After School Aquatics (Fan extension)

Pt 4: One on One Time

Maya's phone buzzed at 3:47 AM.

She fumbled for it in the dark, her thumb swiping across the screen before her eyes could focus. A text from Sarah: Extra training session. Pool changing room. 4 AM sharp. Don't be late.

No explanation. No apology for the hour.

The bus that usually picked her up wasn't running this early, so she walked—twenty minutes through predawn streets, her swim bag bumping against her hip, the world reduced to streetlights and dead leaves skittering across pavement. By the time she pushed through the aquatics center doors, her eyes felt gritty with fatigue.

The locker room was strangely quiet. No Eddie. No Carl. No Joe. Just the fluorescent lights buzzing overhead and the chemical tang of chlorine and a single figure sitting on the bench.

Walter Grummond.

He looked even older in the early morning light—his papery skin almost translucent, his cane resting across his knees. But his eyes were sharp. Alert. They tracked her like a hunter watching prey emerge from the treeline.

"Miss Maya!" His voice cracked on her name. "I was beginning to worry."

"I got the text." She set her bag down, rubbing her arms. The locker room was cold. "Where's Sarah?"

"Running late, I'm afraid. Something with the other investors." He waved a dismissive hand. "She asked me to get you started. I hope you don't mind an old man's company."

"Of course not", she lied, it was wierd.

Maya unzipped her bag and began pulling out her things—goggles, cap, the navy bikini that barely contained her. She set them on the bench and reached for the hem of her shirt.

Then stopped.

"I'll just—" She gestured vaguely toward the showers. "Privacy?"

Walter smiled. His teeth were the color of old ivory. "At my age, modesty seems rather pointless. But if it makes you comfortable."

She walked toward the shower stalls, but his voice stopped her.

"Actually, I was hoping we could chat. About the program. About your progress." His cane tapped against the tile. "I find the early morning is the best time for conversation. The mind is clearer. Less... cluttered."

Maya hesitated. Her hand was still on her shirt hem. The old man's eyes were on her face—only her face, for now—and his expression was one of grandfatherly patience.

"It's just a swimsuit change," she said, more to herself than to him.

"Just a swimsuit change." He nodded. "Sarah told me you were practical."

She pulled her shirt over her head.

The air hit her skin and she shivered. Walter's expression didn't change—still patient, still grandfatherly—but something flickered in his eyes. A quickening.

"What has Sarah told you about the program's history?" he asked, his voice perfectly conversational.

Maya reached for her bra clasp. "Not much. Just that you've been investing for a long time." The hooks released. She caught the straps before they could fall.

"Forty-three years." Walter's cane tapped once against the tile. "I started when my daughter was your age. She was a swimmer too. Terrific butterfly." His voice softened. "She died in '92."

Maya's hands paused on the bra straps. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be. It was a long time ago." His eyes drifted downward—just for a moment—then returned to her face. "She was built like you. Powerful shoulders. Narrow hips. But she never had your..." He gestured vaguely. "Your natural advantages."

The bra fell.

Maya's breasts swung free, heavy and pale, the brown discs of her areolas crinkling in the cool air. Walter's sentence trailed off. His lips parted slightly.

"You were saying?" Maya prompted, because the silence was suddenly louder than his voice.

"I was... yes. Natural advantages." He cleared his throat. "The breaststroke is my favorite event. Did you know that? The rhythm of it. The way the body displaces water." His tongue darted across his lower lip. "Sarah says your buoyancy distribution is exceptional."

"I don't know about that."

"Modest." He smiled. "I like that."

Maya reached for her bikini. The navy fabric was in her hand when Walter's cane lifted—just slightly—and tapped the bench beside him.

"Sarah mentioned you'd been having discomfort," he said. "With your shoulders. The weight you carry." His eyes flickered to her chest. "I have some experience with sports medicine. If you'd like, I could take a look."

"Oh. I don't—"

"Just a quick assessment. Shoulder mobility. Rotator cuff." He patted the bench. "Sit."

It wasn't a request.

Maya sat. The bench was cold against her bare thighs. Walter shifted closer, his knee nearly touching hers, and his papery hands rose to her shoulders.

"Let's start with a simple rotation," he murmured. "Arm out. Like this."

His fingers guided her left arm outward. The motion stretched her pectoral, and her breast shifted with the movement—the underside lifting, the silver stretchmarks catching the light. Walter's hands paused.

"Remarkable muscle tone," he said. "You can really see the definition here." His thumb traced along her collarbone. "And here." Down toward her sternum. "And—"

His thumb slipped.

Landed on the edge of her areola.

"Oh, clumsy me." He didn't move his thumb. "I'm so sorry, dear."

"It's fine."

"Are you sure? I feel terrible." His thumb pressed down—just slightly—compressing the puffy tissue. "Absolutely terrible."

"It's fine," Maya repeated. Her voice sounded distant to her own ears.

"If you're sure." His thumb traced the circumference of the brown disc. Once. Slowly. "Your shoulder mobility seems excellent, by the way. No issues there. But I notice some tension in the... supporting structures."

His other hand found her right breast.

Not the shoulder. The breast. His palm cupped the underside, lifting slightly, testing the weight.

"Very dense," he observed. "Glandular tissue is heavier than adipose. That's why you're experiencing back pain." He squeezed gently. "The body wasn't designed to carry this much weight on the chest wall. It's a medical anomaly, really."

"You're a remarkable specimen, Maya. Truly remarkable. Sarah wasn't exaggerating."

Maya stood up quickly. Too quickly. Her breasts swayed with the motion, and Walter's eyes followed them like a pendulum.

"I should get changed," she said. "Sarah will be here soon."

"Oh, I almost forgot." Walter reached into a bag beside him—a canvas tote Maya hadn't noticed—and withdrew something white. "Sarah asked me to give you this. A new swimsuit. Optimized in our lab for aerodynamics."

He handed it to her.

The fabric was thin. Very thin. White spandex that felt almost like tissue paper between her fingers. Maya shook it out and realized it was a one-piece—but barely. The sides were cut high, almost to the ribs, and the chest coverage was minimal.

"It cost three thousand dollars to develop," Walter said, his voice reverent. "The fabric is a proprietary blend. Reduces drag by seventeen percent."

Maya held it up. "It's very... small."

"It's designed for competitive advantage, not modesty." Walter's smile widened. "Try it on."

She stepped into the suit and began pulling it up—over her thighs, over her hips, the fabric stretching impossibly thin. When she reached her chest, she realized the problem.

The sides weren't made for her.

Her breasts spilled through the openings—not entirely, but enough. The white fabric covered her nipples but left the outer curves of her areolas exposed, brown halos framing white spandex. The suit pulled tight across her torso, and through the thin material she could already see the dark shadows of her areolas beneath.

She looked at herself in the mirror.

Then she started laughing.

It was absurd. Ridiculous. Three thousand dollars for a swimsuit that covered less than her bikini.

Walter laughed too—a dry, rasping sound. "The diameter of your areolas is unconventionally large," he observed, his voice suddenly clinical. "That's what's causing the fit issue. The suit was designed for standard measurements."

"I know." Maya tugged at the fabric, trying to cover more of herself. It didn't work. "I've always been... self-conscious about them."

"Self-conscious?" Walter's eyebrows rose. "My dear girl, why would you be self-conscious about something so rare?"

"Because they're—" She gestured helplessly. "You said it yourself. Unconventionally large."

"I said it as an observation, not a criticism." Walter pushed himself to his feet, his cane tapping against the tile as he approached. "In all my years—and there have been many—I've never seen areolas with such pronounced architecture. The puffiness. The uniformity. The color gradient at the edges." He stopped two feet away. His eyes were fixed on her chest with an intensity that made her stomach flip. "Most women have flat areolas. Thin. Unremarkable. Yours are like... sculptures. Bas relief."

Maya blinked. "That's... a very sophisticated way of putting it."

"I'm a sophisticated man." He smiled. "What I mean to say is this: your areolas are a gift. A rare gift. The kind of thing that makes doctors write papers and artists reach for their brushes." His voice dropped. "I'm very glad I've gotten to see something so aesthetic before I pass away."

The word aesthetic landed strangely. Maya turned it over in her mind, searching for the right interpretation. He was old. He was clearly educated. He was speaking about her body the way someone might speak about a painting or a sculpture—with appreciation for form and color and proportion.

It was a compliment. A sophisticated, artistic compliment.

Wasn't it?

"Thank you," she said, because she couldn't think of anything else.

Walter's phone buzzed. He pulled it from his pocket with trembling fingers and squinted at the screen. "Ah. It's Sarah."

He read the text in silence. His lips curved into a smile that Maya couldn't quite read.

"Bad news, I'm afraid." He pocketed the phone. "Sarah won't be making it on time for practice. She trusts me to run the session." His eyes met Maya's. "It seems you're in my hands."

Something flickered in his gaze.

Maya felt her stomach tighten.

"She said to push you to your athletic limit," Walter continued, his voice lighter now. Almost cheerful. "I assume you're ready for that?"

"I—yes. Of course."

"Good girl." He gestured toward the pool deck. "Shall we?"

Maya walked toward the door, acutely aware of how the white suit pulled across her body, how her areolas peeked through the sides, how the thin fabric left nothing to the imagination. Behind her, Walter's cane tapped a slow rhythm against the tile.

One tap.

Two taps.

Three taps.

She didn't see the way his eyes crawled down her back. Didn't see the way his tongue traced his lower lip. Didn't see the way his ancient fingers tightened around the brass handle of his cane.

She only heard his voice, dry and rasping, as they reached the pool:

"Let's begin with butterfly drills. I want to see how that suit performs."

-----------

The butterfly set was four hundred meters—four hundred relentless meters of dolphin kick and double-arm pull, the water churning white around Maya's shoulders. Walter stood at the pool's edge, cane planted between his feet, his eyes never leaving the surface. Through the blur of splash and chlorine, she could see his smile. Patient. Grandfatherly.

Something changed halfway through the third lap.

The white suit began to dissolve.

Not literally—the fabric held—but the water transformed it. The proprietary blend, the three-thousand-dollar spandex, turned translucent as it saturated. First a foggy gray, then clearer, then almost nothing at all. Maya felt the cool rush against her skin and glanced down mid-stroke.

Her areolas stared back at her. Brown islands against white fog, every puckered edge visible, the thick nipples dark and obvious through the vanishing fabric.

She kept swimming. What else could she do?

By the fifth lap, the suit was a suggestion. A ghost. The high-cut sides framed her bare hips, and through the center panel—what had once been white—the dark slit of her labia showed clearly, the small patch of stubble above it peppering her mons like sand. The water magnified everything. She saw Walter shift his weight. Saw his tongue move across his lip.

"Keep the rhythm!" he called, his voice cracking with enthusiasm. "You're losing your kick on the recovery!"

She drove harder. Her thighs burned. Her breasts, barely contained by the transparent film, bounced with each undulation, the silver stretchmarks catching the underwater light. The stray hairs around her areolas—those few dark strands she'd never dared to remove—floated like fine seaweed with every stroke.

Walter's cane tapped twice against the tile. "That's enough for this set. Come to the edge, dear."

Maya swam to the wall and gripped the gutter, breathing hard. Water sheeted off her body, and the suit clung now—truly clung—outlining every contour, every fold, every shadow. She looked down at herself. The white fabric had become a window.

Walter's eyes crawled across her chest. Then lower. Then lower still.

"I noticed something during your laps," he said, his voice soft and clinical. "Your stroke efficiency drops by approximately two percent on the recovery phase. I've been timing it."

"You've been timing my strokes?"

"I time everything." He smiled. His teeth were the color of old piano keys. "But I think I've found the issue. It's not your technique. It's a friction problem." He gestured at her body. "Regrowth."

Maya's hand moved instinctively to her armpit. The stubble there—two days' worth—was rough against her fingers. She'd been too tired to shave. Too exhausted from the endless drills. "I know. I've been meaning to—"

"No need to apologize." Walter reached into the canvas tote beside his feet. His papery hand emerged with a can of shaving cream. The label read Athletic Caliber—Professional Grade. "I keep this on hand. Many of my athletes benefit from a more streamlined profile. Especially before competition."

He shook the can. The rattle was loud in the quiet pool room.

"Jump out of the water, please. Let's take care of the regrowth issue."

Maya hesitated. The water lapped against her chest, the transparent suit hiding nothing, the old man's eyes patient and kind. He was trying to help. He had forty-three years of experience. He'd invested in the program, in her, in her future. And he was old enough to be her grandfather. What could possibly happen?

She pulled herself onto the deck. Water pooled around her feet.

"Arms up, please. We'll start with the axillary region."

Maya lifted her left arm above her head. The position stretched her torso, and her massive breast shifted sideways, the transparent fabric pulling tight across the nipple. Walter shuffled close—too close, the sour-sweet smell of him filling her nose—and shook the can again.

The foam came out cold. He spread it across her armpit with two fingers, the lather thick and white and menthol-scented. His touch was light but deliberate, tracing the hollow where the stubble roughened her skin.

"I'll be very thorough," he murmured. "Aerodynamics demand precision."

The razor appeared in his other hand. Single blade. Bright steel. He held it like a surgeon.

"Stand very still."

The first stroke was feather-light, a whisper of metal against skin, but Maya felt it everywhere—a scrape that traveled down her arm and into her chest and settled somewhere low in her stomach. Walter's breath was warm on her shoulder. His eyes, behind the thick glasses, were fixed on the path of the blade.

Stroke. Rinse. Stroke again.

"There," he said, wiping the residue with a small towel he'd produced from the tote. "Smooth as silk. Feel."

His fingers guided her hand to the shaved skin. It was impossibly smooth. Soft as the inside of a wrist.

"Now the other side."

She lifted her right arm. The process repeated: cold foam, careful blade, the strange intimacy of an old man's hands in her armpit. When he finished, he patted the skin dry with the towel and smiled.

