Introduction – I have been using my Aneros devices now for over 8 years and the sensations and my experience just keep on growing.
Aneros devices are marketed as Male Prostate Massagers. The Prostate is found about 2 inches inside the rectum in the direction of the naval. If you have a small healthy gland the angle involved in getting your own finger to make contact with your Prostate let alone massage it almost impossible without help.
There are a number of Aneros models on the market, which are increasing year on year. Many of the models are manufactured in heavy duty plastic that can withstand boiling and sterilising. Recently, Aneros has introduced stainless steel models as well as a vibrating mode. The models I use are the plastic type which I have been using for many years. The Helix model is recommended as the first model to try then later move onto the more advanced models.
Usage – The secret to Aneros usage is relaxation, do not try to force the device to locate and massage your prostate, this will only kill any sensation you may experience.
Gently inserted a well lubed the devices into the anus until they are about half way in and let your body take over to find its own ‘happy’ resting place. The human male anatomy is very consistent in this area and your Aneros will make contact with the gland on its own. Slowly inserting the Aneros and there will come a point just as it "settles into place" you'll feel a pleasant "ah, a kind of tickle inside" which is more readily appreciated as you progress.
The first couple months you may not feel anything except a funny feeling generated from a piece of plastic in my rectum. It took me 3 years before I experienced my first ‘Super O’, however, getting there was an enjoyable journey with subtle sensations along the way.
Movement – Aneros devices use / amplify the ‘involuntary’ internal muscle movements and twitching that locate and massage the Prostate gently. You will feel a funny involuntary wiggling/tightening up of your anus and feeling your PC muscles move. The Aneros seems to be sucked into your rectum of its own accord and the P-tab presses hard against your perineum. You may experience a quick erection, which becomes almost painfully hard and intense. These movements are subtle, you may only see a slight movement of the protruding end on the outside.
Keep practising and the sensations will increase. You may feel a funny warm pre-orgasmic sensation growing in your pelvis. The warm feeling will flow into the base of the penis. Then with subsequent sessions it would flow further and further into the shaft, until finally this burning warm feeling goes all the way to the gland of your penis where it may feel very hot and pleasant and lasted about 3 minutes.
Sensation - Over subsequent months this hot pleasant feeling in my gland "matures" to a sensation where it feels like I am ejaculating for 2 to 3 minutes at a time that repeats several times in a session. During the period between orgasms it feels like nothing was going on until the waves started building again inside and the next orgasm came. Concentrate on your deep breathing will assist the transition from one orgasm to the next.
Practice – Each session feels different and has its own pleasures. You will not achieve (or want to achieve) a Support O every time. Enjoy each and every sensation you discover as you go along.
