I enjoy giving and receiving full body massage. I have a number of massage buddies who I visit to practice my skills and learn more. The following details my 'normal' approach, which changes slightly depending upon the situation.
The majority of these sessions commence with slowly undressing each other becoming acquainted with each others body. However, this id not always the case and again depends on the situation.
Massage Oil Recipe
I mix my own massage oil with fragrance of choice. The recipe I use is:
6 teaspoons carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, canola, safflower, sunflower, sesame, wheat germ, olive and peanut oil.) of your choice & 8 drops of essential/fragrance oil of your choice
I start at the feet and rotating top of Foot: Lift foot up. Hold at ankle. Hold free hand over toes. Wiggle top half of foot. Rotate top of foot. Three times in each direction. Repeat other foot.
Knuckle Pressing the Arch: Hold the leg up. Hold top of foot with one hand. Press down with flat of knuckles. Make small circles. Press firmly.
Thumb Kneading: Grasp top of partner’s foot. Press down into center of arch with thumbs. Massage the nerve rich bottom of foot. Use extra pressure here. Circle the thumbs together. Press the fleshy area between ankle bone and heel (on both inner and outer sides). Then work across the top of her foot. (Special treat). Start with your fingertips right where the toes meet the foot. Use both hands to press down between the bones of the foot. Slide your fingers up the foot toward the ankle, when your fingers reach ankle level, wrap your fingers around the ankle and massage the front of the ankle joint with your thumbs.
Circulation: Place hands on top across the ankle. Kneel or sit at partner’s feet. Cup hands over top. Wrap fingers around side of foot. Press up with one hand and then the other. Repeat for the other foot.
Friction: Hold heel with one hand. Apply friction with your fingertips.
Toes: Pull down the sides of each toe in a corkscrew motion. Then pull straight up the sides. Finally, fold hand over the ends of toes. Flex gently back and forth. (Special treat again.)
Ankle friction: Lift foot at heel. Wrap all four fingers around the arch. Lift slowly. Raise foot with one hand while applying friction around ankle with the other.
I then concentrate on one leg at a time and move up the legs with fast Stroking the Legs: One limb at a time. Start mid-back going down to bottom of feet. Pull down to feet one hand at a time. Keep one hand at top, reverse direction back up. Come down with the other hand. Repeat 10 times.
Full Hand Stroking: Oil legs, buttocks and feet. One leg at a time. Using both hands. Start at ankle up the center of leg. Down the side of leg on return. Turn at ankles. Repeat 10 times for each leg.
Kneading the Leg: Reach across your partner. Start at ankles. Hands in opposing circles. Pick up flesh with one hand, other hand open. Use thumbs to pick up flesh. Squeeze with thumbs. Three passes until you reach the thighs. Place the palm of both hands behind the knee (just above and below the joint). Press downward, lightly at first and then slowly increasing in force. Slowly release the pressure. When pressing try to press so that the force is evenly distributed, not concentrated on one area.
Knee pit: Nerve endings are more intense around the joints, so there’s added sensitivity here. Use one finger and tiny one-inch strokes in any way you feel creative.
Deep Friction: Anchor stroke with left hand, make fist with the right. Press down with flat part of knuckles. Press down and rotate slowly. Move every few inches.
Forearm Friction: Grasp your forearm midway. Place knuckle of free arm directly over the portion that makes contact with your partner’s leg. Press down while circling slowly.
Circling the Buttocks: Use full flat surface of both hands. Use opposing circles. Build up speed. Reach over to the hip joints, circle moderately fast.
Kneading the Buttocks: With the buttocks massage stroke you will press downward (+ inward) and then you will rotate your hands. Pick up a fold of flesh and squeeze it between your four fingers and thumb. Knead spot with both hands. Turn hands in full circles. Put the hands flat on each side of the small bone at the end of the spinal column, with the fingers pointing towards the top of the spine. With the tip of the thumbs, go up two inches (the right thumb is followed by the left thumb and the left-right alternating lasts three seconds). Moving your hands slowly has a deep, sensual effect. Moving your hands quickly has a vibratory, therapeutic sense. (Pressing harder is needed!)The lighter the gestures, the more powerful the effect. (Special treat best if given here)
Thumping: Make a fist with one hand. Mold the fingers of the other hand. Strike the back of your anchor hand’s fingers. Break the stroke at the wrist.
Flexing the Leg: Anchor the stroke at the back of knee. Hold the leg at the ankle. Press until point of tension. Release slowly. Repeat 5 times each per leg. Grasp both ankles with one hand and press forward with forearm. Press slowly. Use both hands to lower legs back down.
