“Nearly done Ava.” The doctor produced a small cup. “Just next door is the bathroom, why don’t you fill this up in there and meet us back in the first exam room.”

Ava nodded, glad to get a break from the doctor. Eric grabbed Ava’s panties to bring them back to the rest of her clothes.

The doctor and Eric waited for Ava for five minutes until she arrived, still naked of course. The doctor smiled and set the cup to the side. “Why don’t you get dressed now Ava.” Ava had never been so happy to put on her own clothes.

When dressed again, she joined Eric sitting back in front of the desk as the doctor finished making notes. “We’ll have the test results back in a few days, I’ll give you a call when they come in. I also wanted to ask you about birth control? What method are you using right now?”

“Just condoms” Eric answered, “but the chances of something breaking, or just letting something through…”

“Ava, if you are interested in going on birth control that is something we can do today.”

Ava lit up, finally hearing something she actually wanted in this visit. “Yes, yes that is something on my mind for a while actually.”

“Good, have you looked at different kinds? There are daily tablets, small devices we can insert into your uterus-“

“Actually” Ava interrupted, “my sister gets the shot and it worked great for her. Can I get that too?”

“Sure Ava. That one we can start right now. Why don’t you lie face down on the table and lift your dress up around your waist. I’ll be right back.”

Eric was surprised that had gone so smoothly, but Ava was beyond being embarrassed at anything else that could happen today. Before she lay down, Eric sat on the table himself and patted his lap. When the doctor came back in, Ava was over Eric’s knee, dress pulled up and panties down, cheeks perfectly elevated.

“Just cleaning off the area,” cold alcohol made Ava flinch a little, just at the change. “Try and stay relaxed, just a quick pinch…” Ava, despite being warned, clenched her cheek as the needle went in, feeling a slight burn as the medication was injected. The needle was removed and replaced by firm pressure on a cotton pad. “All done!”

Ava got dressed again, and as they were leaving Eric gave her a gently pat and asked “What do we say?”

“Thank you Doctor.”

“You’re very welcome Ava. I’ll see you again in three months.”
