Withering Away
I have been on the COVID-19 diet for almost three months now. I'm not fat, certainly not obese, but I've managed to lose about 10 pounds in the first month and keep it off to this day.
I attribute it to snacks no longer being in my desk drawer and having to walk farther to bathroom at home than at work. If/when I go back to work, we will see if my theory is correct because there is more food in the house.
What has been your experience?

Kudos to you for exercising more. You do know muscle is denser and heavier than fat? You can lose fat and drop a belt notch and still not be "lighter" even though you are more fit.
I dropped one full belt notch and could go a second if I wanted it snug.

I have a greater need to lose weight than you do. When WFH started I committed to raise my exercise level using my normal commute time for additional exercise. According to my fitbit I have been adding 20,000 additional steps per week. Unfortunately since my wife is also working from home she is cooking every day and I am eating more. To date I have lost a total do 1 pound. I need to stop eating! Congrats on losing and keeping off the 10 pounds.
