We are free to choose our actions, . . . but we are not free to choose the consequences of these actions.
Stephen R. Covey”
A favorite quote of mine. It applies to countless decisions, beliefs, actions, behavior, how we treat ourselves, others, our self talk, our self care, expanding our horizons, our ability to have courage and trust others, doing what is best for ourselves to move forward or remain stuck and miserable and suffer. When one chooses to not do anything, have a pity party, one is still making a choice. One either flys and soars with growth in the face of terror and fear to conquer the fears and challenges or they stagnate, sink and die. What choice do you choose?
Inspiration for this blog comes from incredible friends, friends who work in mental health, life coaching and life architecture. One in particular who is a shaman and works as a life architect/life coach. We all have the most incredible conversations.
