No new ideas here folks - sorry! Just exploring some ideas from part 2.
I'm mainly working on the 'unity' position, joining the clamps together between my nipples. This can be very intense if I try to open my chest, but could manage for 5 minutes, which is about right for me.
Actually, I found that I could pull the clamps closer, so that they overlap - I need to use 2 cords, so I can wrap them behind my back, and tie at the front. I'll do a photo sometime.
I also explored adding a twist to the position, by fixing them in the upper position first. For me currently, twisting is more intense than pulling.