Circulation: Cup both hands over one ankle, wrapping fingers around sides of legs. Move toward the heart. Turn at the top of thighs. Inner hand moves up higher across the hip. Outside hand down parallel with the inside hand. Pull down using light
Calf Twist: Oil forearm. Raise leg with forearm under knee. Anchor stroke by grasping ankle with free hand. Clench fist and rotate fleshy inside of forearm on the relaxed muscle. Move up and down from calf to ankle. Rotate in slow circles.
Thigh Twist: Same as calf twist. Repeat stroke from knee to hip area. Massaging the inner Thighs with a firm motion will actually move the vaginal lips, which in turn will stimulate the clitoris / penis
Kneading The Calf: With the leg raised, grasp the calf muscle with all four fingers. Thumbs will not brush each other. Thumbs in opposite sides of legs.
Rotating The Legs: Lift below the calf. Lift here with one hand and one on the lower part of the calf muscle with the other. Pick up both legs. Rotate slow, circle up to your shoulders and back down to your waist.
Flexing The Knee: Lift one leg at the ankle . As it rises press forward slowly with the forearm on the front of the knee. Repeat three times. Move smoothly. Avoid jerky motions.
Fingertip Kneading: Fold around the bottom of knee with fingers. Move forward with the thumbs while rotating them in opposing circles. Start below kneecap and separating thumbs as you move up the sides of the knee. 3 times.
Fast Stroking: Raise legs to bring the knees straight up. Press hands against the sides of knees. Start below the knee, move both hands until thumbs are parallel to the top of knee. Move back and forth in a fast friction stroke.
Flexing The Leg: Place forearm under partner’s knee, hand inward and grasp the thigh. Support leg at the knee joint. Bend the top of the foot forward to the point of tension with your free hand.
Kneading the Side: Reach over from the opposite side of body. Pick up generous folds of flesh with your thumbs. Continue kneading down the knee, down the side of calf and continue to the ankle. Now reverse direction back up to the hip.
Hip Friction: Start below hip with a full- hand friction stroke. Press down moderately hard, making small circles with your fingers. Move up slowly until you feel the knobby top of the femur. (Special fingertip massage is best here!)
Full-Body Circulation: Oil the front and sides of partner’s legs and chest. Palms down, fingers wrapped around front of ankles. Fingers pointing inward. Press forward on both legs over knees unto the hips. Reposition yourself as you reach the hips. Continue up across the chest. Move out over to the shoulder tops. Rotate around shoulder to the armpits. Pull down the side of the body all the way to the ankles. Keep fingers together. Turn hands a final time at the ankles and return to start position. Three times.
Moving on up the body, I progress to the back and start Hand-over-Hand Pulling: Two hand back circulation. Pressure. One hand up and then down.
Back Circulation: Straddle, both hands flat up from spine to shoulders, over and down the sides
Compression: To one side. Use both hands, overlapping 90, press firmly with fingertips. Circle the back three times.
Spot Friction: Around neck & shoulders. One hand, four fingers together, thumb wide open. Other hand gathers flesh to be kneaded.
Forearm Press: Oil forearm. Hold arm in the middle. Move up and down the back.
Kneading the Shoulders: One hand picks up a fold of flesh. Other hand opens wide at thumb and forefinger.
Fingertip Kneading: Move along the each side of the spine 3 times. At the base of the spine, there's a bony plate called the sacrum. In the bone structure of the sacrum, there are little hollows. If you massage those hollows (there are 16 acupressure points in the area) you will open up your partner's sexual energy, and make her more sexually alive. Using your thumb, root around for the little dips in the area above the butt crack, near the tailbone. Once you find a dent, lean into it using your body weight, not muscle strength. Move in slow motion. Or, to hit all the points at once, put your wrists together, place the heels of your hands on the sacrum and lean in with your body weight as if your hands were pressing straight down into her genitals.
Knuckle Pressing: Grasp hand at the wrist, press flat part of your knuckles against the back.
Forearm Press: Sitting to one side. Forearms pressed tightly together at center of back, then spread them. Make a fist. Bend at the wrist.
Thumping the Back: Make a fist with one hand, mold the fingers of the other hand. Strike the back of your anchor hand’s fingers. Break the stroke at the wrist. Rotating the shoulder with one hand by lift up on your partners shoulder. You will only need to lift it about an inch. You can accomplish this by just sliding your hand underneath their shoulder. With your other hand find the muscle tissue the runs across the upper back. Kneading the muscle tissue that is just inboard of the edge of the shoulder blade is fantastic. It is a difficult stroke to get right, but your partner will tell you when you have hit the spot.
