Stone Soup

A traveler come to a village carrying nothing more than an empty cooking pot. Upon his arrival the traveler goes to a stream and fills the pot with water then drops a large stone in it before placing it over a fire. One of the villagers becomes curious and asks what the stranger is doing. The traveler answers that he is making "stone soup", which tastes wonderful.

The villager peers into the simmering pot and says, "Good luck with that."
