Jack nervously strips his clothes and sets them on a chair. Jack is then instructed to shower with a harsh antibacterial soap. The soap stings his skin as he rubs it on. This will cause you to evacuate your bowls so we don't get the instruments dirty. " Jack could only moan as the warm solution started to fill him. The nurse sat and watched as the solution filled up his abdomen and drained from the machine. The nurse rubbed at her crotch with one hand and held the tube inside Jack with the other. Jack moaned out"What are you doing? This should be an exam, why are you getting off on this?" The nurse said "shh just relax Hun, this is all part of the exam." Jack's eyes widened and he felt the pressure of the solution continue to build in his gut. The nurse then removed her underwear and straddled Jack's swollen belly. She faced away from Jack, so he had no choice but to look at the nurse's bare ass. The nurse continued holding the recital tube and started rocking back and forth on Jack's belly while pushing the tube in and out of Jack's anus.
