Dr. Miller starts with the HEENT exam, finishing with having Rachel swallow as he palpates her slender neck to check her thyroid and lymph nodes. He then places the cool disc of his stethoscope on her back and has her take a deep breath in then exhale, repeating the command as he ascultates the four quadrants of her lungs. Satisfied all sounds clear, he places the disc over her heart and tells her to breathe normally as he carefully listens to her heartbeat. He finishes his ascultation of her heart by slipping the disc under her bra and under her left breast, then says “Your heart and lungs sound nice and healthy, go ahead and remove your bra for the breast exam. You can just place your bra by your side for now.”

Mortified, Rachel reluctantly reaches behind and unhooks her bra, then she slips the shiny garment down her arms and off, exposing her beautiful, perfect 34C breasts, her nipples becoming erect due to the air conditioning keeping the cafeteria cool, adding to her already embarrassing predicament.
