpating the balls and sticking each index finger up through the scrotum into the inguinal canals and saying “turn your head and cough” for each side. Then it was “turn around and face the table and lean on your elbows so I can do a rectal exam.” I realized at the time that this was an especially effective position for the rectal since standing on the step rather than on the floor caused my buttocks to be much higher than my shoulders which resulted in the buttocks being separated and causing the anus to be exposed. it was not necessary for the doctor to spread one cheek to get exposure to the anus. I felt the finger go in and penetrate my anus and then got the sensation of the prostate being palpated. Then he told me I could get dressed and leave because the insurance company was taking care of the charges and they would contact me but that “everything was fine with the exam. I left the office not embarrassed but pleased. I went home and masturbated to the memory.
