"Errrric, Errrrric, are you broken?"

"Julia, you are soooo beautiful. I knew your butt would be amazing and I know I am a butt man, but that is the most succulent vision I have ever seen. May I touch?"

"Ummm, sure." Eric gently rubs his palm in a circular motion confirming the smooth and soft texture then gently pushes his fingers against her butt cheek to find she has a very muscular layer under the softness. "Eric, no, no, no, stand up, we are at a doctor's office. Ok, ok, let's close up my gown, settle down. Eric, settle down, ok?... Were you about to eat my ass out???? Eric?"

"Julia, you are such a beautiful woman. I care about you so much."

"I know. I know that. We just need to get through this doctor visit. Let's relax, hold my hand. Thanks for being here for me, Babe."

The door opens abruptly as a rather tall woman in her mid 50s walks in and washes her hands and snaps on some exam gloves, "Hello, I'm Dr. Lily. So your Mom tells me you want to have an IUD implanted in addition to being put in a birth control pill, is that correct?" Julia nervously nods. "Well, I recommend the Mirena brand and I will be giving you an internal exam before the procedure to make sure we are good to go and that will include a rectal exam. May I ask who you are, Sir, and how you are related to the patient?"

Julia cracks a nervous smile, "Oh, he's my landlord. I got a little behind in paying the rent and...sorry, just kidding, he is my boyfriend." Eric smiles enthusiastically as Julia squeezes his hand. The tall brown-haired woman stares blankly at both of them.

The doctor does her exam as quickly and efficiently as possible and Julia turns her face to Eric so she can see a loving face. When it comes time for her rectal exam, she leans on her side and he gently squeezes her bicep and is shocked at how strong and tight it is.

"Ok, this next part can be very uncomfortable for some women, let me know if you need me to take some breaks, I will be as quick as I can."

Eric is horrified at how brutal the procedure is and squeezes both of his hands on top of Julia's. The procedure lasts about 10 minutes and the doctor apologizes for it taking so long and gently pats Julia on the thigh as a congratulatory response for being such an exceptional still patient. Julia recoils in disgust and sits up and reaches for Eric to hug her. The doctor writes a prescription for birth control pills and briefly talks to Julia about the high effectiveness of the IUD, pill and spermicide as all great ways to reduce the risk of pregnancy when used together.

The doctor tells Julia she is welcome to remain in the room as long as it takes to recover and she can get dressed and make up a follow up appoint with the receptionist. The door shuts and Julia sighs, "I will not be making a followup appointment with that woman. Is she supposed to be that rough?"

Eric nods, "That woman definitely did her internship in a correctional facility."

Julia laughs then holds her lower abdominal, "Can you help me get dressed and help me to the car?"
