I like a nice warm day. Not really hot but where you can work up a sweat without fearing sun stroke. Then, as the sun goes down, the breeze blows through the trees and the shade creeps across the land. I love this time of year.
Some days though, you get so hot that you need to cool down faster than drinking a gallon of water can provide. On those days I take a cool enema. It brings the core temp down quickly and rehydrates. This is not a two quart flushing enema, it is simply a quart of cool water, not cold. Add a bottle of gatorade orally and a cool cloth on your neck and it really gets me back to feeling fine.
Anyone else use a small, cool enema for temperature reduction?