"Legs next. Sit on the edge, please."

Maya sat. The pool deck was cold against her thighs. Walter knelt before her—knelt, with visible effort, his cane clattering to the tile—and lifted her left leg onto his lap. The white suit rode higher, the transparent fabric bunching at her hip. Through it, the dark stubble on her shin was plainly visible.

He lathered her calf. Her shin. The back of her knee. The razor traveled up and down in slow, meticulous strokes, and his free hand held her ankle like something precious.

"You have excellent bone structure," he observed. "The tibia is straight. The fibula is well-proportioned. These things matter in swimming. The water notices everything."

Stroke. Rinse. Stroke.

Her right leg got the same treatment. By the time he finished, both legs felt newborn—tender, hairless, almost vibrating with sensitivity. Walter rested her foot back on the deck and looked up at her, his face level with her knees.

"Now." His voice dropped. "The most critical area. Your mons pubis needs to increase in aerodynamicity also."

Maya's breath caught. "What?"

"The pubic region. The stubble you're showing. It creates micro-turbulence during the dolphin kick." His expression was utterly serious. "I've done studies. I can show you the papers. Removing the regrowth will improve your kick efficiency by at least three percent."

He waited. His eyes didn't blink.

"I—" Maya looked down at herself. At the transparent suit. At the small patch of dark stubble visible through the vanishing fabric. "Okay. I guess that makes sense."

"I'm glad you agree. Stand still, please."

She stood. Walter remained on his knees, his face now level with her hips. His hand rose. One finger—just one, the index finger with its swollen knuckle—hooked under the edge of the swimsuit bottom at her crotch.

"Just need to move this aside," he said, almost to himself. "There we go."

He pulled the fabric sideways, exposing her.

The stubble was short and dark and rough against his fingertip when he tested it. Maya felt the contact like a small electric shock, her thighs tensing, her stomach hollowing out. The cold foam came next, spread carefully across her mound, his fingers tracing the edges with absurd precision.

"I'll be very, very careful," he whispered. "This is delicate terrain."

The razor touched her.

Maya stopped breathing.

Stroke. A short one, just an inch, following the grain. Then another. Then another. Walter worked in tiny sections, rinsing the blade after each pass, his free hand resting lightly on her hip to steady her. The scrape of metal against skin was the only sound in the pool room—that, and the distant hum of the filtration system, and Maya's own heartbeat thudding in her ears.

"Almost done," he murmured. "Just the upper portion. Where it meets the abdomen. Very sensitive here."

Another stroke. Longer this time. His knuckle pressed against her just above the clitoral hood, pushing the skin taut for the blade. Maya's legs trembled. She looked at the ceiling, at the fluorescent lights, at anything except the top of Walter's spotted head and the razor moving in short, precise arcs.

"There." He wiped her clean with the towel. "Smooth. Completely smooth. Feel."

His hand guided hers—pressed her fingers against her own bare skin. The flesh was soft. Damp. Utterly hairless. Maya's breath escaped in a rush.

"Now, one more area." Walter pushed himself to his feet with effort, his cane wobbling. "The stray hairs on your chest. Around the areolas."

Maya's arms crossed over her breasts. "I—I've never removed those. I'm too scared of cutting myself. The skin there is so—"

"I have a technique." He smiled, and for a moment he looked harmless. Just an old man with a trick to share. "If you press the breasts together, the skin becomes taut. The razor can't catch. It's completely safe."

She considered this. The logic was sound. And she'd always hated those stray hairs, the dark ones that curled around the edges of her brown discs. Too scared to shave them. Too embarrassed to ask for help.

"Okay," she said. "Show me."

"Press them together, please. Like a shelf."

Maya cupped her breasts from the sides and pushed inward. The massive mounds compressed, the flesh yielding, the white suit still transparent across her chest. Her areolas flattened slightly, the puffy tissue smoothing out, and the stray hairs—five or six on each breast—stood out like delicate filaments against the brown skin.

Walter leaned close. His breath was warm on her sternum.

"Beautiful architecture," he said, not to her but to her body. "Now. Hold very still."

The razor touched the edge of her left areola.

He didn't hold her breast. Not really. His fingertips rested on the outer curve—just barely, just enough to steady his hand—and the blade moved in a microscopic stroke, removing the first hair. Then the second. His touch was lighter than a moth, lighter than breath, and yet Maya felt it radiating outward through her entire chest.

"You're doing wonderfully," he said. "Almost finished on this side."

Stroke. Stroke. The razor kissed the curve where brown met pale, then dipped onto the puffy tissue itself to catch the final hair. Maya's nipple tightened. Hardened. The areola crinkled in response, and Walter's thumb—just the pad of it—brushed against the textured skin.

"Sorry," he said. "Had to stabilize."

"Mm."

"Other side now. Keep pressing."

She did. The right breast got the same treatment: feather-light holds, microscopic strokes, the strange thrill of a razor moving where no razor had ever moved before. When it was done, Walter stepped back and surveyed his work.

"There. Zero stray hairs. Zero turbulence." He produced a small mirror from his bag and held it up. "Look."

Maya looked. Her areolas were bare. Clean. The edges were crisp, the brown discs rising from pale skin with no dark interruptions. She touched one gingerly, marveling at the smoothness.

"That's... I've never seen them like that." She laughed, surprised. "I'm going to use that pressing trick in the future. That's really smart."

Walter beamed. "Glad to pass on the knowledge. Now." He reached into the tote again and withdrew a tube. "Soothing cream. To prevent razor burn. We'll need to apply it to all shaved areas."

He squeezed a white ribbon onto his palm. The scent of aloe and chamomile filled the air.

"For efficiency, I suggest you handle the upper body while I take care of the lower. Or the reverse—whichever you prefer."

Maya considered for a moment. Then shrugged. "You do the lower. You already did the shaving there. It makes sense."

"Practical girl."

She took the tube and squeezed cream onto her own fingers. Started spreading it across her freshly shaved armpits. The aloe was cool and soothing, and she worked it into the skin with circular motions while Walter knelt again—knelt heavily, his knees cracking—and began applying cream to her legs.

His hands were gentle. Methodical. They traveled from ankle to knee to thigh, smoothing the white lotion into her skin with long, even strokes. When he reached her upper thighs, his fingers paused.

"The pubic region needs it most," he said. "Very prone to irritation. May I?"

She nodded, her hands still busy on her armpits.

His finger hooked the swimsuit bottom aside again. The cream was cool against her freshly shaved mound, and his fingertips spread it in careful circles—down one side, up the other, tracing the edges of the labia without quite touching. The sensation was strange. Clinical and not clinical. The menthol from the shaving cream still tingled, and the aloe added a layer of coolness, and underneath it all, something warm was building.

"There," Walter said, withdrawing his hand. "All done."

He stood. His cane tapped against the tile. "Now, let's test the results. Get back in the water."

Maya adjusted the suit—pulled the bottom back into place, tucked her massive breasts into the transparent top—and dove.

The water swallowed her.

And she felt it immediately. The glide was smoother. Longer. Her dolphin kick sliced through the pool with less resistance, and her arm recovery came easier. She surfaced after fifty meters and looked at Walter, who was standing at the edge with his stopwatch.

"You're faster," he said. "One point seven seconds on that fifty."

"I can feel it," she said, and she meant it. Whether it was the shaving or the cream or some placebo effect born from pure trust in his authority, she couldn't say. But the water held her differently. "I can really feel it."

Walter's smile widened. His dishwater eyes gleamed behind the thick glasses.

"That's what I hoped you'd say." He set the stopwatch aside. "Now that we've optimized your hydrodynamics—and now that I know you trust my expertise—we can begin the real training. The program Sarah doesn't know about." He leaned forward, his voice dropping to a whisper. "The one that will make you a champion."

Maya's stomach flipped.

"What program?"

------------------------

The water lapped against Maya's freshly shaved skin as she treaded in place, her arms making slow circles. Walter had set the stopwatch aside. His cane was planted between his feet, both hands resting on the brass handle, and his dishwater eyes had taken on a new intensity—lecture-mode, she was learning to call it. The face he wore when explaining something that would make her faster.

"Before we continue," he said, "I want to discuss resistance training."

Maya perked up. Finally. Something normal. "Like weighted vests? I've seen videos of swimmers using those."

"Terrible idea." Walter shook his head, the loose skin under his chin wobbling. "A weighted vest alters your center of gravity. Throws off your stroke entirely. You'd be training wrong muscle memory."

"What about ankle weights?"

"Even worse." He lifted one hand from the cane to wag a finger. "Ankle weights place shearing stress on the knee joint during the dolphin kick. Over time, that's ligament damage. And if you cramp? You can't release them quickly. I've seen a girl nearly drown that way in '89."

Maya's brow furrowed. She pulled herself closer to the edge, her arms resting on the gutter. "So how do female swimmers resistance-train in the water? If we can't use external weights."

Walter smiled. It was the slow smile of a man about to deliver a punchline.

"Female swimmers have an advantage male swimmers don't. The capacity for internal storage."

"Internal..."

"Storage." He let the word hang. "The vaginal canal is a remarkable structure. Elastic. Self-lubricating. Capable of holding significant weight without impeding joint mobility or altering stroke mechanics."

Maya blinked. "I don't—are you talking about—like, a tampon? But heavier?"

"Not a tampon. Tampons are absorbent. They swell. They're designed for fluid retention, not mass." He reached into his canvas tote. "I'm talking about something else entirely."

Maya's mind raced through possibilities. "Is it like... a weighted insert? Shaped for the body? I've seen the diva cups in the drugstore."

"Warmer. But cups seal at the cervix. That creates suction, which can cause cramping. And the weight distribution is wrong for our purposes." His hand was still in the bag, rummaging. "What we need is something that sits lower. Something that engages the pelvic floor continuously. Something that—ah. Here we are."

His hand emerged.

Between his thumb and forefinger, he held a small silver object. It was bullet-shaped, no longer than two inches, perhaps two centimeters in diameter at its widest point. Smooth. Shiny. Utterly featureless except for a small groove near the base.

"Hold out your hand."

Maya extended her palm above the water. Walter dropped the object into it.

Her hand sank.

"Jesus—" She caught herself, gripping the gutter with her other hand. "What is this made of?"

"Depleted uranium core. Surgical steel casing." He said it the way someone might say titanium alloy or carbon fiber. "That one is ten pounds."

"Ten pounds." She rolled it across her palm. The thing was dense beyond reason—smaller than her thumb but heavy as a textbook. "This is—I've never felt anything like this."

"I have others." Walter reached into the tote again. This time he produced a larger one: three inches long, an inch in diameter, the same smooth silver finish. "Fifteen pounds. And this—" A third appeared, bigger still, three and a half inches long and a full two inches wide at the base. "Thirty pounds. Progression depends on the athlete."

Maya stared at the three objects lined up on the pool deck beside Walter's cane. They glinted under the fluorescent lights like strange silver bullets.

"The idea," Walter continued, his voice settling back into lecture cadence, "is to insert one before swimming. The weight forces your pelvic floor to engage constantly—not just occasionally, but every second of every stroke. Over time, this builds core stability that translates directly to kick power. It's the same principle as running with ankle weights, but without the joint damage. And because it's internal, it doesn't affect your buoyancy distribution or your stroke mechanics."

"It..."

Makes sense, she almost said. The logic was there. The logic was always there when Walter explained things. He had forty-three years of experience. He'd done studies. He could show her papers.

"You've done this with other athletes?"

"Dozens." He didn't blink. "Every female swimmer I've trained privately has used this method. My daughter included." His voice softened on the last two words. "She set three state records her senior year."

The mention of his daughter—the dead daughter, the one who'd been built like Maya—landed somewhere soft in her chest. This was his legacy. His expertise. He was sharing something precious with her.

"Okay," she said. "I'll try it."

Walter's smile spread. "Good girl. Now—before insertion, you need to use the restroom. An empty bladder is essential for comfort and safety. The changing room is through there." He gestured with his cane. "Take the ten-pound weight. Start conservatively. I'll wait here."

He handed her a small velvet pouch—the kind that jewelry came in—and she slipped the silver bullet inside. Her fingers closed around it, the weight still shocking, ten pounds in a package smaller than a lipstick.

---

The changing room was quiet. Empty. The fluorescent lights hummed overhead, the same as always, but everything felt different now. Maya locked the door behind her and set the pouch on the bench.

She peeled off the transparent suit. It came away like a second skin, leaving her naked and smooth and still tingling from the aloe cream. Her reflection caught her from three angles—the massive breasts, the bare areolas, the freshly shaved mound that looked almost obscene in its hairlessness.

She opened the pouch. The silver bullet rolled into her palm.

Ten pounds.

She'd never put anything inside herself before.

The thought arrived suddenly, fully formed, and Maya stood very still with the weight in her hand. It was true. She was a virgin. She'd never fingered herself—never even really explored, not beyond the cursory washing of the shower. Never used a tampon. Her mother had always bought pads, and Maya had never questioned it.

Except Sarah. When Sarah cleaned you.

She pushed the thought away. That was different. That was medical. That was for the assessment. And anyway, it hadn't really... had it? The details were fuzzy. The disinfectant smell. The cold gel. Sarah's fingers, brisk and efficient. Maya had dissociated through most of it, her mind floating somewhere near the ceiling while her body underwent whatever examination the program required.

This was different. She would be doing this herself.

She spread the velvet pouch on the bench and lay back against it, her hips at the edge, her feet planted on the cold tile. The position felt absurd. Vulnerable. She propped herself on one elbow and looked down at her own body—at the smooth slit between her thighs, the outer lips pressed together like a closed book.

Okay, she thought. Okay. Just... do it.

Her fingers parted her labia. The sensation was strange—the flesh was slick already, not wet exactly but damp, and the cool air made her flinch. She found the opening by feel more than sight. Smaller than she'd expected. Tighter.

