We decided that we'd do something a bit different this year for Thanksgiving and travel to the coast and to the condominium that we have rented in recent years during the summertime vacations. More importantly, we decided to take the entire week at "our" condo. As noted this past summer with my "month of enemas" series, this condo has an additional bathroom where I can now bring a selection of my enema equipment and enjoy a series of enemas during the week. For me, it will be a week of running over flat ground, some work, some relaxation, and some spending time with family members. I'm not trying to do an enema a day as I did during the summer, but I will get several in during our week long vacation.
A two-liter coffee enema, a one-liter addition to the original coffee enema for a total of three-liters and a 40-minute hold time. Water rinse of four liters. Initially used the Model-B and stepped up the DBLBL-3X to finish infusing coffee and water. The images shared with the blog are from this morning enema.

Filled my red and clear open top bags with 4.2 liters each. The red bag had a single balloon catheter attached and served up a nice, warm, and soapy enema. After the solution had time to work, I released it. I inserted and inflated the double balloon catheter nozzle and then started the second enema. It was a bicarbonate soda enema. With things well flushed out, it flowed in relatively easily and was calming to the colon. Since the soapy enema had done such a good job of cleaning me, the bicarbonate enema was relatively clear.

Took a relatively small (2.2 liter) enema the night before the road race. Plain water.

I arose early to prepare for a 5K race (Turkey Trot). It was somewhat chilly even though the breeze was blowing in from the ocean. Still, the temperature was in the range where it was tough to choose the proper running clothing for an intense run. I ran at exactly the same average pace as the last 5K I ran (more than 5 minutes slower than my best pace about two years ago...gotta lose some weight). It was back to the condo after the race. We eventually went to our Thanksgiving dinner. Tried not to overeat.
We came back in the early evening. I flushed myself out with a single fill and emptying with 3.6 liters of warm water. This was the conclusion of my Thanksgiving vacation enemas. We'd be heading home over the weekend.
