I was lucky in that I had a pretty painless menopause about 7 years ago. It was quick and simple. Periods stopped and there were few of the lingering effects that many others speak of or so I thought.
One that is often mentioned is a lack of sex drive post menopause.
With me it was the opposite. I was more horny after than i had been for several years much to the delight of hubby and I wasn't about to complain either.
Now a few years later I have noticed some interesting things. Even though I no longer have periods I notice that there must still be hormonal changes on a monthly cycle going on. I find I am more receptive to stimulation and desire sex more in a cycle.
I find my breasts are tender on a monthly cycle and I tend to get irritable at work and at home on the cycle as well.
It's obviously not as simple as I had thought.
Mind you I am happy and content with things as they are but poor hubby gets confused when I am "not feeling like a play" and a week later I'm pushing him into the gynochair with an evil look on my face and wearing a strapon as he is always ready.
I find that my desire to stim is also affected and I want the stimulation more sometimes than at others and the effects of the stim are more pleasing at times as well. And when I really wan't to use the stim to be horny and play with hubby is also when I most desire to have enemas so they are all related to one another.
Most confusing but all part of life.
I havn't been so desirous of sex or taking enemas for a couple of weeks and this weekend it all arrived back with a vengeance so hubby and I have been fucking like rabbits, I've been taking enemas every morning for the past few days and I've flattened the batteries in the stim.
Oh well I suppose I will be a little quieter in a few days so I'm now watching with interest since I realised that this cycle existed.
More to come.......
