Jack arrived at about 11:50a, and gulped nervously. It looked like a house, but all the windows had a black plastic on the inside. It looked like the house had been expanded and the back left corner of the was significantly larger than any normal house would have. There was a thick line of trees along the back and left side of the house, and a thinner line of clearly younger trees on the right side, as if those had been added only in recent years. He would have kept driving if it wasn't for a simple sign that said "Health and Wellness clinic" in the yard. Jack nervously approached the house and opened the door. Inside there was a simple hallway with the doors to the other rooms shut. The nurse opened a door on the left and took Jack into a waiting room. She asked for his id and then handed him a stack of papers to sign. After scanning his ID, the nurse handed it back to him. Jack then became reading the forms. Jack signed the standard NDA form and then started reading the consent forms. Jack's eyes widen and jaw dropped as he read the words "clitoris injection" "cervix dilation" "manual breeding" Jack hesitated. Just thinking about the exam sent shivers down his spine. Jack signed the ones for the clitoris, vagina, cervix and anus, leaving the form on breast and the one on breeding blank. Jack then filled out the form asking all kinds of personal questions about his menstrual cycle and sexual habits. He gulped down his anxiety and walked to the nurse, handing her the forms. The nurse flipped through them and then said curtly, "have a seat, I will go prepare the room for you" Jack watched the nurse disappear behind a thick door with padding around the edges. Jack sat in silence, feeling the weight of it. Jack felt like time stood still but the nurse broke him out of it by calling his name. Jack followed the nurse to the door. Instead of it being a hallway with lots of exam rooms, it was a big room. Dead center of the room was a gyno chair with the stirrups. On the right corner closest to the door was a shower head but no curtain. The nurse said "time to strip and prepare for the exam"
