Beth got up from her seat and shot her two girls an angry look.

"Do what you're told or they'll be trouble!", she said.

"Yes mom!", said Zoe.

"Yes, mother!", said Chloe.

Nurse Collins led the two girls down the corridor and through the double doors into a sparsely furnished changing room. Zoe and Chloe stood with their arms folded, looking at the clipboard as she spoke, noticing the two middle aged women getting dressed silently in the corner, obviously having just been examined.

"To begin with, let’s have you undressed before you go into see the doctor." said nurse Collins.

Remembering their mothers' strict instructions, both girls started to undress, slipping off their pristine black Mary Jane school shoes and white ankle socks. The two girls tried not to make eye contact with the nurse as they slipped off their school blazers and skirts, hanging the items neatly on the clothes pegs above the wooden benches before slipping off their white blouses. Having undressed down to their underwear, both girls stood nervously with arms crossed across their boobs.

"We'll need to make sure you're clean before the doctor sees you", said the nurse. "get that underwear off and come with me"

Nurse Collins led Chloe and Zoe over to the open shower area to the side of the changing room which was made up of a communal shower area with six shower heads in a row. Nurse Collins beckoned Zoe and Chloe under the showers as she turned them on. The water was lukewarm making the girls shiver. The girls started rinsing themselves as Nurse Collins issued the commands to the girls to wash thoroughly between their legs and between their buttocks. Chloe and Zoe blushed deeply, but did as instructed, making sure they washed themselves properly in their most intimate areas under the keen gaze of Nurse Collins. After she was satisfied the girls had washed thoroughly, Nurse Collins turned off the showers, handing the two girls towels.

"Make sure you dry yourself properly! I will be back shortly", she said, popping out of the changing room doors.