Back Lift: Reach under armpits, clasp hands behind the neck. Bring your knee up and foot on floor. Lift slowly. Hold & repeat. Rotate side to side when you reach the top.
Full Body Circulation: Use whole hand, starting at the toes. Move up inner thigh to waist area and continue up the back. Re-position to waist area for the upper body. Come from shoulders down the sides to the back of ankles and toes. 3X
SIGNAL PARTNER TO TURN OVER
Scalp Agitation: First, lightly tickle the hairs on your partner's neck. If your partner cringes, caress another part of their body before slowly moving back to the neck. Next, have them breathe slowly and deeply until they totally relaxed. Sit behind your partner and gently place all ten fingernails upon the scalp. Fingers remain in place while the scalp moves. Don’t rub against the surface of the scalp. Fingers remain in place while the scalp moves. Wrap a strand around your finger and gently tug-you’ll stimulate pressure points on the scalp, sending tingles of pleasure to other erotic zones. Press down until you feel the skin shifting back and forth.
Ear, Neck and Shoulders: Just behind and below the ears you can feel the lower edge of the skull. There is a large band of neck muscles that meet the cranium here. Stroke these muscles smoothly. With your partner lying on their back put your hands underneath their shoulders and lift up. As you move your hands up and over the shoulders your partners weight will massage the muscles thoroughly.
Circling the Temples: Massage temples with your fingertips, first one at a time and then both at once. Anchor stroke on one side of face and feel for opposite temple with your fingertips.
Stroking the Face: Pull flat surface of both hands against your partner’s face. Re- position yourself facing your partner on you side. Pull down slowly across the cheeks. Light pressure. Pull down to the top of the chest. Stop here with thumbs touching. Hold for silent count of ten, then start down again from the forehead.
Circulation: Fingers cupped around your partner’s wrist. Both your fingertips and heel of hands should touch the massage surface as you move forward. Turn at the shoulder, while other turns sharply into the armpit. Descend down lightly. Turn hands at the wrist. Ten times up and down the arm.
Hand-Over-Hand Pulling: Lift your partner’s arm above and below the elbow. One hand near armpit and the other just below it. Pull straight down, first with one hand and then with the other. Use extra oil if needed for this massage stroke.
Full-Hand Stroking: Full hand stroke. Hands together and thumbs touching on center of your partner’s stomach. Perpendicular to partner. Pull forward with one hand and straight back with the other. Move up the abdomen and across the chest to the shoulder tops. Stroke up and back to shoulders three times or more if you desire. Use less pressure and extra oil over a woman’s breast.
Waist Lift: Facing the head of your partner for better grip on lower back. Reach through the hollow of your partner’s back, lace fingers together over the spine. Lift with full surface of your hands. For more leverage, kneel on one knee and place your opposite foot flat on the floor to brace yourself. Pull straight up until you feel resistance. Hold for a few moments, then let the back down slowly. Repeat stroke three times. Waist lift for headaches. Lift as described earlier. Lift straight up until the head falls back. Hold at top of lift for a silent count of thirty seconds or more.
Kneading the side of body: Knead partners’ side from hips to armpits. Use full surface of hands. Near hips, use thumbs to pick up a fold of skin. Over ribs, strokes become flat- fingered.
Full-hand Friction: Reach across your partner’s body. Open thumb wide on the anchor hand, press into gap with four fingers of other hand. Move up side of chest, go easy on rib.
Chest & Shoulder Friction: Sit beside partner’s body, grasp the shoulder from below. Raise shoulders slightly. Press down into the joint with fingertips, moving around in small even circles. Chest friction. Press down with whole surface of hand and rotate slowly. Spend extra time on area just above the armpit where the lymph nodes are.
Vibrating the Chest: Sitting above your partner’s shoulders. Slide hands straight down beneath the upper back. Lift straight up against the back of rib cage, move fingers up and down for half a minute.
Chest Thumping: Strike the back of one hand with your closed fist. Break each downward motion at the wrist.
Abdominal Massage: Start by fingertip kneading the waist. Pick up folds of flesh between the finger tips and the thumb. Make sure you cover every spot. For some reason your partner will know if you miss even the smallest spot.
Half- body Strokes: Sit above your partner’s head. Oil chest, sides and upper back first. Press heels of hands against partner’s shoulders. Fingers together, stroke ahead to the waist. Massage lightly over the breast. After you reach the waist, move hands apart until you are grasping the sides. Pull up the sides, bringing hands under the shoulder blades. When you reach the rib cage, push up. Lift chest as you pull up towards the shoulders. Special treat would be good right here!
This depends very much on the sex of the partners and their wishes