The silver bullet was cold against her fingertips.

She pressed it against herself.

Nothing happened. The weight was there, the shape was there, but the angle was wrong and her muscles clenched involuntarily and the thing just... sat there, pressing against her entrance without entering.

Breathe, she told herself. Walter said to breathe.

She exhaled. Relaxed her thighs. Tried again.

This time the tip slipped inside.

Maya gasped. It was cold—ice cold, impossibly cold—and the stretch was unlike anything she'd felt before. Her body resisted for a moment, the muscles clamping down, and then something yielded. The first inch slid in. Then another centimeter. Then the full length of it was inside her, two inches of surgical steel and depleted uranium, and the weight—

Oh.

The weight was extraordinary. Ten pounds that had been heavy in her hand now pressed downward inside her, a constant, insistent pressure against her pelvic floor. She could feel her body adjusting, the muscles engaging, the strange fullness of being occupied for the first time.

She stood up.

The bullet stayed in place, held by muscles she hadn't known she had. She took a step. Another. The weight shifted with each movement, a small pendulum inside her, and every step required a conscious clench to keep it from sliding lower.

The transparent suit went back on. The silver bullet was invisible beneath the fabric—no bulge, no outline, nothing to suggest she was carrying ten pounds inside her body.

She walked back to the pool deck. Each step was a negotiation with gravity.

Walter was waiting exactly where she'd left him. His eyes tracked her as she emerged from the changing room, and something in his expression sharpened.

"All set?"

"Yes." Her voice came out slightly breathless.

"Good. Into the water. Let's test it with a two-hundred-meter freestyle."

Maya dove.

The difference was immediate and punishing. The weight inside her pulled downward, altering her center of gravity, forcing her core to work twice as hard just to maintain horizontal position. Every dolphin kick required a conscious squeeze—hold it, hold it—and the distraction was constant. By the hundred-meter mark, her lungs were burning. By a hundred fifty, her thighs were screaming.

She touched the wall at two hundred meters and gasped for air.

"Time?" she managed.

"Slower by eight seconds." Walter was making a note on his clipboard. "But that's expected. Your body is learning. Do another two hundred."

She did. Slower still. Her muscles trembled when she gripped the gutter, and the weight inside her felt heavier now, more insistent, like it was trying to find a way out.

"Good," Walter said. "Take a break. Hydrate."

He handed her a bottle. The liquid inside was pale blue and smelled faintly of citrus. Maya drank deeply, and the caffeine hit her almost immediately—a pleasant alertness that cut through the exhaustion.

"This is really hard," she said, pulling herself up to sit on the pool edge. Her legs dangled in the water. "Harder than I expected."

"The pelvic floor is like any other muscle group. It responds to progressive overload." Walter's eyes dropped to her lap. "Speaking of which—you're showing some slippage."

Maya looked down.

The transparent suit hid nothing. And there, just barely visible at the entrance of her body, was the silver base of the bullet. Protruding perhaps a quarter-inch. The muscles that had held it in place had fatigued.

Her face flushed hot. "Oh—"

"Push it back in. No need to be embarrassed. It happens with beginners."

She slid off the edge back into the water—hiding her lower body from view—and reached down. Her fingers found the slick metal base. She pressed upward, and the bullet slid back into place with a soft, wet sound that made her ears burn.

"You'll need to do Kegel exercises," Walter said, his voice perfectly casual. "A hundred repetitions, three times daily. Within a week, you'll be able to hold the ten-pound weight indefinitely. Within a month, you'll progress to the fifteen."

"And then the thirty?"

His smile returned. "And then the thirty. And then, Maya—then you'll be ready for the real training."

He didn't elaborate. He just stood there, leaning on his cane, his dishwater eyes gleaming with something she couldn't quite name. The stopwatch dangled from his wrist. The silver weights glinted on the tile beside his feet.

"Another set?" she asked.

"Another set. Four hundred meters this time. Breaststroke."

Maya pushed off the wall. The weight shifted inside her. She clenched—deliberately, consciously—and felt the bullet settle back into position.

Stroke. Breathe. Clench. Stroke.

Walter watched from the edge. His tongue traced his lower lip. And somewhere in the back of her mind, beneath the exhaustion and the caffeine and the strange fullness inside her, Maya felt the first small tremor of something she couldn't identify.

It felt like the water after a deep dive—silent. Suspended. Waiting for the surface to break.

--------------------------------------------

Maya pulled herself onto the pool deck, water streaming from her body. The transparent suit clung like a second skin, every contour visible, the silver bullet still heavy inside her. Walter was already gathering his things, his movements slow and deliberate.

"Let's head back to the lockers," he said, his cane tapping against the tile. "We need to discuss the schedule."

She followed him through the door, her bare feet leaving wet prints on the floor. The locker room was empty, the mirrors threw back her reflection from every angle.

Walter settled onto the bench with a grunt, his knees cracking. "I'll be taking over the 4 AM sessions from now on. Sarah will handle the 5 PM training with the boys." He patted the bench beside him. "Sit."

She sat. The weight shifted inside her, and she clenched automatically.

"You'll keep the optimized suit for our early sessions. And the weights." His dishwater eyes found hers. "We need you getting used to various environments. Different pools. Different water temperatures. Different... conditions."

"That makes sense." It did. Variation in training was standard. Every coach she'd ever had talked about it.

"The progression is simple." Walter held up his gnarled fingers, counting. "Week one: ten pounds, four sessions. Week two: fifteen pounds, four sessions. Week three: twenty pounds, if your Kegels are progressing. By week four, you should be ready for the thirty."

"Thirty pounds inside me." The words sounded surreal.

"Your pelvic floor will adapt. It's a muscle group like any other." He smiled, grandfatherly. "Now—get cleaned up. I'll go over tomorrow's plan while you shower."

Maya stood. Her fingers found the hem of the transparent suit and pulled it over her head. The fabric peeled away, and her breasts swung free, heavy and damp, the areolas puckered from the cool air. She stepped out of the bottom and stood naked before him.

He didn't look away.

She walked to the shower stalls. The one at the end had a full-length mirror on the wall inside—someone had installed it for shaving, probably—and a smaller mirror set into the floor at an angle. For drainage inspection, maybe. Or foot care.

The water came on hot. Maya stepped under the spray and let it hit her face, her shoulders, the massive curve of her breasts. The steam began to rise.

She could see Walter in the mirror.

He was still sitting on the bench, his cane between his knees, his eyes fixed on her reflection. The angle was perfect—the wall mirror caught her from the front, every detail of her body visible through the steam, while the floor mirror reflected the space between her thighs. Her freshly shaved slit. The tiny silver base of the bullet, just visible at her entrance, catching the light.

"The 4 AM sessions will focus on endurance," Walter called, his voice carrying over the spray. "We'll start with a thousand-meter warm-up, then move to interval training with the weight in place."

"Okay." She lathered her hair, the shampoo foaming white against her dark strands.

"By the end of week two, you should be able to hold the fifteen-pound weight through a full two-hour session without slippage. The Kegels are critical."

"I've been doing them." She had. A hundred reps in the changing room, another hundred between sets. Her pelvic floor was already starting to ache—that deep, unfamiliar burn of muscles waking up.

"Good girl." His voice dropped slightly. "The thirty-pound weight will require a different insertion technique. I'll demonstrate when you're ready."

Her hands paused in her hair. "Demonstrate?"

"Visually. With a model." He cleared his throat. "It's important to get the angle correct. Improper insertion can cause discomfort or injury."

She thought about this. It made sense. Everything Walter said made sense. He had forty-three years of experience. He'd trained champions. He knew the body in ways she was only beginning to understand.

"Okay," she said.

She rinsed her hair, the suds sliding down her shoulders, her back, the curve of her breasts. The water ran in rivulets across her areolas, and she watched in the mirror as her nipples tightened under the spray. Walter was watching too. His hands rested on the brass handle of his cane, perfectly still.

She reached for the soap.

The motion made her breasts sway, the silver stretchmarks catching the light. She lathered her arms, her armpits—still smooth from his shaving—her stomach, her thighs. When she reached her mound, she hesitated. The skin was still tender from the razor, and the aloe had washed away. She soaped carefully, her fingers tracing the bare contours.

In the floor mirror, she could see exactly what Walter could see: her slit, pink and exposed, the silver bullet base winking between her labia. She could see her own fingers moving there, and the sight made her face heat.

"I'll have Sarah adjust your nutrition protocol," Walter said, his voice steady. "Higher protein intake to support muscle recovery. The Kegels will tax your pelvic floor in ways you're not accustomed to."

"Okay."

She turned off the water. The sudden silence rang in her ears. Steam curled around her body, and she stood dripping on the tile, acutely aware of her nakedness in the mirrored room.

Walter rose from the bench. His cane tapped as he approached, stopping just outside the shower stall. He held a towel in his papery hands.

"Here."

She took it. The fabric was warm—he'd warmed it somehow, draped it over a radiator perhaps. She pressed it against her face, breathing in the clean cotton smell, and began to dry herself.

He watched.

Every stroke of the towel. Every bend. Every twist. She dried her arms, her legs, the space between her thighs, and all the while his dishwater eyes tracked her movements through the mirror. The floor glass caught her from below. The wall glass caught her from the front. She was surrounded by her own reflection, and his gaze was the thread that held it all together.

She wrapped the towel around her body and stepped out of the stall.

"Get dressed," he said. "I'll wait."

She walked to her locker, her feet leaving wet prints on the tile. The towel was short—it barely covered her, the hem riding high on her thighs. She opened the locker and pulled out her clothes: underwear, jeans, a loose t-shirt, socks, sneakers.

The towel fell.

She reached for her bra first, but paused. Her breasts were still slightly damp. She'd air-dry them. She picked up her panties instead—simple cotton, gray, soft from many washes—and sat on the bench to pull them on.

Her left leg went in first. Then her right.

She was reaching for the waistband when Walter's hand extended.

"Weight, please," he said.

Maya blinked. "Oh—I almost forgot."

She looked down at herself. The silver bullet was still inside her, but it had shifted during the shower. Half an inch of the base was now visible, protruding between her labia, held in place by muscles that were clearly fatigued. The weight was slipping.

"Let me," Walter said.

Before she could respond, his fingers closed around the exposed base.

The pull was quick. Efficient. He withdrew the bullet in a single smooth motion, barely brushing her skin, and held it up between thumb and forefinger. The metal was slick with her moisture, gleaming under the fluorescent lights.

"There," he said. "All set."

He dropped it into the velvet pouch on the bench.

"Same time tomorrow. 4 AM. Don't be late."

Maya pulled her panties up. "I won't."

She dressed quickly—jeans, shirt, socks, sneakers—and when she turned around, Walter was still standing there. His cane was planted between his feet. Both hands rested on the brass handle.

And there, pressing against the front of his trousers, was a shape.

A bulge.

An unmistakable ridge of rigid flesh, straining against the cheap fabric, visible even in the dim locker room light.

Maya's eyes caught it for a split second. Then she looked away, her face heating.

It must be adult diapers, she thought. He's ancient. Ninety years old. They probably sag or bunch up or something. Poor man. Having to deal with that at his age.

She almost laughed. Almost. The idea of Walter Grummond—ninety-year-old Walter Grummond, with his papery skin and his shaking hands and his cane—getting an erection was absurd. Laughable. Impossible.

She zipped her bag and slung it over her shoulder.

"See you tomorrow, Mr. Grummond."

"See you tomorrow, Maya."

She walked toward the door, her steps echoing in the empty locker room. Behind her, she heard his cane tap once against the tile. Twice. Three times.

She didn't look back.

If she had, she would have seen Walter Grummond standing perfectly still, his dishwater eyes fixed on the spot where she'd been sitting, his papery hand slowly, deliberately, pressing against the bulge in his trousers.

She would have seen his tongue trace his lower lip.

She would have seen him smile.

--------------------------------------------

The headlights swept across Maya's driveway at 3:47 AM. She was already waiting on the porch, still in her pajamas—gray cotton shorts and a thin tank top that did nothing to contain her. The car was old. A Buick, beige and boxy, with fabric seats that smelled of menthol and stale coffee.

Walter leaned across and pushed the passenger door open. "Good morning, Maya. Right on time."

She climbed in, her bare thighs sticking to the vinyl seat. The tank top rode up as she settled, exposing the silver stretchmarks on her lower stomach. Walter's eyes flickered down, then back to the road.

"Didn't have time to change," she said, hugging herself against the early morning chill.

"No matter. We'll handle everything at the facility."

The drive was short. Five minutes of quiet streets and stop signs, the Buick's engine humming a low, steady note. Maya watched the streetlights slide across the dashboard, counting the seconds between each one.

Walter parked in the staff lot. The building was dark except for a single light in the hallway. His cane tapped ahead of her as they walked through the empty corridors, past the pool deck, past the locker room entrance, toward a door she'd never noticed before.

"The old nurse's office," Walter said, pulling a key from his pocket. "The school board closed it when they cut the athletics budget. I had it retrofitted for my assessments."

The door swung open.

The room was small and clinical. A single fluorescent light flickered to life, revealing an examination table with crinkly paper, a scale, a height rod, and a metal cart covered in instruments. Calipers. Measuring tape. A speculum in its sterile wrap. And two cups—one small, one large—sitting on the counter beside a squatting toilet in the corner.

But what caught Maya's attention was the set of clear plastic tubes on the cart. They were graduated, marked in millimeters, with rubber bulbs at one end. Suction tubes. She didn't know what they were for, but something about their precision made her skin prickle.

"Strip, please," Walter said, settling onto a stool. "I noticed yesterday while you were changing that there may be a discrepancy between the measurements Sarah gave me and your current development."

Maya pulled the tank top over her head. The fabric caught on her breasts for a moment, then released them. Her nipples tightened in the cool air. She hooked her thumbs into her shorts and pushed them down, stepping out of them naked.

