I met her in the lobby of her hotel at 9:00 am and we greeted each other with a ‘more than just friends’ embrace. She picked a table in a secluded area so we could talk privately, she said. I was curious where the conversation would be headed but found out quickly why she picked the secluded table. Les said that she had become intrigued by the Medfet scenarios I referred to last night and admitted that she ‘googled’ medfet when she got to her room. She ask me how I became involved with medfet and I explained my training as an EMT and an experience with a woman many years ago led me into the ‘fetish’. Then came all the questions from Les about the different scenarios and what I liked about it. I explained that I wasn’t as involved as much as I used to be, but still had a couple regular patients that I saw and occasionally a new patient from referrals. The dynamics of the doctor/patient scenario is a big part of the reason I was still involved, I told her. Being a dominant, the doctor/patient fits very well. I told her since I had scaled back my involvement, most of my activities were centered around exams, rather than extended treatment plans.

Her questions continued and she ask about what kind of exams. I told her well woman, sexual function, stimulation response testing, pre-employment, sick patient exam scenarios were the most common. She then ask about the equipment that I have and use during the exams. I rattled off the list of my equipment and soon realized that I apparently had created a more than casual interest on her part. She was impressed with the list of equipment that I have and I assured her that I knew how to safely use it all. There was a pause in her questions and I ask her if anything was wrong. She assured me nothing was wrong; she was just ‘thinking’. We continued our conversations in many different areas and agreed to meet for dinner in the near future. Once again I walked her to her car and engaged in a more passionate kiss and hug than the night before. It became obvious that our conversations had aroused an interest on Les’ part and I looked forward to where this might go.
