The doctor finishes palpating Rachel’s breasts by gently pressing each fully erect nipple to check for any discharge. There is none.

Dr. Miller says “All checks out normal with your breast exam, you can slip your bra on to cover up, you can fasten it when I have you sit up after the abdominal exam.” Rachel takes her bra that is by her side, slips it down her arms to her shoulders, and places the bra cups over her breasts. The doctor says “Just a quick listen to your heart while you are lying down.” He repeats the ascultation of her heart, finishing by slipping the disc under the cup of her unfastened bra, and under her left breast. “Your heart sounds good and strong, now I will listen to your bowel sounds then I will palpate your abdomen” says the doctor.

As the doctor listens to Rachel’s bowel sounds, she hears the doctor in the next cubicle give Sarah the HEENT exam, then ascultate her lungs, she hears Sarah taking deep breaths. As Dr. Miller begins palpating Rachel’s pancake flat, tight, firm abdomen, from her ribcage down to the waistband of her shiny red thong panties, Rachel hears Sarah’s doctor say “Okay Mrs. Lewis, remove your bra for a breast exam. You can keep your bra by your side.”