Walter's eyes traveled over her body with clinical slowness.

"More stretchmarks," he observed. "Here, on your hips. And here—" He gestured at her breasts. "Around the areolas. The tissue is expanding faster than the skin can accommodate." He leaned closer, squinting. "And your areolas are more prominent than the records show. Significantly more."

Maya looked down at herself. The brown discs were indeed puffier than they'd been a week ago, projecting from her chest like small hills. The silver lines radiated from their edges like cracked porcelain.

"I've been growing," she said. "My hips too. My mom had to let out my jeans."

"Your hips." Walter's voice shifted. "Turn around."

She rotated. His eyes traced the curve of her waist, the flare of her pelvis, the new fullness of her ass.

"Wider," he murmured. "And your glutes have filled out considerably. The weighted training is already having an effect." He picked up the measuring tape. "We need to update everything. Every dimension. Start with height and weight."

She stepped onto the scale. He adjusted the weights with trembling fingers, sliding the counterweight until the beam balanced.

"One-sixty-three at your last weigh-in." He wrote something on his clipboard. "Now let's see. One-seventy-two." His eyebrows rose. "Nine pounds in two weeks. That's almost entirely muscle and glandular tissue."

He moved to the height rod. "Five-nine and a half. You've grown half an inch since your initial assessment."

The tape came next. He measured her shoulders, her waist, her hips, calling out each number in a flat, clinical voice. Then he paused.

"Now the chest measurement."

His hands were firm as he wrapped the tape around her torso, just beneath her breasts. "Thirty-one inches. Same as before." Then he shifted the tape upward, across the fullest part of her bust. "Thirty-nine inches. That's a six-inch difference. You've gone from a 32E to a 33G in less than a month."

Maya swallowed. "Is that... normal?"

"Nothing about your development is normal." He said it without emotion, a statement of fact. "Now lie down on the table. I need to measure the areolar projection."

She lay back on the crinkly paper. The fluorescent light was bright in her eyes. Walter picked up one of the clear plastic tubes and fitted a rubber bulb to the end.

"This is a areolar suction gauge," he said. "It measures nipple length and the degree of protrusion. I'll place it over your areola and apply gentle suction. You'll feel a pulling sensation."

He lowered the tube over her left breast. The plastic rim pressed against the edge of her brown disc, and he squeezed the bulb. The suction took hold immediately, drawing the puffy tissue upward into the cylinder. Maya watched her areola stretch and elongate, the brown flesh filling the graduated markings.

"Four point two centimeters," Walter said, his voice slightly hoarse. "That's exceptional. The average areolar protrusion is under two centimeters."

He released the suction. The tube fell away, and her areola slowly flattened back into its natural mound.

"Now the nipple."

He placed a smaller tube over her right nipple—just the bud itself—and squeezed the bulb. The suction pulled the thick flesh upward, stretching it to a length Maya had never seen. It hurt, but not badly. A deep, pulling ache that made her breath catch.

"Four point five centimeters." Walter's hand trembled as he wrote the number. "I've never seen that in an athlete your age. Never."

His eyes lingered on the stretched nipple for a moment before he released the suction. The flesh snapped back, pink and tender.

"Now the remaining measurements," he said, and his voice had changed slightly. Thicker. "I need you to squat for me."

Maya sat up. "What?"

"A urine sample and a stool sample. Standard for comprehensive assessment." He gestured at the two cups on the counter. "Small one for urine. Large one for stool. I'll hold the cups and support you."

She walked to the squatting toilet. It was low to the ground, nearly flush with the tile, designed for a position that felt deeply vulnerable. Walter knelt beside it, the two cups in his papery hands.

"Go ahead," he said. "Squat."

Maya lowered herself. The position spread her knees wide, exposing everything. She could feel the cool air on her labia, on the newly shaved skin, on the tight pucker of her anus. Walter positioned the small cup beneath her.

"Whenever you're ready."

She closed her eyes. The stream came eventually, splashing against the plastic. She heard him adjust the cup, his knuckle brushing against her inner thigh.

"Good. Good." His voice was close. Very close. "Now the stool sample. Push when you're able."

Her face burned. But she bore down, and the small turd emerged, dropping into the larger cup with a soft plop. Walter's hand was there, cupping her, supporting her weight.

"Perfect," he said. "Wipe up."

He handed her a square of toilet paper. She cleaned herself, still squatting, still exposed. When she stood, Walter was already sealing the cups in plastic bags.

"Now." He wiped his hands on a towel. "Insert the larger bullet before we head to the locker room. The fifteen-pounder today."

He held out the silver object. It was longer than the first one, thicker, the weight obvious even from two feet away.

Maya took it. The metal was cool against her palm. She hesitated, then reached between her legs, found her entrance, and pushed. The stretch was more than she remembered, the fifteen pounds settling deep inside her like an anchor. She clenched, and the weight shifted, and she felt her pelvic floor engage automatically.

"Ready," she said.

She gathered her pajamas in her arms—no point putting them on now—and walked with him toward the locker room door, the bullet heavy inside her, her body still warm from the examination. The hallway was dark. Empty.

They rounded a corner.

A janitor stood fifteen feet away, pushing a mop bucket.

He looked up.

His eyes locked onto Maya's chest.

She was naked. Completely. The fluorescent light caught every curve, every shadow, every detail of her massive breasts and her bare areolas and the smooth mound between her thighs. The janitor's mop handle slipped from his fingers, clattering against the tile.

"Morning," Walter said, his voice perfectly pleasant.

The janitor didn't answer. His mouth hung open. His eyes traveled from her areolas down to her shaved slit, then back up. He made a small sound, something between a cough and a gasp.

"Have a good day," Walter added, guiding Maya past him with a hand on her lower back.

She felt the janitor's gaze on her as they walked. Felt it like a physical weight, pressing against her skin, crawling across the curve of her ass and the hollow of her spine. His head turned to follow her, and she knew—knew—he was watching every step, every sway, every bounce of her bare breasts until she disappeared through the locker room door.

The door swung shut behind them.

Maya let out a breath she hadn't known she was holding.

"He seemed surprised," she said.

Walter smiled. "He's never seen a champion before."

---------------------------

The weeks blurred into a rhythm. 4 AM wake-ups. The Buick's vinyl seats. Walter's cane tapping down the hallway. The silver weights grew heavier, and Maya's body grew stronger—her thighs carved with new muscle, her shoulders broader, her core a tight band of power she'd never known she possessed.

But it was her areolas that had truly transformed.

She stood in front of her bathroom mirror at 3:30 AM, naked, examining herself before Walter arrived. The brown discs no longer merely puffed from her chest. They projected; five full centimeters of dense projection an 9 centimeters diameter, glandular tissue that rose from her breasts like small towers, the nipples themselves thick as wine corks, the areolar skin textured and crinkled and darker than it had ever been. When she turned sideways, the protrusion was absurd—obscene, even—the kind of anatomy that belonged in medical textbooks or fetish magazines.

She'd asked Walter about it last week. "Is it the weights? The training?"

His answer had been characteristically precise. "The Kegels increase blood flow to the pelvic region and, by extension, the entire endocrine system. Combined with your age and your natural predisposition for glandular development, the areolar growth is a predictable side effect. Nothing to worry about."

She'd believed him. Why wouldn't she? Her times had dropped by four seconds in the hundred-meter breaststroke. Her dolphin kick was explosive, her core stability unmatched by any girl on the team. Walter's methods—the internal weights, the Kegel progression, the endless drills—were working. He was a genius. A mentor. The grandfather she'd never had.

The fact that her areolas now looked like something from a pornographic cartoon was just... collateral development. Like a gymnast's calluses or a weightlifter's thick neck.

The Buick's horn honked outside.

Maya pulled on her shorts and tank top and ran downstairs.

---

The aquatic center was quiet at this hour. Always quiet. The janitor who'd seen her naked weeks ago now made a point of being elsewhere when Walter's Buick pulled into the lot. Maya walked through the empty corridors with her bag over her shoulder, her body humming with pre-dawn alertness, the fifteen-pound weight already nestled inside her.

She'd graduated to the twenty-pound weight last week. It was thicker than the others—two and a half inches in diameter, nearly four inches long—and the insertion required focus. She'd learned to breathe through the stretch, to relax the muscles that wanted to clamp down, to let the weight slide home in one slow, steady push.

Today was the thirty.

Walter was waiting in the locker room, his canvas tote on the bench beside him. The thirty-pound weight sat on top like a silver trophy: three inches in diameter, four and a half inches long, the surgical steel gleaming under the fluorescent lights.

"Morning, Maya." His dishwater eyes tracked her as she entered. "How do you feel?"

"Ready." She meant it. The twenty-pound weight had become manageable. Her pelvic floor could hold it through a full two-hour session without fatigue. "I've been doing the Kegels. Two hundred a day, like you said."

"Good girl." He patted the bench. "Sit. We need to discuss insertion technique before you attempt the thirty."

She sat. The crinkly paper on the examination table had been replaced since yesterday—she could tell by the way it crackled under her thighs.

"The twenty-pound weight uses a standard insertion," Walter said, settling onto his stool. "Lubrication, relaxation, one steady push. That works for weights up to approximately twenty-five pounds. Beyond that—" He tapped the thirty-pound weight with his cane. "The diameter becomes too large for direct insertion. The tissue needs to be... prepared."

"Prepared how?"

"Through progressive stretching." His voice settled into lecture cadence, the one she'd come to associate with breakthrough moments in her training. "Imagine the vaginal canal as a series of concentric muscle rings. The outermost ring—the introitus—is the most resistant. It's designed to be tight. Protective. To insert something this wide—" He held up the thirty-pound weight, its girth filling his palm. "You need to stretch each ring individually before attempting full insertion."

Maya nodded. The logic was sound. The logic was always sound when Walter explained things.

"I'll talk you through it," he continued. "But you'll do the stretching yourself. It's important that you learn to read your body's signals. I can't feel what you feel."

"Okay." She stood and stripped. The tank top came off first, then the shorts. Her massive breasts swung free, the five centimeters projecting anad 9 centimeters diameter areolas catching the light. Walter's eyes lingered on them for a moment—clinical assessment, she assumed—before he gestured at the examination table.

"Lie back. Feet on the edge. Knees apart."

She assumed the position. The crinkly paper was cold against her bare back. Her knees fell open, exposing the smooth slit of her labia, the tight pucker of her anus, the twenty-pound weight still nestled inside her.

"Remove the twenty first."

She reached between her legs and gripped the base. A slow exhale, a gentle pull, and the weight emerged with a wet sound that made her ears flush. She set it on the paper beside her hip.

"Now." Walter leaned forward, his hands resting on the brass handle of his cane. "You're going to stretch the introitus manually. Start with two fingers. Index and middle. Insert them slowly and spread them apart as far as is comfortable."

Maya's hand hovered over her pelvis. "Like... scissors?"

"Precisely. Slow, steady pressure. Hold each stretch for thirty seconds before widening further. The goal is to feel the tissue yield without pain. Discomfort is expected. Pain means you're moving too fast."

She nodded. Her fingers found her entrance—slick already, the body's automatic response to years of early-morning insertions—and pressed inward.

Two fingers. The familiar stretch. Then she spread them.

The sensation was strange. Not painful, but intense—the feeling of tissue being asked to expand beyond its usual limits, the muscles protesting then slowly, gradually, yielding to the pressure. She watched Walter's face as she worked. His expression was one of professional interest, his eyes tracking her hand's movement with the same focus he brought to analyzing her stroke mechanics.

"Good," he said. "Now add a third finger."

She withdrew slightly and tucked her ring finger alongside the others. The stretch intensified. Three fingers —the width of them together was substantial, pressing outward against the tight ring of muscle, asking it to accommodate more than it ever had. She held the position for thirty seconds. Forty-five. A full minute.

"How does it feel?"

"Tight," she admitted. "But not painful."

"Excellent. Now—this is important—you're going to switch to two thumbs. Hook them inside yourself and pull in opposite directions. The lateral stretch targets different fibers than the anterior-posterior."

Maya blinked. "I'm not sure I can... the angle..."

"Shift your hips forward. Scoot to the edge of the table. Let your knees fall wider."

She adjusted her position. The new angle brought her pelvis closer to the edge, her slit now fully accessible. She hooked her thumbs inside herself—the position was awkward, almost comical—and pulled outward.

The stretch was extraordinary.

She felt the tissue yield in a way it hadn't with her fingers. The lateral pressure reached deeper, opening her in a direction she'd never stretched before. Her labia spread wide, the inner folds stretching thin, the entrance itself gaping into a visible oval.

"There," Walter said, his voice slightly hoarse. "Now you can see what we're working with. Can you see?"

She couldn't. Not from this angle. But she could feel—the cool air reaching deeper than it should, the strange openness, the way her body was learning to accommodate more than it had ever been asked to.

"Hold for sixty seconds," Walter instructed. "Then we move to the graduated dilators."

---

The dilators were clear acrylic, graduated from one centimeter to three, each one smooth and featureless. Walter had her insert them in sequence, working from smallest to largest, holding each one for two minutes before moving to the next. By the time she reached the third dilator—two and a half centimeters in diameter—her thighs were trembling.

"You're doing wonderfully," Walter said. "The tissue is responding beautifully. Just one more before the weight."

The final dilator was three centimeters in diameter. The same width as the thirty-pound weight. Maya took it in her hand—it was lighter than the weights, hollow acrylic instead of solid steel—and pressed it against her entrance.

"You'll need to bear down slightly," Walter said. "Not a push, exactly. More like... opening from within. Reverse Kegel. Can you do that?"

She could. The months of Kegels had taught her control over muscles she'd never known existed. She relaxed the pelvic floor consciously, deliberately, and the dilator slid past her introitus in one smooth motion.

"There." Walter's voice was thick. "It's in. How does that feel?"

