The Doctor left the room leaving them without comment and Angela, rather than relieved, felt oddly more awkward sat half naked on the end of the table.

After a few moments the door sung wide open again and the Doctor followed by Angela's headmaster Mr. Pleasence walked in. Angela grabbed the top of the gown off her lap and covered her bare chest wondering what on earth was going on!

''Trudy, Tony Mr. Pleasence has come to check on you progress.''

It became immediately apparent to Angela that Mr. Pleasence's comment before she left the school had been more than just unthinking.

Turning to Angela the Doctor said 'As you know the school is linked to this clinic and the hospital which is why you were accepted on to our patient list and why we are so grateful to you for taking part in this teaching session. Mr Pleasence is here to review the success of Trudy and Tony who have expressed a wish to study medicine having finish their examinations and recently left school.''

Clutching the gown to her chest and feeling grateful that she'd insisted on putting her panties back on even though Mr Pleasence or anyone else was unable to see them under the gown waited for him to take the two students away.

The Doctor turned to Mr Pleasence ''I've just completed Miss William's breast and chest examination.''

Did you really need to tell him that thought Angela isn't this humiliating enough without that. ''Now we will continue. I suppose you'd like to see what they've learnt so far? so let's continue. Can you drop the gown please Miss Williams?''

No I b***dy well can't thought Angela but felt the nurse take it from her hands and lay it back on her lap.

Angela could swear she saw a smile cross her headmaster face before she looked away in embarrassment as she felt the nurse raising her hands behind her head and hold them there, exposing her naked chest to all!

He might be called 'Pleasence' she thought but unlike her first reaction to hearing the name she no longer thought of him as pleasant. He'd engineered this using his connection with the clinic and had the other female member of staff, who'd recommended this clinic, also be part of this plan?

''Now Trudy and Tony I want you both to take a side and you obviously don't have the experience needed to do a proper examination but I want you to feel what a normal healthy breast feels like. Trudy you should be starting to do this yourself monthly when you shower and report any unusual lumps or discharge from the nipples to your Doctor if you notice anything. It's never too early to start once your breasts have developed. And Angela I hope you to examine yourself as well.''

Stunned Angela said nothing as these two former students felt her breasts while the nurse the Doctor and her headmaster looked on. Suddenly she let out a yelp as Tony pinched and pulled her nipple.

''Not so hard Tony remember the nipples are very tender especially when a person is aroused which might be the case now, which is quite natural during a patients examination of this sort.''
