Placing the stethoscope in my ears, I moved down to her abdomen listening for bowel sounds. All sounds good I told her and began firmly pressing on her abdomen feeling her organs. Next, I slipped my hand under the waist band of her panties and probed her lower abdomen right down to her pubic hair. Any pain in the area I ask her and she replied no. Now I am going to give you a pelvic exam, so I need you to lift up so I can remove your panties. She raised her hips up and I slowly pulled her panties down and off. As she laid there, I turned the chairs around with the backs up against the table and placed a small throw pillow from her couch over the back of each chair to act as knee crutches. I then got a pair of exam gloves out of my case as well as a Collins speculum. I pulled the gloves on facing her and removed the speculum from the sealed bag and set it down on the table. I then lifted her legs one at a time, and placed them on the throw pillows and told her to scoot down to the end of the table. She did so. With her legs raised and spread apart, I now had an unobstructed view of her vagina. Her pubic hair was neatly trimmed and a dark blonde color. I retracted her clitoral hood which caused her to shutter with a low moan. Carefully I parted all the folds of skin of her labia majora with no signs of irritation. Her perineum showed no signs if irritation either. I told her to relax as I was now going to insert the speculum and open it. Since I wasn’t doing a PAP smear, I aplied some KY to the blades of the speculum and opened her labia minora with my thumb and forefinger and carefully inserted the speculum into her vagina. I told her I was now going to open the blades and if I opened them to far, causing her discomfort., she should let me know, and she said she would. Opening the blades approx. ½ way, she said it was getting uncomfortable, so I backed it down a little and she said that was okay. I got my penlight and shined it inside and observed her cervix which looked healthy. Told her almost done as I got 2 swabs from my case which I placed on each side of her urethra and carefully opened it up. Everything looks fine I told her as I slowly closed the blades of the speculum a little and removed it from her vagina. Time for the bi-manual exam I told her and I inserted 2 gloved fingers into her vagina. With my other hand, I pressed on her abdomen feeling her ovaries on both sides. As I swept the interior walls of her vagina as well as feeling her cervix, she uttered a couple small moans. I noticed she had placed both hands on her breasts again and appeared to be lightly squeezing them. It was pretty obvious she was enjoying this part of the exam. I told her everything felt good and the last thing was the recto-vaginal exam and we’ll be finished with your pelvic exam. I told her I am going to insert 1 finger in your vagina and 1 finger in your rectum to feel the wall in between. ‘Oh wonderful’ was her sarcastic remark. I changed gloves and applied a liberal amount of KY to my fingers. Just relax I told her as I inserted both fingers which elicited a less than pleasureable moan from her. I felt all around and then removed my fingers, much to her approval. I took a baby wipe and wiped her vagina and rectum, and lifted her legs from the chairs.
