Benwa for 1 hour

After this morning's chair fitness class I returned home for a spot of lunch.

I collected my benwa balls and drove to the venue of my next appointment.

I had a meeting with the person leading the be active campaign before visiting a friend who lives nearby, we had a coffee together and I drove back to the workman club. My 5pm assessment had cancelled so I did not actually need to be there but decided to wear the benwa balls in public for an hour.

I went to the ladies and inserted them. I had a drink ( non alcoholic) and had a chat with the barman on duty. The club was very quiet , after my drink, I returned home and started on preparing the dinner.

Once the hour was up I removed the balls.

Wearing them today was not arousing in itself, mainly because it was so quiet in club

And as I had forgotten the lube, it had been a struggle to insert them. However due to this, it was very uncomfortable and that did serve as a constant reminder I wore the balls just because my Dom had instructed.

That knowledge did arrouse me..after removing the balls I did feel horny.

But could not do anything about it as I have to wait till Saturday for my edging session
