As Michelle is sitting in her office, Jenny walks in. Jenny and Michelle have been friends for many years and Jenny has worked for Michelle and her family for years. Michelle is the only provider Jenny will see. As the two are chatting they make their way to the lab and into the bathroom. Michelle closes the door behind them and tells Jenny what she needs to do. Jenny is a short heavier set lady, but is super sweet. Jenny lowers her pants and underwear and Michelle glances over just to make it seem like she cared. As Jenny finished, Michelle asked if she wanted anyone else in the exam room, to which Jenny declined. As the two head to an open exam room talking about their families and plans for the weekend, they stop at the scale. After they enter the room Michelle asks Jenny if she wants her to step out. Jenny tells Michelle she can stay as she is about to see it all anyway. The two had seen each other nude many times before so neither one minded. When Michelle was having strange cramps a couple months ago Jenny was in the room while Aaron examined her and did a transvaginal ultrasound. As Jenny stripped down she told Michelle she didn’t need to waste a gown and took a seat on the table stark naked. Michelle started her exam like any other and made her way to the breast exam. As she examined Jenny’s floppy breasts sitting up then laying down, she worked her way to her abdominal exam. As she poked and prodded on Jenny the two continued small talk. Jenny noticed a little tenderness in her left pubic area as Michelle was palpating. She still hadn’t hit menopause yet. She told Michelle about and Michelle told her they would investigate further. She helped Jenny into the stirrups and got her set up for the pelvic exam. Michelle started by examining the outside, including Jenny’s trimmed bush. Michelle warned Jenny of the speculum that was headed toward her hole. Michelle inserted the speculum and did a Pap smear before pulling the speculum out. As Michelle began the bimanual exam she hit the tender spot agin. Michelle adjusted her fingers in Jenny’s vagina to try to feel a problem. She could feel a small lump. She pulled her fingers out and told Jenny that it may be best to do an internal ultrasound. Michelle asked Jenny if she was okay with a recto-vaginal exam, Jenny consented and Michelle’s fingers proved both of Jenny’s holes simultaneously. After a little more palpitation Michelle told Jenny she wanted to do an ultrasound. Jenny knew the down side to this. Michelle would have Aaron do it as he has the most experience looking at them. Jenny aired her complaint that she didn’t really want Aaron seeing her naked. Michelle told her that she should put her shirt and bra back on and that Aaron could probably do everything under a drape. She did warn Jenny that she would probably have Aaron do an exam also though to get his opinion. Jenny swallowed her pride and had Michelle toss her her shirt and bra. Jenny got partially dressed as Michelle went to get Aaron. As the two entered the room Michelle told Aaron to try to preserve her modesty as best as possible. Aaron told Jenny he understood her concerns and that he would make it quick. He asked if it would be okay if he did a quick exam while palpating the spot to get an idea what he was going to look for on the scan. Jenny agreed and Aaron uncovered her crotch and inserted his lubricated fingers into Jenny while pressing around her groin. When he found the tender spot he quickly pulled out and prepared the ultrasound. He rolled on a fresh “condom” on the wand and liberated it generously. He asked Jenny if she wanted to insert it or if she wanted him to do it. She chose to do it and leaned up and took it into her hand and worked it into her vagina before allowing Aaron to have it. As Aaron worked it in and out and around he noticed a mass. From what the scans could see it looked like a cyst. As the three talked about it they decided while it didn’t look like a reason to be alarmed, she should probably get a scan again in a week or two to see if it changed and go from there. With that Aaron wiped the excess live from Jenny’s slit and threw the cover for the wand in the trash and told the two to let him know if he could do anything for them.
