The staff will arrive at their designated time see Amara for blood draws then meet with the provider doing their exam, go into the restroom to provide their observed urine sample, then proceed to an exam room.

Once in the exam room the provider will take vitals and review a medical history along with discuss any complaints that anyone wants investigated. Once that is complete, the "patient" will undress completely and don a gown while their provider is out of the room getting one of the other providers to assist them with the exam. Two providers will enter the room after the patient has had time to undress then begin the exam. This will be the order of the exams (based on all staff being female it will all center around a well woman exam)

HEENT exam

Auscultation of heart tones and lung sounds

Breast exam

Palpation of lower and upper extremities along with checking reflexes

Abdominal Palpation

Genitourinary exam including external vaginal exam, speculum exam, internal exam and optional pap smear test, std swabs and rectal exam for staff over 40 or anyone who requests one.

Discuss results of exam and receive any additional tests or procedures that they request.

Once completed the patient will get dressed and go to the provider room to get their $250 bonus that is given on physical day.
