Ariana’s lifeguard physical
Part 1
Ariana Lopez graduates from high school in two weeks, and she turned eighteen a couple months ago. She lives in a beach town, which is blessed with warm weather and sunshine for most of the year. With the surge in tourism during the summer months, the city run lifeguard service hires temporary workers for the season. If an employee does a good job and is reliable, they are often hired again the following summer. Ariana really wants this job, the pay is surprisingly good and will help her with college expenses. She and some of her friends have applied, hoping to get hired. They prepared during the school year by taking CPR and first aid classes, and Ariana took it further by taking a couple EMT (emergency medical technician) training classes at the local community college. She also joined the high school swim team so she would be a strong swimmer.
Ariana was very happy to get an interview, which went well. She received a phone call a few days later and was told that she was a finalist for one of the open lifeguard positions! She was so happy to hear this great news! She was told that the last hurdle for her to clear was to pass a preemployment physical exam and a physical agility test. Both the physical and agility test would be conducted next Saturday morning at the main lifeguard station. She is told the agility tests include a timed swim, dragging a rescue dummy out of the water and demonstrating CPR on it, and a timed run. The times of the swim and run are adjusted for age and gender. Ariana is told that some paperwork and instructions on what to bring that morning will be mailed to her. Ariana accepted the offer and thanked them for the opportunity.
A few days later Ariana receives the paperwork in the mail. It includes some medical forms that ask her about her personal and family health histories, any current medications or health problems, etc. As she fills it out, she gets to the section that asks her gynecological history. She doesn’t like this line of questioning, such as the date her last period started, any menstrual issues, date of last Pap test?! She has never had a Pap test, or any type of gynecological exam before. At her last two physicals with her own doctor, the doctor only did a breast exam and a very brief external exam, nothing internal. She is hoping that no exam down there is done at this physical!
The instructions included with the paperwork list the times for the swim and run, along with the distances. She knows she can easily beat those times. The instructions also state to arrive at the main lifeguard station (the address is listed) by 8 am sharp! A minute late means not being allowed to continue with the hiring process! Arrive wearing a swimsuit under a coverup, and proper footwear for running and swimming (swimshoes recommended). For women, a one piece or bikini are acceptable as long as it provides proper coverage, no string bikinis or thongs allowed! Bring a change of clothes and a towel, there are locker room facilities with showers for after the agility tests are completed. Bring plenty of water and some snacks. We will have extra water on hand as well. The physical examination will be performed first, if you pass your physical you will be allowed to take part in the agility tests in the afternoon. Expect to spend all morning and part of the afternoon to complete these requirements. If you pass both the physical exam and agility tests, you will officially be hired and will receive a start date for new employee orientation and training.
That Saturday morning finally arrives, and Ariana is up early to get ready. She takes a quick shower, making sure to shave her underarms, legs and bikini area. She always keeps herself completely bare down there, and since she will be wearing a bikini, she wants to ensure she is completely stubble free.
Ariana steps out of the shower and towels off, then applies sunscreen with an SPF of 75, which leaves a light sheen to her skin. Being of Hispanic descent (her father is originally from Mexico, her mother is of Scandinavian descent), she has long, thick, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, her skin has an olive toned complexion, not as dark as her father’s, and certainly not as light as her mother’s. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 125 pounds. She has an athletic build, she has always been an avid swimmer, and has the sleek and well toned physique of a female swimmer. She has a very feminine hourglass figure, her firm, curvy hips accentuated by a small, trim waist, her ass is round, very firm and heart shaped, her well toned legs and upper body a picture of excellent health and fitness. Her abdomen is pancake flat and firm, her 34B breasts are very perky and firm, her dark areolas and nipples have perfect symmetry. She has a beautiful face to go with her sexy, gorgeous body.
Ariana blow dries her hair, then ties it up into a ponytail. She heads to her bedroom to get dressed. She has picked out the perfect bikini. It is a shiny red set, the top is a halter style, and offers enough coverage of her breasts to be acceptable for the agility tests. The bottoms are low cut on the front with high cut leg openings, making the long legs of her 5 foot 8 inch frame look even longer. It has full coverage of her firm, round sexy booty, so she won’t get yelled at for being too revealing! She pulls on a pair of shiny red spandex short shorts, and a tight white cropped tank top, it shows off about three inches of her pancake flat, tight abdomen. She packs a pair of shiny white thong panties and a matching shiny white bra to change into later. She packs a towel, a bottle of liquid soap and shampoo, and a strappy pair of low heeled sandals. She puts her paperwork in the bag with her stuff, then she packs a small cooler with several bottles of water and some snacks. She slips on a pair of black low cut skin tight swim shoes, made of a similar material as a wetsuit. As she heads out the door, her parents wish her good luck.
