Riya woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach pain. She the ignored the pain due to her fear of going back to the hospital. The doctor had said her kidney stones would pass with time and if the pain is unbearable she can come to the hospital and get something for the pain. With time her pain became unbearable and she was puking uncontrollably. Her friend forces her and takes her to the hospital. They make her lie down in a bed in the ER. The doctor checks her records and checks her vitals.

"We will first give you something for the pain" Riya looks at the doctor and to her horror he is already filling a syringe with medicine. This was her worst nightmare.

"This will be administering in your back. Can you please turn around and pull your pants down."

"Can you not give it in my hand" Riya started to protest.

"No it has to be given in your bottom. The nurse will help you."

He calls the nurse and asks her to help the patient prepare for the injection.

The nurse helps Riya turn around and pull down her pants.

She turns to see the doctor expelling air from the syringe and getting the injection ready.

The doctor picks a spot in her right buttock and cleans it with a cotton ball. The time pass excruciatingly slow as she is waiting anticipating the pain. The nurse tights her grip on Riya's hips and the doctor inserts the needle. Riya tightens her butt due to the pain.

"Ahh it hurts" She screams as the doctor injects the medicine into her buttock.

She rubs her butt and starts to put on her pants again, but the doctor asks her to continue lying in the same position and the nurse rubs the injection site with a cotton ball.

Riya turns around to see the doctor prepare another injection. She beings to protest.

"This is for your nausea. You need this" He says matter of factly.

He comes to her and cleans her left buttocks. The nurse tighten her grip on her hips as Riya starts to fidget involuntarily.

The doctor inserts the needle, a little more painful this time. She starts to cry as the doctor injects the medicine into her buttock.

"Please take it out. It hurts."

"It's almost done. Just a little longer"

The nurse cleans the injection site after the injection. The doctor orders the nurse to repeat the injection after 2 hours.