"Full." She was panting slightly. "Very full."

"Now remove it and immediately insert the thirty-pound weight. The tissue will retain the stretch for approximately ninety seconds. You need to move quickly."

Maya pulled the dilator free. Her hand found the thirty-pound weight—the surgical steel was warm from sitting under the lights, and it was heavy, absurdly heavy, fifteen pounds more than she'd ever held inside her body. She brought it between her legs.

"Angle it slightly upward," Walter said. "The cervix needs to be bypassed. Aim for the posterior fornix—the deeper pocket behind the cervix. That's where the weight will seat properly."

She adjusted the angle. The tip pressed against her entrance—still gaping slightly from the dilator—and she pushed.

The weight moved inward.

One inch. Two inches. The stretch was beyond anything she'd experienced, the thirty pounds of depleted uranium and surgical steel demanding space her body had never made before. She could feel every millimeter of the circumference, every ounce of the mass, her tissues stretching to accommodate—

Halfway in, she stopped.

"I can't—" Her voice cracked. "It's too—"

"Breathe," Walter said. "Slow exhale. Bear down. Your body is capable of this. I've seen your progression. I know what you can do."

She breathed. Exhaled. Bore down.

The weight slid deeper.

"The pelvic floor needs to relax completely," Walter continued, his voice low and steady. "Think of it as opening a door from the inside. The muscles that clench are the same muscles that resist. You need to tell them to stop resisting. Tell them this is safe. Tell them to let go."

Maya closed her eyes. Found the muscles he was talking about—the ones she'd trained for months to clench around the smaller weights. She spoke to them silently. Let go. Let go. This is safe. This is Walter's method. This is what champions do.

The weight slid home.

She felt it seat in the posterior fornix—a deep, strange fullness that pressed against something primal, something that made her breath catch and her vision blur. Thirty pounds. Inside her. The weight was enormous, a constant downward pull that her pelvic floor would have to fight every second.

"Good girl," Walter breathed. "Now. Hold it there. Don't move for sixty seconds. Let your body adjust to the mass."

Maya lay still. Her thighs were splayed open on the crinkly paper, her massive breasts rising and falling with each breath, her five-centimeter areolas pointed at the ceiling. She could feel the weight settling, feel her organs shifting to accommodate it, feel every gram of the thirty pounds pressing down against the floor of her pelvis.

"Time," Walter said finally. "How do you feel?"

"Full," she said. "Really full. But... it's in."

"Then let's test it." He rose from his stool, his cane tapping against the tile. "Get dressed. We're doing a thousand meters."

---

She made it eight hundred before her body gave out.

The thirty-pound weight was a different creature than the twenty. It demanded constant attention, constant clenching, constant correction every time her stroke faltered. By the six-hundred-meter mark, her thighs were burning. By seven hundred, her core was screaming. At eight hundred, the weight began to slip, the exhausted muscles finally yielding, and she had to stop mid-lap to press it back into place.

"Enough," Walter called from the pool deck. "That's enough for today."

She pulled herself onto the edge and lay there, gasping, the transparent suit doing nothing to hide the silver base just visible at her entrance. Walter stood over her, his cane planted between his feet, his dishwater eyes gleaming.

"Tomorrow," he said, "you'll do nine hundred. Then a thousand. Then we add the ankle weights."

Maya couldn't speak. Could barely think. But somewhere in the fog of exhaustion, a warmth bloomed. Pride. She'd done it. The thirty-pound weight—the final milestone before whatever "real training" Walter had been hinting at—was inside her. She was ready.

---

The Buick pulled into her driveway at 7:03 AM. The sun was just clearing the trees, the morning light pale and watery through the windshield. Maya's legs were still trembling from the session, her core muscles spent, the thirty-pound weight heavy and insistent inside her.

Walter put the car in park and turned to her. His expression was gentle. Grandfatherly.

"Same time tomorrow," he said. "Get some rest. You've earned it."

He didn't mention the weight. Didn't remind her to remove it. Just smiled his papery smile and waited for her to climb out of the passenger seat.

Maya stood on her driveway, her bag over her shoulder, watching the Buick pull away. She waved as it turned the corner—a small gesture of gratitude for the mentor who'd transformed her into something new, something powerful, something that was almost ready to compete.

She didn't notice the thirty-pound weight still inside her until she was halfway up the stairs to her bedroom, each step a negotiation with gravity, her exhausted pelvic floor barely holding on.

Tomorrow, she thought. Tomorrow she'd remove it before leaving the facility. Tonight, she'd sleep with the fullness, let her body learn to accept it.

The way Walter always said champions did.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maya was already standing at the end of her driveway when the Buick’s headlights swept across the lawn. The air had that 3:45 AM stillness—no birds, no wind, just the distant hum of a highway and the tick of the engine cooling as Walter put the car in park.

He leaned over and pushed the passenger door open. “Morning, Maya. You’re early.”

“You’re earlier.” She slid into the vinyl seat, her bare thighs sticking for a moment before she settled. She wore only a thin cotton sundress, pale yellow, the straps thin as shoelaces. It was easier than pajamas. Less to take off when she got there.

Her eyes went immediately to the back seat.

A new duffle bag sat there. Black canvas, heavy-duty zippers, a small brass nameplate she’d never seen before. It wasn’t Walter’s usual tote.

“What’s that?”

Walter glanced in the rearview mirror as he pulled onto the empty road. “Today’s equipment. We’re training in the water together this morning. No weights beyond the one you’ll carry inside you. No drills on the deck. Just swimming.”

“You’re getting in the water with me?”

“I think it’s time.” His papery fingers flexed on the steering wheel. “Your stroke mechanics are excellent, but there are refinements I can only teach from in the water. Hand placement. Hip rotation. The kind of adjustments that can’t be observed from the deck.”

Maya nodded. The logic was there. It was always there. “What’s in the duffle bag?”

“My suit. My towel. A few instructional aids.” He smiled, the skin around his eyes crinkling like old parchment. “Nothing weird yet, as you might say. Just swimming.”

The word yet hung in the air between them.

She didn’t ask about it.

---

The aquatic center was dark except for the single fluorescent tube buzzing over the locker room door. Walter’s cane tapped against the tile as they walked, his free hand carrying the new duffle bag. Maya followed a half-step behind, her sundress brushing against her thighs, the weight of the morning pressing against her skin.

Inside the locker room, Walter set the bag on the bench and turned to a locker she’d never seen him use before. It was at the end of the row, larger than the others, with a heavy brass padlock hanging from the hasp.

“This was the coach’s locker,” he said, spinning the combination with trembling fingers. “They let me keep it when the school closed the athletics program. I never have a chance to use the lock. Silly, really. Forty years old and still works like new.”

The lock clicked open. He swung the door wide, revealing a spacious compartment lined with cedar, a small shelf, and two hooks.

“You can put your things in here if you’d like. Saves you walking back to the other lockers after we’re done. We’ll shower, debrief, and head straight out.”

Maya hesitated for only a heartbeat. Then she stepped forward and slipped the sundress over her head. She wasn’t wearing anything underneath.

The dress fell to the bench.

Walter’s eyes moved across her body in their familiar pattern—shoulders, breasts, the brown towers of her areolas, the smooth curve of her freshly shaved mound, the thighs corded with new muscle. His gaze was methodical. Lingering only where it needed to.

“Your conditioning is holding,” he said, as if answering a question she hadn’t asked. “The areolar projection hasn’t receded. Good. The tissue is maintaining its development.”

“You say that every time.”

“I say it because I’m looking for regression.” He unbuttoned the top button of his shirt. “If the tissue ever loses density, we’d need to adjust your protocol. So far, you’re exceeding expectations.”

She stood naked beside the bench while he undressed. It was a ritual now—this quiet, clinical exchange of skin for skin, the old man revealing his body while she waited to begin her own. His shirt came off first. The skin beneath was pale and spotted, draped over a thin frame of bone and sinew. Then his trousers. He unbuckled his belt with slow, deliberate movements, the leather sliding free, the pants dropping to his ankles.

He was wearing white briefs. Old man’s briefs. The cotton was thin from decades of washing, gone nearly transparent at the hips, and through the fabric she could see the outline of his testicles—enormous, sagging low, a shape that seemed to belong to a much younger man.

Walter reached into the duffle bag and pulled out a small bundle of faded fabric. He shook it open.

A speedo. Not the modern kind with sleek panels and hydrodynamic seams. This was something from another era—nylon the color of old newspaper, cut high on the hips, the front panel small as a postage stamp. It had a drawstring at the waist and a faded logo she couldn’t quite read.

“1964,” Walter said, holding it up. “Bought it for a swim meet in college. Never wore it in competition. Seemed too… brief, even then.” He smiled, his teeth the color of ivory. “But for coaching, it’s perfect. Less drag than trunks.”

He hooked his thumbs into the waistband of his briefs and pushed them down.

Maya’s breath caught.

His penis was barely visible. A button of flesh, shriveled against the enormous backdrop of his scrotum, no more than a centimeter and a half from base to tip. The head was a tiny pink acorn, the shaft nonexistent, the whole thing receding into a tangle of gray hair. But his testicles—those were vast. They hung low and heavy, each one the size of a small peach, the skin wrinkled and loose and swinging gently with every movement. The contrast was almost surreal, a body part that looked like it had been borrowed from somewhere else entirely.

She stared.

She couldn’t help it. The proportions were so strange, so completely unlike anything she’d ever imagined, that her eyes refused to move.

Walter noticed. His head tilted slightly, and his dishwater eyes flickered from her face to her chest to the spot between her legs where her gaze was fixed.

“Checking my conditioning?” he asked, and his voice was dry. Amused.

“I—no. Sorry. I just—” Maya’s face heated. “I didn’t expect—”

“Most people don’t.” He stepped into the speedo, pulling the faded nylon up over his hips. The massive scrotum bulged behind the thin fabric, the outline unmistakable. The tiny penis was invisible. “It’s a condition called testicular hypertrophy. Happened in my sixties. Doctors said it was harmless. My daughter used to say I had the balls of a bull and the cock of a field mouse.”

He laughed—a dry, rasping sound—and Maya found herself laughing too, the tension breaking.

“That’s… that’s a colorful way to put it.”

“She was a colorful girl.” Walter’s smile softened. “Now. Your turn. The thirty-pound weight. We’ll be in the water in five minutes.”

Maya turned to her bag. She’d brought the velvet pouch with the thirty-pound bullet, the lube, the small acrylic dilator she now used for prep. She spread the items on the bench and squatted over the towel she’d laid down.

The insertion was quick now. Efficient. She’d learned the technique Walter had taught her: two thumbs hooked inside, a lateral stretch, then the dilator to open the introitus to three centimeters. A deep exhale, a deliberate reverse Kegel, and the thirty-pound weight slid home in a single smooth push. The fullness settled into her like an old friend. The weight pressed down against her pelvic floor, and her muscles clenched around it automatically, holding it in place.

Walter watched the whole time. His eyes tracked the stretch of her labia, the slide of the metal, the way her body accepted the mass. When she straightened up, he nodded.

“Good. You’ve mastered the technique. Now let’s swim.”

---

The pool was warm. Walter had adjusted the temperature before their session, and the water wrapped around her like a second skin. The transparent suit was on—the white film covering her breasts and her slit—but it didn’t matter. The water made it nothing. She moved through it without shame.

Walter was already in the shallow end, his speedo dark against his pale skin, his cane resting on the deck. He stood in chest-deep water, his arms floating at his sides, and gestured for her to come closer.

“Freestyle first. I need to see your catch phase. Go slow.”

She pushed off the wall and began a lazy stroke. The thirty-pound weight shifted inside her with each kick, a pendulum of mass that her pelvic floor adjusted to without conscious thought. She was halfway down the lane when she felt Walter’s hands on her hips.

He’d moved faster than she’d expected.

His fingers wrapped around the bony crests of her pelvis, his palms flat against her skin, his thumbs pressing into the small of her back. Just above her mound. Right at the edge of the suit. His touch was light but deliberate, guiding her hips into a better rotation.

“Your left hip is dropping on the recovery,” he said, his voice close to her ear. “Feel the difference when I hold it level.”

She did. The water felt different—smoother, her kick more efficient. His hands stayed on her for another two strokes, then released.

“Again. Butterfly this time.”

She switched strokes. Walter moved with her, his old body pushing through the water beside hers. When she undulated, he placed a hand on her lower belly, just above the pubic bone, and pressed gently.

“The dolphin kick starts here,” he said. “Not in the knees. Drive from here.”

His palm was warm. The pressure was firm. Maya felt the weight inside her shift against his hand, and for a moment—just a moment—something flickered in her chest. A heat. A flutter.

Then it was gone, and he was guiding her arms, adjusting the angle of her elbows, murmuring instructions she absorbed without thinking.

She trusted him. It was as simple as that. His hand on her hip, his fingers on her belly, his body moving through the water beside hers—it was all part of the training. Part of the progression. Part of whatever was making her faster, stronger, better.

They swam for an hour. When it was over, she pulled herself onto the deck and lay there, panting, the thirty-pound weight a heavy anchor inside her. Walter climbed out more slowly, his cane waiting for him at the edge, water streaming from the faded speedo and the vast bulge beneath it.

“Shower,” he said. “Then we’ll discuss next steps.”

---

The shower room was steamy and warm. Maya stood under the spray, letting the water beat against her shoulders, the transparent suit still clinging to her skin. She’d remove the weight after the debrief. Walter had said to wait.

He stood a few feet away, leaning on his cane outside the stall, the speedo still on. His dishwater eyes moved over her body the way they always did—checking her conditioning, she was sure. Looking for signs of regression.

“Your hip rotation has improved ninety percent,” he said, his voice carrying over the water. “The thirty-pound weight is forcing better core engagement. I could see it in your kick.”

