As Aaron was sitting in the office, Ann walked in. Ann is a short, stocky 58 year old MA who has been in the office longer than anyone. She is super sweet but also does not tolerate any bullshit. She has had Aaron do her exams the last few years as she needed an issue looked at right after Aaron started and he was the only one available. Ever since then she will only see him. She asks if he’s ready to get this done, he says sure and she complains that she still has to do her drug test. As the two head to the bathroom Aaron tells her that it’s not that bad. As they enter, Aaron tells Ann that he’s not to picky about it. Ann, knowing the procedure slides her pants down exposing her thick bush and takes a seat on the toilet and starts peeing. Aaron watches but doesn’t pay super close attention. As she finishes and pulls her pants up, Aaron asks who she would like to be in the room for her exam. She asks if nobody is an option. Aaron told her he’d ask Michelle but if she was okay with it he didn’t mind. He told Ann to go to room four and get ready. He stuck his head in Michelle’s office and said that Ann requested no observer in the room for her exam with Aaron. Michelle said that if they were both comfortable with it she had no problem with it. Especially with Ann having worked for Michelle’s family for years. Ann jokes to some of the staff that were patients years ago that they shouldn’t forget she saw them naked and gave them shots as kids.

Aaron heads to room four and knocks, Ann tells him to come in. Ann is undressed fully and wearing a gown. Ann tells Aaron that times sure have changed, when she started there wasn’t as much privacy, her first exam the doctor watched her take her clothes off and she was stark naked the whole time the gowns just seem silly and get in the way. Aaron laughed and told her if she didn’t want to wear it, it was her exam. With that Ann tossed the gown and allowed her sagging breasts to hang free. Aaron chuckled and started the exam. Head, ears, eyes, nose then mouth. All checking out okay he moved to checking her lymphatic system. Ann is a little rough around the edges but is one of Aaron’s favorites to work with. He moves onto listening to her heart and lungs moving around her bare chest. Ann has had enough and seen enough exams she knows the exact steps Aaron moves in. She moves her arms and situates herself for the breast exam before he can even ask. She jokes with him that he drew the short straw to have to have the old lady naked. He jokes back saying that it’s all the same to him. Ann always picks on him because when he was a senior in high school and had his physical done he was afraid to pull his pants down in front of Ann and Michelle’s dad. She only pokes fun at him when nobody’s around because by the time they got done with him that way he had a “woody” as Ann calls it. As Aaron finishes her breast exam he tells her it’s time for her pelvic. Ann has had hip problems and can’t tolerate her legs up so Aaron helps her into the frog leg position and gets her situated on the edge of the table. He checks her vulva, pushing her pubic hair away to see then inserts a speculum. He does a Pap smear then takes a quick peek at her vagina before pulling the speculum out. As he inserts his fingers for the biannual exam, Ann tells him that while he’s in the area she has a hemorrhoid bothering her she wants him to check. As he withdrew his fingers from her vagina, he tells her that instead of doing a rectovaginal exam he will just do a regular rectal exam. She says if that’s the case she’d rather stand. She stands up completely naked and bends over the table spreading her legs. Aaron laughs as he tells her she is the least modest person he’s ever seen. He steps in behind Ann and warns her of his intrusion. He inserts his finger and feels the spot she told him about. As he pulls his finger out, he tells Ann that it should go away and recommends some otc medicines but if it persists to let him know. She starts dressing as he is explaining everything and by the time they finished their conversation she was fully dressed. She told Aaron she would clean up the room for him and Aaron left.
