As you might know, I'm exploring nipple-clamps - I'm not onto weights yet, but trying some new things...
Shake Them Off!
Simply attach the clamps - I prefer to attach them near the edge of the nipple, for more intensity - and try to shake them off, for 2 minutes.
There are a couple of things I recommend. Don't use weights, as they slow down the movement of the clamps. Try to get them flailing around vigorously, this needs a bit of practice, to get the correct speed. And don't hold back! Do your best for 2 minutes. If the clamp is attached at the edge and is a bit greasy, it might actually come off, but this is rare.
The second point applies both to women, and men who are feminising. Try it in from of a mirror, lift your chest, be proud! Imagine you are a belly-dancer with tassels.

The second doubling is a bit harder to explain - again, there are some photos. With my particular clamps, I can put the jaws of one clamp inside the other, to increase the strength of grip. It is intense, and I don't do this for long.