She nodded, tilting her head back to rinse her hair. The motion made her breasts lift, the brown towers of her areolas pointing at the ceiling. She saw Walter’s eyes go there. She didn’t mind.

“What’s next?” she asked.

Walter was quiet for a moment. Then he tapped his cane against the tile.

“The next phase is more intimate,” he said. “My presence in the water will need to be… closer. More direct. There are internal muscle groups that can’t be trained with weights alone. They require manual feedback.”

Maya turned off the spray. Steam curled around her body. “Manual feedback?”

“My hands. On your pelvic floor. Pressing from the outside while you clench from the inside. It’s the only way to isolate the deeper layers of the levator ani.”

She thought about this. Thought about his hands on her hips. On her belly. The warmth of his palm just above her mound.

“Okay,” she said. “When?”

“Tomorrow.” Walter’s smile spread. Slow. Patient. Grandfatherly. “Tomorrow we begin. And this time, you won’t be wearing the suit.”

--------------------------------------------

The water drummed against Maya’s shoulders, steam rising in thick coils around her. She stood facing the tiled wall, her hands braced against it, letting the heat soak into her spent muscles. The thirty-pound weight was still inside her, a dense anchor she’d grown accustomed to. Behind her, through the veil of steam, she could see Walter in the mirror.

Every angle reflected. The wall mirror caught her front—the heavy breasts, the brown towers of her areolas puckered from the water, the silver stretchmarks glistening. The floor mirror, angled upward, showed the underside of everything: the smooth curve of her shaved mound, the labia slightly parted, the silver base of the weight just visible between them. She’d stopped noticing the mirrors weeks ago. They were just there. Part of the facility.

“So when we increase the interval sets,” she said, raising her voice over the spray, “should I expect the same progression pattern as the ten to twenty?”

Walter’s voice came from somewhere behind her. “Similar. Your pelvic floor will adapt faster now. The thirty-pound weight has already triggered deeper muscle fibers. The next jump will be to thirty-five.”

She nodded, tilting her head to rinse the shampoo from her hair. Her breasts swung with the motion, the areolas bobbing. Through the mirror she saw Walter standing just outside the shower stall, still in his speedo, his eyes fixed on her. The faded nylon bulged at the front—the massive testicles sagging low, but there was something else. A small peak. A upward pointing nub.

Maya’s eyes lingered on it for a moment.

His penis was so tiny—barely a centimeter and a half flaccid—but now it seemed to be pointing upward. Like an erection. Except that was impossible. A two-centimeter erection? She almost laughed. The old body did weird things, she told herself. Hormonal fluctuations. Age. Maybe the speedo bunched funny. She shrugged and turned back to the wall.

“Thirty-five sounds manageable,” she said. “How much does that one weigh?”

“Slightly different density. I’ll show you tomorrow.” His voice was steady, but something in it had thickened. She didn’t notice.

“Could you—I’m having trouble reaching. Wash my back and legs, please. These old joints.”

Maya turned. Walter had stepped closer to the stall, his cane set aside, a washcloth in his hand. His speedo was still on. The little peak was still there, pointing up like a curious mushroom. She didn’t think twice.

“Sure.”

She took the washcloth and lathered it. He turned around, presenting his back—pale and spotted, the shoulder blades sharp beneath papery skin. She scrubbed in slow circles, working the soap across his shoulders, down his spine. His skin was loose and warm. She washed his legs too, bending to reach his calves, her massive breasts brushing against his hip as she moved. He didn’t flinch.

“Your turn,” he said when she finished. “I’ll get your back.”

He took the washcloth from her. She faced the wall again, her hands on the tile. The water sluiced down her spine.

Walter’s hands were gentle, methodical. He started at her shoulders, the washcloth gliding across her skin, the pressure even and professional. Down her shoulder blades. The small of her back. Then he moved lower, washing the backs of her thighs, her calves. She felt the cloth disappear between her legs for a moment—just a quick swipe—and then he stood.

“The front now,” he said.

She turned to face him.

The washcloth was soapy again. He started at her collarbone, working downward in slow, thorough circles. Her breasts. The cloth cupped each one, the suds spreading across the brown towers of her areolas. His palm pressed gently, the fabric dragging across the sensitive tissue, the nipples tightening instantly. He didn’t pause. Just kept washing, his eyes slightly unfocused, as if he’d forgotten what he was doing and was simply following a muscle memory.

Maya looked down. His hand moved in a steady rhythm, cleaning her chest. It wasn’t groping. It wasn’t anything but thorough. He probably didn’t even realize he’d been washing the same spot for thirty seconds, she thought. Old age. Zoning out.

She glanced down at his speedo. The little peak was still there, still pointing up. She suppressed a smile. Look at that. A two-centimeter erection. Or whatever that was. The old body was so funny. So strange. She almost wanted to laugh out loud at the absurdity of it—a man his age, with that tiny button of flesh, somehow getting excited. But it wasn’t exciting. It was just… biology. Weird biology.

Then the soap ran into her eye.

A sharp sting. She gasped, squeezing her lids shut. “Shit—soap in my eye—”

Walter’s hand dropped from her chest. “Here, let me help. Tilt your head back. Let the water rinse it.”

She tilted her head, facing him, her eyes screwed shut. The water from the shower hit her face, but the soap was still burning. She rubbed frantically at her eye, her vision blurred, tears streaming.

She didn’t see Walter step closer.

She didn’t see his hand slide inside his speedo.

She didn’t see him grip his tiny penis—now rigid, fully erect at exactly two centimeters, a surprising hardness for something so small—and begin to pump with frantic speed.

Her eye burned. She rubbed harder. The water was warm.

Then she felt a splash of liquid against her mons. Hot. Sudden. Like the water temperature had spiked for a split second.

“There,” Walter said, his voice slightly breathless. “I think that’s got it.”

The burning subsided. Maya blinked, clearing her vision. Walter was standing in front of her, the washcloth in his hand, his expression perfectly calm. A thin sheen of moisture on his chest. Must be shower spray.

“Thanks,” she said, still blinking. “That really stung.”

“Of course. Always rinse from the inside corner outward. That’s the trick.”

She looked down at her body. The water was sluicing over her shaved mound, carrying away whatever had landed there. Probably just a hot pipe surge, she thought. The old plumbing in this building was unpredictable. She shrugged and turned back to the wall.

“So thirty-five pounds tomorrow? Same time?”

“Four AM sharp,” Walter said. “You’re progressing beautifully, Maya. I’ll have the new weight ready.”

---

The shower ended. They stepped out into the locker room, water pooling at their feet. Walter dried himself with his towel, the speedo clinging wetly to his massive scrotum. Maya wrapped a towel around her body and sat on the bench.

She watched him remove the speedo. His penis was no longer pointing up. It hung limp and wrinkled, barely a centimeter and a half, a tiny raisin nestled in a forest of gray hair. The enormous testicles swung as he moved.

Weird, she thought. It was pointing up before. Must have been the position. Or maybe at his age the muscles just twitch randomly. She dismissed it.

“Can you help me with my back?” he asked. “I can’t reach.”

“Sure.”

She took his towel and dried his shoulders, his spine, his legs. He sat on the bench, and she knelt in front of him to dry his calves. As she leaned forward, her massive breast brushed against his face, the brown tower of her areola grazing his lips.

“Oh! Sorry.” She pulled back.

Walter laughed. “Didn’t even feel it. Don’t worry.”

She continued drying his legs, working downward. Her other breast brushed against his groin—against that tiny penis and the huge balls—as she reached for his ankle. She felt the soft contact, the strange warmth of his skin.

“Sorry again,” she said, straightening.

“No need.” His voice was easy. “These things happen.”

She stood and handed him the towel. As she did, she glanced down at his groin. The little penis was pointing up again. Two centimeters. The same tiny peak she’d seen in the shower.

Must have been like that all along, she thought. My imagination earlier. This is just how his ancient cock sits naturally. A permanent upward tilt.

She dried herself quickly, pulling on her sundress, the yellow cotton settling over her damp skin. Walter dressed in his trousers and shirt, moving slowly, his cane tapping against the tile.

“Tomorrow we’ll work on the new weight. You’ll do a thousand meters with it. No breaks.”

“Got it.”

They walked out together, the locker room door swinging shut behind them. The hallway was empty. The janitor was nowhere in sight.

Maya’s thighs still trembled from the swim. The weight was still inside her. And somewhere, in the back of her mind, a faint heat lingered—the phantom memory of that splash against her skin, warm and sudden and already forgotten.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The months dissolved into a rhythm so natural Maya stopped counting them.

Her body had transformed in ways she barely registered—the mirror showed a stranger with hips that flared like a violin's curves, an ass so round and firm it seemed sculpted from marble, her waist so narrow her mother had to take her jeans in twice. The silver stretchmarks now traced her hips like river deltas, branching across the newly widened bone, catching the morning light. Her thighs had thickened, corded with muscle, but it was her pelvis that had changed most dramatically—the bones had spread, creating a frame that made her walk different, a subtle sway she didn't notice but Walter never missed.

She'd shot up the rankings. Third in regionals. First in the state qualifier. Her name appeared in swim magazines now, always accompanied by photos that made her cringe—the camera loved her areolas, the way they pushed against even the most modest suits, the impossible projection that editors called "striking" and competitors called unfair.

Walter was the reason. Walter and his weights, his water sessions, his endless adjustments. He was in the locker room every morning, watching her undress, chatting while she showered, his dishwater eyes tracking her like she was the most fascinating specimen he'd ever studied. She'd grown used to his gaze. Comfortable with it. His presence was as natural as the chlorine smell, as constant as the 4 AM alarm.

Her Kegels had become unconscious now. She did them walking to class, sitting in lectures, lying in bed at night. The forty-pound weight felt routine. Forty-five required focus. Fifty was the milestone she'd been building toward for weeks, and today was the day.

---

The old nurse's office smelled the same—disinfectant and dust, the faint tang of metal. Walter had the fifty-pound weight waiting on the cart, a perfect three-inch sphere of polished steel, gleaming under the fluorescent light.

Maya's breath caught when she saw it. "It's a sphere."

"Spheres distribute weight more evenly across the pelvic floor." Walter settled onto his stool, his cane resting across his knees. "But they require a different insertion technique. The diameter is constant—there's no narrow end to start with. You can't slide it in gradually."

She undressed without being asked. The sundress pooled at her feet, and she stood naked before him, her body a landscape of curves and shadows. Her areolas had grown again—six centimeters of brown tissue projecting from each breast, the nipples thick as wine corks. Her hips were so wide now that her waist seemed almost impossibly small, the hourglass so extreme it looked edited.

"The forty-five-pound bullet is still inside you," Walter observed. "Remove it."

She squatted, hooked two fingers into the base, and pulled. The bullet emerged with a wet sound, forty-five pounds of depleted uranium and steel, and she set it on the paper beside her.

Walter gestured at the examination table. "Lie back. Feet on the edge. I need to take updated measurements before we attempt the sphere. Your dimensions have changed significantly since the last assessment."

She assumed the position. The crinkly paper crackled beneath her. Her knees fell open, and the fluorescent light illuminated every fold, every shadow, the smooth expanse of her shaved mound and the pink slit beneath.

Walter picked up the measuring tape. "Hips first."

His hands wrapped around her pelvis, the tape snug against the widest point. "Forty-two inches. That's a four-inch increase since your last measurement." He wrote on his clipboard. "Waist—twenty-four inches. The ratio is exceptional."

The calipers came next. He measured the thickness of her labia majora, the width of her vaginal opening, the distance from her clitoral hood to her perineum. Each number was recorded with clinical precision.

"Now the internal dimensions," he said, reaching for a set of graduated dilators. "The sphere is three inches in diameter. I need to confirm your canal can accommodate that circumference."

He picked up the largest dilator—three inches exactly—and held it up. "I'll insert this slowly. Tell me if you feel pain."

The acrylic was cool against her entrance. He pressed inward, the angle upward, and the dilator slid past her introitus with surprising ease. Maya felt the stretch—deep, full, the walls of her vagina expanding to accommodate the width—but no pain. Her body had learned to yield.

Walter pushed deeper. The dilator seated fully, three inches of acrylic filling her completely. "How does that feel?"

"Full," she said. "But not too full."

He held it there for thirty seconds, watching her face. "The sphere will be more challenging. The weight makes it harder to control the angle. And because it's spherical, it can rotate inside you. You'll need to use your pelvic floor to keep it oriented correctly."

He withdrew the dilator. A thin sheen of moisture coated the acrylic.

"How do I insert it?" Maya asked. "If there's no narrow end?"

Walter set the dilator aside and picked up the steel sphere. It filled his palm, heavy and perfect, gleaming under the light. "You'll use a combination of manual stretching and gravity. First, you'll need to open the introitus wider than you've ever done before. Then you'll position the sphere at the entrance, tilt your pelvis upward, and let the weight pull itself in."

She frowned. "How do I open the introitus that wide?"

"With your thumbs. Hook them inside and pull laterally. The tissue has stretched significantly from the progressive weights. I believe you can achieve the necessary aperture."

She sat up, her feet still on the edge of the table. Her hands moved between her legs. The position was familiar now—thumbs hooked inside, pulling outward. The stretch was deeper than she'd ever attempted, her labia spreading wide, the entrance gaping into a visible oval.

"Wider," Walter said. "Hold it there. Let the tissue accommodate."

She pulled harder. The burn was intense but not painful—a deep, stretching sensation that made her breath catch. The entrance opened to nearly three inches, the pink walls visible inside.

"Now. The sphere. Press it against the opening and tilt your hips up."

She took the steel sphere from his hand. It was impossibly heavy, fifty pounds of metal in her palm. She positioned it at her entrance, the cool steel pressing against the stretched tissue.

"Tilt up," Walter repeated. "Let gravity do the work."

She tilted her pelvis. The sphere pressed inward—an inch, then another—and suddenly the weight took over. The sphere slid inside her in a rush, the stretch immediate and total, her walls clamping around the perfect circle of steel. She gasped, her hands gripping the table, her vision blurring.

