Idle Time?
Admittedly this lockdown time for Covid-19 is getting pretty old. There are only so many times that I can vacuum the house, clean the bathrooms, do the laundry, and bake. Our house has never looked so clean and I'm starting to think that I'm developing a cleanliness fetish. Daytime TV is boring and I'm convinced that I'll see my IQ drop if I watch much more of it. My husband has been doing chores outside, but in particular he ripped the deck off the back of the house and is busy installing a brick patio. It keeps him busy I suppose.
So here was the issue, I didn't feel like reading any more of the book I started and couldn't find any free online university courses. I'd already gone through the listings and decided that Educational Psychology nor Introduction to Calculus was going to capture my imagination today. Now you're going to wonder why it took me so long to figure this out, but I decided to head to the bathroom with a glass of chardonnay and my enema bag (I'm not at the lake so the enema can wasn't to be). Two quarts of warm water and baking soda felt really good especially since I took it very slowly. Then after expelling it I soaked in our jacuzzi tub for nearly an hour. The result was that I was now squeaky clean both inside and out. Oh no, maybe I do have a total cleanliness fetish!
