I'm just finishing up writing a few notes on my previous patient but I buzz you through a little early. Maybe I can get ahead with time.

There's a knock at the door and you walk in.

A small redhead. You are nicely dressed in a black fitted skirt, an attractive blouse, stockings and high heels.

"What seems to be the problem?" I ask as I turn to look at you properly. It's then that you start coughing.

You can't speak easily so you just meet my gaze and touch your chest. That will be an upper respiratory infection then. I grab my stethoscope and ask you to undo a few buttons on your blouse.

Hmm. Very nice bra. Beautiful breasts too. I listen to your chest and confirm that you do indeed have a raging infection. I'm guessing it started in your throat. I pick up a wooden spatula and take a look with my pen light.

Wow. That's going to need a strong dose of penicillin as soon as possible. No wonder you feel rough. It's a painful shot for you but on the plus side, it does mean I get to see your beautiful bottom.

You look like a rabbit caught in my headlights when I tell you you need an injection and even more so when I point out that it's going into your bottom.

Isn't there another way? Oh if I had a £20 for every patient who asked me that I'd be a very rich doctor. No I'm sorry but there really isn't.

I enjoy watching you wriggle out of that skirt. And your beautiful panties. It's just too bad they had to be fully removed too. The stockings and suspenders can stay. They frame your beautiful bottom perfectly. This is one injection I'm truly going to enjoy giving.

You are bending over my exam couch. Your beautiful plump bottom is swaying because you are fidgeting with nerves. You look so sweet and vulnerable. Do I feel bad I have to do this? Well not really. It's the best thing to make you better even though it's going to hurt.

You want to lay down? It's a good idea. It will make it more comfortable for you.

You are watching everything I'm doing. I see you just clocked how big the syringe needs to be as you watch me flick the air bubbles out and get it ready for you. It's a deep intramuscular injection I'm giving you. Yes that needle is big. I see how worried you look. Don't worry. I will be as gentle as I can.

You flinch when I start palpating your bottom. I'm looking for an area of dense muscle. I find it easily. Now I just have to clean your skin down.

Latex gloves. They shatter the silence of the room and it obviously reignites more anxiety in you. I would prefer not to wear them. My fingers touching your perfect fleshy rear feel so much better but this is an injection. I also need to adhere to infection control procedures too.

Ok. I'm ready.

"Just relax... Sharp scratch coming now"

The pain takes you by surprise. I feel you tense and I place my hand on the small of your back and aspirate quickly. Of course I'm not in a blood vessel.

You start to whimper. I'm injecting you slowly but Penicillin injections really do hurt. I hold my free hand on the curve of your bottom and gently rub soothingly.

"Please take it out." You are really struggling now and I know you are fighting back tears.

I feel the excitement that I always feel when I have to inject a beautiful woman. I give the reassurance you need to hear.

"Just relax, we're almost done"

Well, actually we're not even half way but luckily you don't know that.

And there it is, the moment I enjoy the most. I watch you fully submit. You give in and accept the pain. Tears come freely and there's a limpness to your body as you take the injection bravely.

I remove the needle and press firmly to stop any of the serum escaping and stem the bleeding.

"Good girl. You were so very brave. Just stay there a while longer though, I'm going to give you some vitamins...."