"It's in," she breathed.

"Hold it there. Don't clench. Let your body adjust."

She lay still, panting, the fifty-pound sphere a dense planet inside her. The weight pressed downward, filling her completely, the sensation unlike anything she'd experienced. The bullet weights had been directional—long and narrow, settling against one wall. The sphere was omnidirectional. It pressed everywhere at once.

"Good girl." Walter's voice was hoarse. "Now. Let's test your retention."

He stood and approached the table. His papery hand reached between her legs, his fingertips pressing against her labia, feeling the sphere's position through her flesh.

"Clench," he said.

She did. The Kegel engaged, her pelvic floor tightening around the steel, and the sphere shifted upward slightly.

"Release."

She released. The sphere settled back into place.

"Again. Clench and hold."

She clenched, holding the contraction. Walter's fingers remained pressed against her, his eyes fixed on her face. She saw something flicker in his gaze—a heat she couldn't name.

"How does it feel?" he asked.

"Strange. But good." She paused, her breath catching. "It's so round inside me. I can feel every curve."

"Your body is learning to accommodate a new shape. The spherical weight will train muscle fibers the bullets couldn't reach." His fingers pressed deeper, tracing the outline of the sphere through her flesh. "This is the most advanced stage of internal resistance training. Very few athletes reach this level."

Something in his voice made her stomach flutter. She looked at his face—the papery skin, the dishwater eyes, the slight tremor in his hand as he touched her. The gesture was clinical, she told herself. He was assessing the sphere's position. He needed to feel it through her flesh to confirm proper seating.

But his fingers lingered.

"Walter," she said, and the word came out softer than she'd intended. "Is this part of the training?"

His hand stilled. His eyes met hers.

"Everything I do with you," he said, "is part of the training."

She believed him. Why wouldn't she? He had forty-three years of experience. He'd trained champions. He knew her body better than she knew it herself.

"Okay," she said. "Then keep going."

His fingers moved again—not inward, but in slow circles, tracing the sphere's surface through her flesh. The sensation was unlike anything she'd felt. The pressure, the weight, the warmth of his hand—all of it combined into something that made her breath catch and her thighs tremble.

"You're doing beautifully," he murmured. "Your pelvic floor is responding exactly as it should."

She closed her eyes. The sphere pressed against her from inside, his fingers pressed against her from outside, and for a moment—just a moment—she felt a flicker of something she didn't understand.

A heat. A flutter. A question she didn't know how to ask.

Then it passed, and she opened her eyes, and Walter was withdrawing his hand, his expression perfectly professional.

"Let's get you in the water," he said. "A thousand meters with the sphere. No breaks."

---------------------

The thousand meters had hollowed her out.

Maya gripped the pool edge, her arms trembling, her breath coming in ragged gasps. The fifty-pound sphere sat heavy inside her, a dense planet that her exhausted pelvic floor could barely hold. Water streamed from her body, pooling at her feet on the deck.

Walter stood at the edge, his cane planted between his feet, studying her with those dishwater eyes. His speedo was dark against his pale skin, the massive bulge of his scrotum visible through the faded nylon.

"That's enough for today," he said, his voice softer than usual. "You've earned a recovery session."

Maya looked up, her vision blurry with fatigue. "Recovery?"

"A sports massage. All top-level athletes do them to maximize recovery." He smiled, that grandfatherly smile she'd come to trust. "I'll do it for you. You don't need to put your clothes back on."

She pulled herself onto the deck, the sphere shifting inside her as she stood. The motion made her gasp—a deep, internal pressure that radiated through her pelvis. She wrapped a towel around her shoulders but left the rest of her body bare.

The hallway was empty as they walked toward the medical room. Her feet left wet prints on the tile, her massive breasts swaying with each step. The fluorescent lights hummed overhead, the only sound besides the tap of Walter's cane.

They rounded a corner.

The janitor was there.

He stood frozen, his mop bucket forgotten at his side, his eyes locked onto Maya's naked body. She watched his mouth fall open—actually fall open, his jaw slack as his gaze traveled from her face to the seven-inch projections of her areolas, down the curve of her waist, across the flare of her hips, to the smooth slit between her thighs where the sphere's outline was just visible through her flesh.

He made a sound. A small, strangled noise.

"Evening," Walter said, his voice perfectly pleasant. "Beautiful night for maintenance work."

The janitor didn't answer. His eyes were fixed on Maya's chest, on the impossible geometry of her areolas, the brown towers that projected from the pale orbs of her breasts like sculpted mounds of tissue. A thin line of drool appeared at the corner of his mouth.

Maya kept walking. She felt his gaze on her the entire time, crawling across her skin like a physical weight. She didn't cover herself. She didn't feel the need. Her body was a tool, a machine refined by months of training, and if the janitor wanted to stare at it, that was his concern.

The medical room door clicked shut behind them.

---

The massage table was metal-framed with a thin pad on top, the kind you'd find in a physical therapist's office. Walter adjusted the height, his hands moving with deliberate precision. Maya stood naked beside it, the fifty-pound sphere still inside her, her body humming with exhaustion.

"First time getting a massage?" he asked.

She nodded. "I'm nervous. And excited."

"No need to be nervous." He reached into a cabinet and pulled out a bottle of amber oil. The label was handwritten: Optimized Recovery Formula. Proprietary Blend. "This is a special compound I developed. It accelerates muscle repair at the cellular level."

He poured a small amount into his palm. The oil was golden, the scent rising in waves—something herbal, something warm, something that made Maya's nostrils flare.

"Lie face down," he said. "We'll start with your back."

She climbed onto the table, the vinyl pad cool against her breasts. She turned her head to the side and closed her eyes. The position made her pelvis tilt, and she felt the sphere shift slightly inside her, a deep internal pressure that reminded her it was there.

Walter's hands touched her feet first.

His fingers were cool from the oil but not unpleasant. He worked from her toes upward, pressing into the arches, rotating each ankle. The sensation was unlike anything she'd expected—deep and releasing, a tension she hadn't known she was holding melting under his thumbs.

"Your arches are tight," he observed. "From all the dolphin kick. I'll need to work them more thoroughly next time."

She murmured something, already half gone.

His hands moved to her calves. The muscles there were thick and corded, and his fingers found knots she hadn't known existed. He pressed into them slowly, patiently, and she felt the fibers yielding beneath his touch.

The backs of her knees. Her thighs. Each hamstring received the same attention—long, gliding strokes followed by deep, focused pressure. By the time he reached her glutes, Maya was floating, her body dissolving into the table.

He worked the muscles of her lower back next, his thumbs tracing the spinal erectors, pressing into the space above her newly widened hips. The hourglass curve of her waist, the flare of her pelvis—he massaged every contour, his fingers finding the attachments where the muscles met the bone.

"Turn over," he said quietly.

She rolled onto her back.

The position felt vulnerable. Exposed. Her massive breasts lay on her chest like two pale globes, the brown towers of her areolas pointing at the ceiling. The fifty-pound sphere pressed deeper into her in this position, the weight settling against her posterior fornix.

Walter poured more oil into his palm. The scent of it filled the room.

"Your hips have developed beautifully," he said, his hands moving to her waist. "The widening has improved your kick efficiency by a significant margin." His fingers traced the curve of her ilium, pressing into the muscle attachments. "You can feel the new bone mass here. The adaptation is remarkable."

She felt his touch everywhere—her stomach, her ribs, the space beneath her collarbones. His hands found the outer edges of her groin, massaging the hip flexors where they attached to the pubic bone, and she felt a flutter in her chest.

Then his hands moved higher.

"Your pectoral girdle needs attention," he said. "The weight you carry has created tension in the supporting structures."

His fingers traced the underside of her left breast. The oil was warm, the touch light, and she felt the massive globe lift slightly in his palm. He cupped the weight of it, his thumb pressing into the dense tissue where it met her chest wall.

"Your areolae have grown significantly since our last measurement," he said. "Nine centimeters in diameter. Five centimeters of projection. That's remarkable even by the standards of this program."

His thumb traced the edge of the brown disc. The puffy tissue yielded under his touch, the texture strange against his skin. She felt a ripple of sensation travel from her areola down into her chest.

"This area," he continued, "is often overlooked in standard massage protocols. But the glandular tissue requires circulation just like any other muscle group. The deep fascia needs to be released."

He spread more oil over his palms and took both breasts in his hands. The motion was slow and deliberate, his fingers working the dense flesh, pressing into the areolae from beneath. She felt the brown towers compress slightly, the puffy tissue flattening under his thumbs.

"Breathe," he said. "Let the tissue release."

She exhaled. His thumbs pressed deeper, circling the base of each areola, spreading the oil into the texture of the skin. The sensation was strange and intense, a deep pulling that radiated through her chest.

"Your nipples are very erect," he observed. "That's a good sign. It means the nerve endings are responsive."

She hadn't noticed. But looking down, she saw the thick buds standing tall, dark and rigid, surrounded by the puffy brown discs. His fingers brushed against them as he worked, and she felt a jolt of sensation travel through her body.

She said nothing. The flutter in her chest was warm now, spreading downward. Her breath came in shorter gasps.

Walter worked in silence for several more minutes, his hands moving through the dense tissue with practiced precision. By the time he finished, her breasts felt different—looser, lighter, the tension in the glandular tissue released.

"Now the lower body," he said, and his hands moved to her thighs.

He worked each muscle group methodically, his fingers pressing deep into the quadriceps, the adductors, the muscles of the inner thigh that had grown so strong from the Kegel progression. When he reached her pelvis, he paused.

"The sphere needs to stay in place during the massage," he said. "But your outer groin needs work."

His fingers found the attachments of the hip flexors at the pubic bone. The area was sensitive—just on the outer edge of her labia majora, where the skin met the inner thigh. He pressed into it with his thumbs, and she felt a deep ache that was almost pleasurable.

"Don't tense," he said. "Let these muscles release. They've been holding the sphere for hours."

She tried to relax. His thumbs pressed deeper, working the tight fibers, and she felt her breath catch as the pressure spread through her pelvis.

"That's it," he murmured. "You're doing beautifully."

She wanted to respond, but her mouth wouldn't form words. The exhaustion, the warmth of the oil, the pressure of his hands—all of it combined into a fog that pulled her under. Her eyelids grew heavy. The fluorescent lights blurred.

She was asleep before she knew it.

---

The sound of voices pulled her back.

Maya blinked, her vision swimming. The ceiling above her was familiar—the same cracked tiles, the same fluorescent fixture. Her body felt strange, heavy and light at the same time, the fifty-pound sphere a distant pressure inside her.

She heard Walter's voice, low and conversational. Another voice answered—deeper, younger, rougher.

She turned her head.

The janitor was standing in the corner of the room.

He was talking to Walter, his back half-turned, but his eyes kept darting to her body. Stealing glances. His gaze crawled across her naked chest, her areolae, the curve of her hips, the space between her thighs where the sphere's outline was visible through her flesh.

She pushed herself up on her elbows. The movement made her breasts sway, and the janitor's eyes locked onto them immediately.

"Oh—hi," she said, her voice raspy from sleep.

He looked away, then back. "Uh, hi. I was just—Walter asked me to bring some fresh towels."

Her hand moved instinctively to cover her chest, but there was nothing to cover with. No towel. No sheet. Just her naked body and the janitor's hungry eyes.

Walter turned, his expression calm. "Ah. Maya. I almost forgot." He shook his head, a small smile on his lips. "I've become so accustomed to seeing you naked that I didn't think of it."

She looked at the janitor. He was trying not to stare. Failing.

"It's okay," she said, and the words surprised her. She sat up fully, no longer trying to cover herself. "I don't mind."

She extended her hand.

The janitor stared at it for a moment, then stepped forward and took it. His palm was rough with calluses, his grip hesitant. "I'm Mike," he said.

"Maya." She held his hand for a moment longer than necessary. "Nice to meet you."

Mike's eyes dropped to her chest again. She watched him watch her areolae, watched him swallow, watched his tongue wet his lips.

"I should—" He gestured vaguely at the door. "I should get back to work."

"Thanks for the towels," she said.

He nodded, backed away, and disappeared through the door. It clicked shut behind him.

Walter picked up the bottle of oil and began packing it into his bag. "Time to get you home," he said. "You've had a long day. Tomorrow, we increase the swim distance by another five hundred meters. The sphere stays in for the entire session."

Maya swung her legs off the table and stood. The sphere shifted inside her, and she clenched automatically, holding it in place.

"I'm ready," she said.

She walked naked to the locker, her body still glistening with oil, the janitor's gaze still burning into her skin. She didn't cover herself. There was no point.

Walter's dishwater eyes tracked her from behind, and she felt something warm and unfamiliar settle in her chest.

A flutter.

A question.

A readiness she didn't have words for.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The swim session had been the longest yet.

Two thousand meters with the fifty-pound sphere—no breaks, no mercy, just Walter's voice calling intervals from the deck. Maya's shoulders screamed. Her thighs burned. The sphere sat heavy inside her, a dense planet she'd been carrying for what felt like hours, and every stroke required a conscious clench to keep it from slipping.

By the time she pulled herself onto the deck, she couldn't feel her arms. Her legs were jelly. The world swam at the edges.

"Good," Walter said, his voice distant. "Hit the showers. We'll debrief after."

She walked toward the locker room on autopilot. The tile was cool under her feet. The fluorescent lights buzzed. She pushed through the door and stood under the spray, letting the hot water beat against her shoulders, her neck, the massive curve of her breasts.

Remove the weight, she told herself. You need to remove the weight before the massage.

She reached between her legs and hooked her fingers around the base.

Nothing happened.

She tried again, pulling harder. The sphere shifted slightly, then settled back into place. Her muscles were too fatigued—the Kegel progression had left her pelvic floor a limp, useless thing, incapable of the coordinated push she needed to expel the sphere.

