I sighed but turned over like a good girl. I was scared and overwhelmed but I knew he meant it when he said I shouldn't make him wait. Before I knew it I was lying down on my stomach on the exam table. I turned around and saw a giant glass thermometer Dr. Murray was dipping in lubricant.

"Ok Andy here we go. Just a little cold" he said as he spread my cheeks with one hand and inserted the thermometer with the other. It was sooo long. I shivered when I felt it.

"There there. That's not so bad. Just relax and hold it in. 5 mins should do it"

I nodded and tried to relax. What a strange feeling. I was an anal virgin at the time. I'd had rectal exams at the gyno before but never had anything else inserted in my rectum. Was I actually enjoying it? So many mixed feelings. I focused on breathing. The smell of the old office was so pungent.

Dr. Murray approached and he slowly removed the thermometer while he rested his other hand in the small of my back. I sighed again. Almost a faint moan. "Excellent 100.2. No fever. Now please turn over and lie on your back" he said as he took the stethoscope again and put it back on his ears.

The stethoscope was ice cold. My nipples became really hard as he put it on my chest and under my breasts. It was very embarrassing. I was blushing. This exam couldn't be over soon enough.

"Great Andy now sit up please and let me have a listen of your lungs" he said and I immediately obeyed. Remembering I can't make him wait. I was truly scared. This exam was taking forever.

"Very well. Now lie back down and I'm going to listen to your stomach. Can you tell me when your last menstrual cycle was?"

Why did he need to know my menstrual cycle?? I just needed him to sign a form. This was getting more intense by the minute. I hesitated. "Andy. I need an answer. What is it?"

"Sorry Doctor Murray. My period is very irregular. Last one was 5 weeks ago so I'm expecting it anytime" I said while blushing.

"Irregular periods are fairly common but definitely something I need to look at" the doctor said as he wrote some things down on my chart by hand.

"Now Andy please tell me about your eating habits and your bowel movements. When was your last bowel movement?"

"I... I haven't gone since yesterday morning" I said very faintly and barely making eye contact.

"Not to worry Andy I can give you a suppository as well"

"That's not necessary Doctor Murray. I'll be ok"

"That's for me to decide young lady. Now be quiet so I can properly listen to your stomach"

I stopped talking immediately and closed my eyes. He started listening with the cold stethoscope as well as pressing with his hand. "I think somebody is more constipated than she's admitting. We will take care of it."

"Well young lady I'm going to give you a couple of suppositories and some of the shots you need for your Green Card. But I can't do all of them today. We will split them into 3 appointments. Next time you come I will also do your pelvic exam, breast exam and rectal exam as well as some other tests. I will be right back to get everything ready. Please lie on your left side and wait for me"
