Although I hadn't started out with the intention of giving myself an enema every day for a month, it has been an interesting experience. It's been a little like my early days of discovery when I first started sticking that long, curved black douche nozzle as far into my ass as it would go and unclipping the metal clamp that released the water flow into me. Of course a big difference is that the red rubber open top bag only held about two US quarts and I could easily hold that first bag without expelling. It was always that second bag that flowed into me that gave me the challenge. But I did it all without any sort of plug to help me hold the warm (or cold) water in my ass.
Anyway, when I started this enema streak on June 22, 2018, I knew that there was only a week before we left to go to the South Carolina coast for one of our annual vacations. This time I knew which condo we were staying in and I knew that I would be able to take some of my enema gear and enjoy the sensation of filling myself during our week long trip. In the week leading up to the trip, it was a matter of having the time and desire to take on multiple enemas.
It was also during this time I measured the capacity of two of my three bags that I frequently use and realized that part of the reason that taking a "full bag" was becoming more challenging was because the bags had stretched and expanded. My 4-quart clear silicone bag that had measured at 4.2 liters was now 4.7 and the marks I had placed on the bag at 0.5 liter increments was progressively in error as I filled the bag. As similar thing had happened to my red rubber bag. Nominally a 4-quart bag, it originally measured 4.3 liters when filled. Now it holds 4.8. No marking to see on the bag or remaining volume but the bulging bag that gradually deflated is the sort of sight that typically excites enema erotic people.
Most of these daily enemas have been warm water enemas...no additives, no enhancements. Many of the enema sequences have been two fillings where I've taken as much as I can hold with slight discomfort. In most cases that has been at least 3.5 liters. I've limited the soapy enemas to no more than once per week. On July 4th, in concert with the explosive fireworks of the day, I mixed up a solution that was a combination of bicarbonate of soda, 10% glycerin, and so much soap that the solution actually congealed in the tubing when the temperature in the tubing dropped too much. The hold time for the initial enema was pretty impressive for the initial filling as was the eventual expulsion. The rinses were wonderful.
And there have been some enemas where I take the whole bag over 10-20 minutes and at least one rinse where I must have been so cleaned out and emptied that I took the whole 4.8 liters from the red rubber bag plus nearly another 800 ml from the refill after draining the bag.
I don't know when I'll end this streak, but I am committed to tonight and tomorrow (then it's only another 10 days to the end of July. Do I go for it?).
A humorous aside. I took most of the enema pictures during vacation. Although I move them from my phone, Google likes to make albums of picture collections when lots of pictures are taken in the same area or region over a short period of time. Google suggested an interesting album to share that not only had the sort of G rated photos appropriate to any vacation album, but quite a daily set of images from the nightly enema sessions. I didn't publish it and I edited those pictures out. But in its totality, it gave the impression of an enema vacation.
It's time to go, because I have 5 liters hanging on the shower curtain rod just waiting to be put somewhere.
I completed a month of enemas. Yesterday afternoon while I was in the shower, I filled my 5-liter bag to the brim with hot water from the shower head using just a single hook. My intention was to go out to a dinner function while the bag cooled. It was a little later than I expected and the water cooled off more than I wanted, so I used that cooled liquid to measure the capacity of the bag while using the single hook configuration. I measured 5.5 liters and this bag has also enlarged with use.
Since I was planning to run this morning, I refilled the bag with 5.0 liters of bicarbonate enema solution to limit water uptake. I also moved to taking the enema in bed while the bag was hanging from the bedpost. In the meantime, thunderstorms formed and moved into the area. So, as I inserted and inflated my silicone double balloon nozzle, I had a symphony of lightning and thunder as well as the sound of raindrops on the roof. Very soothing. I allowed the bag to slowly fill me over a period of 15 minutes (with 3.9 liters) which I held for another 15 minutes. The inline check valve prevented any backflow and I had a nicely full abdomen.
I had very little water retention as a result of the bicarbonate enema solution and near complete expulsion once I released the balloons. I was definitely ready to run in the morning.
August 1 Update
The Month of July Enemas has been completed. At times very fun and filling. Other times a bit of a chore just to keep a streak alive (kinda like running). For much of the past 40 days, I have used my assortment of inflatable nozzles. Although the sensation of size (large nozzles) deep inside me is very stimulating, it also challenges my holding capacity and time. I can get a similar filled sensation through the inflatable nozzles while assisting in the holding time. And once the nozzle is inserted, slowly inflated to properly and complete seat and seal in place, the flow of 3 or more liters into my colon was always quite enjoyable and stimulating even if it seemed a bit of a chore to start. The sweet spot (or volume) seems to be about 3.2-3.6 liters even though I can generally hold more.
I plan to take a short break from daily enemas as I have ordered some new and exciting gear to experiment with. One of the benefits that I have enjoyed from such daily enemas is the ability to rum with relatively little concern with bowel issues or dealing with bowel movements during my runs. Particularly useful on those longer hot summer runs.
The images below show a short sequence. The last two pictures are with the bag full and me empty. The last shot is the bag is very empty and me quite full and distended.