She tried a third time. Her fingers slipped off the slick metal.

"Walter," she called, her voice echoing off the tile. "I can't get it out."

---

His cane tapped against the floor as he entered the shower room. He was still in his speedo, the faded nylon dark with water, the massive bulge of his scrotum visible through the thin fabric.

"Fatigue," he said, his dishwater eyes appraising her. "It happens. The muscles are too spent to coordinate the expulsion reflex."

She stood naked under the spray, water streaming down her body. "What do I do?"

"I'll help you." He set his cane against the wall and stepped into the shower stall. The water hit his papery skin, darkening the gray hairs on his chest. "Lie back. I need access."

She lay on the tile floor, the cold seeping into her shoulders, her knees falling open. The position was vulnerable—the most vulnerable she'd ever been with him. The sphere pressed against her from inside, and she could feel it shifting as she moved.

Walter knelt between her legs.

His hands were warm against her inner thighs, spreading them wider. She watched his face as he leaned forward—the concentration in his eyes, the slight tremor in his lips. His fingers found her labia and parted them, exposing the entrance where the sphere's outline was just visible through the stretched tissue.

"You're very open," he observed. "The training has done its work."

His thumb pressed against the edge of her entrance. She felt the pressure, deep and strange, as he worked his finger inside alongside the sphere.

"Breathe," he said. "I need to find the edge to guide it out."

She exhaled. His finger curved inside her, tracing the sphere's surface, searching for the gap between the metal and her flesh. The sensation was intimate in a way she hadn't prepared for—his knuckle pressing against her inner walls, his palm resting against her labia.

"There," he murmured. "I have it."

He hooked his finger around the sphere's lower edge and pulled.

The motion was slow, deliberate. She felt the sphere shift downward, the stretch intensifying as the widest part of the sphere approached her introitus. Walter's other hand pressed against her lower belly, stabilizing the weight, guiding it through the final resistance.

"Push against me," he said. "Like you're bearing down."

She pushed. The sphere moved another millimeter. Walter's finger curled deeper, finding better leverage, and with a final, steady pull, the sphere emerged.

The release was immediate—a rush of pressure leaving her body, the weight gone, her pelvic floor collapsing inward. Walter caught the sphere in his palm, fifty pounds of polished steel, and set it on the tile beside her knee.

"There," he said, his voice slightly hoarse. "All out."

He didn't move immediately. His hand remained between her legs, his fingers still resting against her labia, his palm warm against her inner thigh. She saw his eyes travel up her body—over the curve of her waist, the massive orbs of her breasts, the nine-centimeter towers of her areolas, dark and wet from the shower.

"You did well today," he said softly. "The sphere stayed seated through the entire session. Your retention has improved dramatically."

She felt a warmth bloom in her chest. Praise from Walter always did that—made her feel seen, made her feel like the work mattered.

"I think you've earned a massage," he said, withdrawing his hand. "Same room as yesterday. I'll get the oil from my car."

---

The medical room was empty when she walked in.

Maya lay down on the table, too exhausted to care about the crinkly paper or the cold vinyl. Her body sank into the thin pad. Her eyes drifted closed. The fluorescent lights blurred into a soft white haze.

She heard footsteps.

He's back, she thought. Good. The oil will help.

The footsteps came closer. Paused beside the table. She sensed someone standing over her, looking down at her body—her bare chest, her areolas, the curve of her hips.

"The oil's in the car," she mumbled, her voice thick with fatigue. "Walter said he was getting it."

No response.

She felt a hand touch her breast.

The touch was rough. Calloused. Not Walter's papery, clinical fingers, but something harder—a grip that squeezed the massive globe of her flesh, testing its weight. She tried to open her eyes, but the exhaustion was too heavy. Her lids wouldn't lift.

A mouth closed over her nipple.

The sensation jolted through her—wet heat, suction, a tongue circling the base of her areola. She felt the brown tower being drawn into someone's mouth, the puffy tissue compressed, the thick bud dragged against a palate. A low moan escaped her lips, involuntary, confused.

The mouth released. Moved to the other breast. The same rough hand gripped the massive orb, lifting it, while the mouth descended on the second areola, sucking hard, drawing the tissue deep into a wet cavern.

Maya's hand twitched. Her fingers found the edge of the table, trying to push herself up.

Something clicked. Footsteps—rapid, retreating—crossed the room. A door opened. Closed.

Silence.

---

She blinked.

The ceiling tiles swam into focus. Her breasts were wet—she could feel the cooling saliva on her areolas, the sensitive tissue still tingling from the suction. Her body felt strange, heavy and light at the same time.

Was I dreaming?

The image flickered through her mind—a rough hand, a wet mouth, a shadow leaning over her. She shuddered. It must have been a nightmare. A strange, erotic nightmare born from exhaustion and the heavy training and the sphere that had been inside her for hours.

She looked down at her chest. The areolas glistened, dark and swollen, the nipples standing erect. But that could be from the cold. From the air.

"It was just a dream," she whispered to herself. "Just a creepy nightmare."

The door clicked open.

Walter walked in, a bottle of amber oil in his hand. "Found it in the trunk," he said, setting it on the cart. "Ready for your massage?"

Maya's shoulders relaxed. A wave of relief washed through her—pure, uncomplicated relief at seeing his familiar face, his papery skin, his dishwater eyes that always made her feel safe.

"Ready," she said, and her voice came out steadier than she expected.

She closed her eyes as his oiled hands touched her shoulders, working the knots that had formed during the brutal swim session. His fingers found the tension in her trapezius and pressed deep, releasing the ache.

The nightmare faded.

She was safe.

Walter was here.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Walter's hands moved with practiced precision, working the amber oil into her shoulders. The scent of herbs and warmth filled the room. Maya lay on her back, her eyes half-closed, the exhaustion of the two-thousand-meter session still pressing against her bones.

"You carried the sphere well today," he said, his thumbs circling her clavicle. "Your retention time has improved by forty percent since last week."

She murmured something. The words didn't matter. His hands felt good—deep and releasing, finding knots she hadn't known were there.

He worked his way down her arms, her forearms, her wrists. Each finger received attention, the joints rotated gently. Then back up to her chest.

"The pectoral girdle," he said, his palms settling on her breasts. "These muscles are compensating for the weight you carry."

He pressed into the dense tissue, his thumbs finding the attachments beneath each areola. The nine-centimeter towers flattened slightly under his touch, the puffy tissue yielding. Maya felt a deep ache radiate through her chest—not painful, but intense, a pulling sensation that traveled down into her ribcage.

"Breathe into it," he said.

She exhaled. His thumbs pressed deeper.

The massage continued. He worked her stomach, her hips, the flared bones of her pelvis that had grown so wide. His fingers traced the inguinal ligament where it attached to her pubic bone, and she felt a flutter in her lower belly.

Then his hands paused.

"How does your pelvic floor feel?" he asked. "Any cramping after the session?"

She considered the question. The sphere had been inside her for nearly three hours, and the muscles had been clenching against it the entire time. Now that the weight was gone, she could feel the aftermath—a deep, persistent ache in her vaginal walls, the muscles twitching involuntarily.

"Actually, yes," she said. "It's cramping. Like a charley horse, but inside."

Walter nodded, his expression clinical. "That's common with extended retention. The muscles fatigue and begin to spasm. I'd like to focus on relaxing that region directly."

She blinked. "Directly?"

"Internal massage. I can reach the pelvic floor muscles from inside the vaginal canal. The same way I guided the sphere out earlier, but instead of extracting a weight, I'll be applying pressure to the muscle fibers themselves."

She thought about this. His fingers inside her—not to remove a weight, but to massage the muscles directly. The logic was sound. A massage therapist would work a cramped hamstring with direct pressure. Why should the pelvic floor be different?

"Okay," she said. "That makes sense."

"Good. Stay on your back. Knees apart."

She adjusted her position, her knees falling wide. The fluorescent light was bright on her exposed body, on the smooth slit of her labia, on the opening that had been stretched so many times by the progressive weights.

Walter poured fresh oil onto his palm and warmed it between his hands.

"This may feel strange at first," he said. "But the tissue will respond quickly."

His first finger pressed against her entrance.

The oil was warm, and his finger slid in without resistance—her body was accustomed to entry now, the introitus yielding immediately. He paused, letting her adjust.

"I'm going to add a second finger," he said. "I need to reach the deeper layers."

Two fingers pushed inward. The stretch was familiar, comfortable. He angled them upward, following the natural curve of her canal, and she felt his knuckles press against her inner walls.

"The levator ani runs along this plane," he said, his voice taking on the lecture cadence she knew so well. "Most of the tension collects here, where the muscle attaches to the pelvic bone."

His fingers curved, searching. She felt a pressure against a spot she'd never felt before—deep, almost at the end of his reach, a kind of internal resistance that made her breath catch.

"Found it," he murmured.

His fingers began to work. Slow circles, pressing into the tight muscle fibers, applying steady pressure that radiated through her pelvis. The sensation was strange—not painful, but intense, a deep ache that seemed to spread outward from the point of contact.

Her muscles clenched around his fingers, an automatic response. He paused, letting her adjust.

"Your body is fighting the touch," he observed. "Try to relax. Let me work."

She exhaled, consciously releasing the Kegel. His fingers sank deeper.

"There it is," he said. "Excellent compliance."

His fingers began to explore.

Not just the tight spot—everything. He traced the ridges of her vaginal walls, mapping their texture. He pressed against the anterior wall, then the posterior, his fingers spreading slightly to feel the full circumference. She felt one finger curl toward her bladder, pressing gently against the spongy tissue there, and she gasped at the unfamiliar sensation.

"Your G-spot region is very responsive," he said matter-of-factly. "The tissue has good vascularity."

She didn't know what to say. The word "G-spot" made her face heat, but he said it like he was describing a muscle group—clinical, detached, professional. She forced herself to stay calm.

His fingers continued their journey.

Deeper now, toward the posterior fornix where the sphere had rested. He pressed into the soft pocket behind her cervix, and she felt a jolt of sensation—deep, almost nauseating, but not unpleasant. His fingers curled, pressing upward, and she felt the space where the fifty-pound sphere had been sitting, the tissues still stretched and warm from accommodating the weight.

"Remarkable," he breathed. "Your vaginal canal has adapted beautifully to the training. The elasticity is exceptional."

His thumb pressed against her clitoris from above while his fingers worked deeper. The dual pressure made her thighs tremble, her breath catching in short gasps.

"You're very open," he continued, his voice low. "Most women would find this level of manual exploration uncomfortable. Your body accommodates without resistance."

His fingers spread inside her, stretching her walls from within. The sensation was invasive in a way she hadn't prepared for—not painful, but impossibly intimate. She felt his knuckles pressing against her introitus, felt the oil-slick glide of his hand moving deeper.

"How does this feel?" he asked.

"Strange," she admitted. "Full."

"That's the internal release. The muscle fibers are relaxing under pressure."

His fingers found another tight spot—higher, near the apex of her canal. He pressed into it slowly, and she felt a release of tension she hadn't known she was holding. The muscle fibers yielded, and a warmth spread through her pelvis.

"There," he said. "You can feel that, can't you? The release."

She could. The deep ache that had been cramping her vaginal walls was subsiding, the muscles softening under his persistent pressure. She felt her body open further, accepting his fingers deeper than they'd been before.

His fingers curled, pressing into the posterior fornix. She felt the slight stretch as he explored the far end of her canal, his touch gentle but thorough. He traced the curve of her cervix, his fingertip circling the small opening with surprising delicacy.

"The cervix is slightly retroverted," he observed. "That's uncommon in nulliparous women. It explains why the sphere seated so well in the posterior fornix."

She didn't understand half of what he was saying. But his voice was steady, his touch methodical, and the cramping was definitely fading. She let her head fall back, her eyes closing, her body relaxing into the table.

His fingers worked for several more minutes.

He explored every fold, every ridge, every pocket of her vaginal canal. He pressed into the anterior wall again, this time holding steady pressure, and she felt a flutter of sensation that traveled up her spine. Her hips shifted involuntarily.

"Your body is responding well to the internal release," he said. "The muscle spasms are resolving."

She could feel it. The tight, clutching ache was gone, replaced by a loose, open feeling. Her pelvic floor felt like it had after a long stretch—relaxed, warm, almost liquid.

"There," he said, withdrawing his fingers slowly. "I've focused on the primary tension points. How does it feel now?"

She took a breath. The cramping was completely gone.

"Better," she said. "Much better. The cramp is gone."

Walter smiled, his papery face creasing in that grandfatherly way she trusted. "The internal release technique is very effective for post-exercise pelvic floor recovery. I've developed it over years of research."

"Thank you," she said. "That really helped."

"Of course." He wiped his hands on a towel, his expression perfectly professional.

He knew, of course, that the cramps would have subsided on their own in another ten minutes. He knew that his exploration—thorough, methodical, intimate—had been entirely for his own pleasure. He knew that the "technique" he'd just demonstrated had no scientific basis beyond satisfying his own curiosity about the architecture of her body.

But Maya didn't know.

She lay on the table, her legs still apart, her body open and trusting. The pain in her pelvic floor had vanished, and she attributed it entirely to the old man's hands.

His papery fingers had been inside her. Deep inside her. Circling her cervix. Pressing against her G-spot. Mapping every inch of her vaginal walls.

And she was grateful.

"Ready for the cool-down swim?" he asked.

"Ready." She sat up, her breasts swaying, the brown towers of her areolas pointing at him like offerings.

She didn't notice the slight tremor in his hands as he packed the oil bottle. Didn't see the way his tongue traced his lower lip. Didn't see the tiny peak pressing against the front of his trousers as he turned away.

She only felt the warmth of gratitude, and the phantom memory of his fingers exploring spaces no one had ever touched.

And the absence of pain, which she believed was a gift from him.
