Rachel flinches at the doctor’s touch and she tenses up her glossy nylon stocking clad well toned thighs and chiseled calves. The doctor says “Okay, then you know what to expect, it will be over quickly.” Rachel hears the loud snap of a fresh glove being donned. The doctor says “You will feel me touching you now. Take a deep breath and bear down.” Rachel, and everyone else, knows that Dr. Taylor’s fingers are double penetrating poor Sarah’s anus and vagina at this moment.
