Giving This a Shot
So...Not really sure where to start. It's pretty funny, if you've read my posts, then you already know a lot more about me than my family and close 'real life' friends do, but you still don't even know my real name (omunious, isn't it?). I'm still kind of hesitant about what to put online, especially on open forums like this, even if it is only members that can see this. Well I'll tell you this much:
1. My real name starts with an R. (keep guessing and you probably won't get it, but it's still fun to try right...maybe?)
2. I'm younger than you'd probably guess. (that's a tough one, I mean what would you really guess...seriously, I'm curious?)
3. I like to uses ellipsi (the '...' things.(yes, gramatically it should be ellipsises, but I like elipsi better))
4. Some days I'm very sarcastic (today kind of). Some days I'm pretty down (a little today, but not much). Some days I rant, and complain a lot (most days actually). It's tough to find a day when I'm very very happy (you can try though if it makes you feel better).
Guess that's about all you need to know about me for now. Like I said, I'm giving this a shot, so I'll keep this up for a bit, and then see how I like it. The summer will be easier for me to keep this going (if I chose to), it's a little less crazy for me (hint, hint. Wink, wink). Okay, if you've read this much, you deserve a prize, so...I don't know, go get an ice cream cone or something, you deserve it!
Oh, and number 4.5: I like random quotes a lot. Mostly philosphical people, or literary figures, but probably my all time favorite is from Samuel Beckett (he wrote a bunch of sick plays and books, Waiting for Godot, anyone?). Well if I keep this, up, I figure at least I can get people thinking a little too (I know, thinking!) So I'm going to end with a quote:
'Ever Tried. Ever Failed. No Matter. Try Again. Fail Again. Fail Better.'
Now, go get that ice cream and ponder that.

Fly Fisher,
Hmmm. I've always been a fan of Waiting for Godot. Anyway, I recall quoting philosopher Martin Heidegger one night. It was late, we were drinking vodka martinis. I quoted a line from Being and Nothingness. 'The being of a being is always being.' My friend retorted, 'A horse is a horse, of course of course.' Mr. Ed. End of conversation!
