As a practitioner of the colonic arts, I pride myself on being able to make and take a good enema. I've had very little practice on other humans but as a self-administering klismophile, I certainly know what feels good to me. I missed last weeks indulgence due to the need to spend all day doing maintenance of one type or another.
It seems only a few short weeks ago I was so hot that I needed some serious inner cooling. This morning, it was so cool that a nice, warm bag draining into my bottom was a welcome change. After two full fills and releases, I'm feeling much better. It is a refreshing feeling to me. I also had some nasty gas that was causing bloating and that can lead to some nasty cramps but I was able to expel that on the first bag and really enjoy the second bag with no discomfort at all.
To that end (pun intended) I do like talking to others in the chat room about technique, nozzles, formulas for enemas and positions that work or don't work. While I do not currently have a partner to play with, I do like to hear a woman discuss her interests, dislikes and feelings about enemas. It is always interesting to hear how someone came to love enemas.
I was never given enemas as a child so my experiences are different than probably the majority of folks into enemas today.
So, if you feel like it, share your experience or anything else you feel like contributing to the discussion.
