We usually vacation at least once per year in the same location for between four and ten days (that doesn't mean it's the only place we go in a year). One of the places we rent added an additional bathroom to the condo by replacing a storage closet with a half-bath (sink and toilet). When we rent this condo, that bath has become "my bath" except for things like showers.
Last year we were renting another condo just to try something a little different and at the last moment a sewer back-up had the rental company move us to the condo we usually rent. Unfortunately, the last minute change didn't allow me to pack some of my enema gear. This year, we've had this unit booked since February and so I've been planning on bringing a selection of my equipment with me. With all the vacation food I could end up eating, it just makes sense that an enema or more would be a desirable thing to have available. Of course, the fact that I like enemas helps a lot.
I've recently gotten into a cycle of daily enemas much like I used to do many years ago. At least once per day, sometimes more, I'm hooking myself to a bag through a nozzle and hose and letting the flood into my bowels. I started (6/21-22) a little over a week before we started this trip and have been doing at least 2.5 liters each time, usually more like 3.2-3.6 liters.
So, it was really nice to get my gear set up and give myself a few liters to clear out road food and to get relaxed after the long drive in very heavy traffic. It's the first time I've ever done this vacation enema routine and it feels like it's going to be fun. I've got soap and glycerin for a 4th of July blow out (if I so choose). But I kinda like the fill, hold, and expel routine I've gotten into.
So, here's to good running this week, relaxation, and warm enema evenings/early mornings.
