I can't emphasize this enough. The way things are in the world right now please check in on those you care about daily, weekly, monthly. Unless your extremely close to people you dont know all battles they are fighting. Sometimes its easier to hide things from others and then one thing builds on top of another and soon your drowning in a huge storm. I can speak from experience its nice to know others care.
