I’ve written about my “fantasy exam” in the past and wanted to share a new scenario, now that I’ve had experience with more procedures and instruments.

I have an appointment with a play doc who’s examined me before and when I enter his exam room, he asks me to undress completely and change into an exam gown that’s thigh length. He leaves the room to allow me to disrobe and knocks upon re-entering the room. When he enters, I’m seated on the exam table and he asks me to stand on the floor, bend over, and rest my chest on the table.

When in the position, he pulls the gown up and asks me to spread my feet wider. From there, he spreads my cheeks open and comments he can use my natural lubrication for the thermometer. He uses a gloved finger to probe my vaginal introitus, running the tip around my opening, then fully inserting his digit in me. He moves it in and out several times, then removes it and presses it against my anus, slowly pushing his finger in my tight hole. When his finger tip is inserted, he begins rotating it and slides it in to the second knuckle.

When he removes his finger, he replaces it with a large glass thermometer, slowly moving it in and out of me. He mentions he can see my vaginal wetness increasing and pushes the thermometer deeper inside of me, holding it in place while my temperature registers. When he has the reading, he removes it and asks me to lie on the table, flat on my back.

He changes his gloves and palpates one breast at a time, paying special attention to my nipples, noting they’re sensitive to his touch. Then he uses a Wartenberg pinwheel to test my breasts’ sensitivity, noting this could cause my vaginal secretions to increase. When he’s done, he asks me to slide down on the table and put my feet in the stirrups.

In the stirrups, he runs two fingers between my labia beginning his external exam. He spreads my labia apart and uses his gloved fingers to tease my introitus and he slides one, then two fingers in me. He rubs his fingers against my walls and mentions he can feel some swelling on my anterior wall. He asks me if it hurts when he touches it and I let him know it actually feels good. When he’s done palpating my wet walls, he inserts a medium Graves speculum and slowly opens it. When it’s locked in place, he uses a silicone brush to simulate a Pap smear, then uses a metal probe with a round head to palpate my exposed flesh, noting the stimulation of my cervix is causing my wetness to increase.

He removes the speculum and changes his gloves, then inserts one finger in my anus, then another in my vagina. He moves his fingers in and out of my holes, then adds a second finger to my vagina, using a progressively deeper movement. He asks me if the movement his fingers make creates any pain inside me and I let him know the touch feels rather pleasurable.

He’s intrigued by this and when he’s done, he asks me to get in the knee chest position and inserts a medium Collins speculum in my vagina. With my anterior wall exposed as he opens it in me, he tells me he can see me becoming increasingly aroused.

When he has the speculum locked in place, he lets me know he doesn’t want my anal cavity empty, so he lubricates the head of a silicone butt plug and pushes it into my anus, slowly sliding it into my rectum. It’s about as wide as I expected, but it’s longer than what I’ve had inside me before. He lets me know the length inside me will help create pressure in my vagina and that will aid in my upcoming procedures. When it’s fully inserted, he changes his gloves and inserts a dental mirror through the speculum’s blades to inspect my vaginal cavity. He then retrieves several metal probes from the bucket of ice he has nearby and uses them to test my sensitivity and further explore my pink flesh.

My favorite of these tools is a reflex hammer with a round, flat head. He uses the tool’s head to explore my walls, probing me to learn where I’m most sensitive. Then he uses it against my cervix, tapping it at first, then when he learns I’m enjoying the sensation, grinding the head into me, which I like even more. He can see me becoming increasingly aroused, so he removes the tool and speculum and uses his fingers to palpate me. With me in the knee chest position, he’s able to touch my cervix with his gloved fingers.

He asks me if I’ve experienced a cervical orgasm and I let him know I haven’t; then he asks if I’d like to experience that and I let him know I would.

With the anal plug still in me, he asks me to get back into the stirrups and uses a Rigby retractor to spread me open laterally, allowing my vagina to be opened with minimal internal obstruction. He has the handle pointed toward the ceiling and locks the blades in place when I’m open enough for him to insert a tool to massage my cervix.

It’s a firm vibrator with a round head. As I get more aroused, he removes the vibrator and the retractor, then inserts his fingers to palpate my cervix, but can’t quite reach it in this position. He lets know me his fingers not being able to touch my cervix could be due to my heightened arousal, so he slides a dildo in me. It’s 2” wide and stretches me open as it enters; once inserted, he rubs the head against my cervix, asking me how that feels.

I let him know it feels fantastic, so he removes the anal plug and inserts a vibrating version about the same size to create the same fullness, but with more internal stimulation. He changes his gloves and reinserts the Rigby into my vagina, then uses a glass dildo to achieve my first cervical orgasm. When he removes the dildo, he watches as my muscles contract around the retractor’s metal blades, noting my anterior wall is still swollen.

Then he asks if I’ve achieved a g-spot orgasm. I let him know I haven’t, but I’m interested in experiencing it, so he removes the retractor and anal vibrator and asks me to lie flat on my back, like I was earlier. I get into position and with my legs stretched in front of me, he inserts 2 freshly gloved fingers into my vaginal canal. He uses his other hand to press down on my stomach to create additional pressure and asks me to let him know which finger motion is most arousing.

Although the stimulation feels great regardless of how he’s moving his fingers, I most enjoy when he applies direct, continuous pressure to that area, grinding his fingers into my sensitive spot. As he feels my swelling increase, he removes his fingers and asks me to roll over so that I’m lying face down on the exam table.

In this position, he inserts the girthy dildo from earlier into me, then uses a manual prostate massager in me. He lets me know that men enjoy this same type of stimulation, which he refers to as “milking.” Between the massager’s movement and the pressure of the dildo, I can feel myself becoming increasingly aroused. He asks me to let him know when I feel like I’m approaching orgasm, noting it may feel different than a typical orgasmic sensation.

I let him know when I feel a unique sensation building inside me and he stops my anal activity and removes the massager and dildo, then asks me to get in the knee chest position again. Once I’ve moved, he inserts a larger anal plug in me, noting I’m able to accommodate more than I could before, then uses a larger Collins speculum to examine the anterior wall of my vagina. With the pressure from both the plug and the speculum, his gloved fingers easily find my engorged g-spot and he uses a few motions to continue stimulating it, again, asking me which feels best. As he removes his fingers he uses a vibrator against my sensitive spot and asks me to tell him when I feel I could be approaching orgasm.

Almost instantly, I let him know the new sensation has returned and he removes the vibrator and speculum. With his fingers, he grinds against my g-spot, bringing me to an overwhelming orgasm. His fingers are unrelenting, as I climax, I can feel fluid rush out of me and he lets me know that’s perfectly normal and referred to as “female ejaculation or squirting.” His fingers don’t stop stimulating me until the fluid stops and my muscles have ceased their contractions.

When he takes his fingers out of me, he shows me how wet his glove is, letting me know he’s impressed. He then removes the anal plug and asks me to get back into the stirrups. He uses a single bladed speculum to examine my anus and rectum, making sure the procedures didn’t damage anything, then removes it and uses two fingers to palpate me anally.

He changes his gloves and uses a similar, but larger, single bladed speculum in my vagina, extensively palpating my g-spot. He lets me know he can’t touch my cervix with his fingers in this position and asks me to get into the knee chest position again. I comply and he uses the single bladed vaginal speculum to inspect me from a new angle.

He’s able to reach my cervix in this position and massages it with two fingers, telling me he can feel my muscles contracting as they did when I was approaching orgasm earlier. I let him know his touch is causing me to become aroused and he asks if he can help me release any remaining fluid, I agree.

With me in the knee chest position, he inserts the larger anal plug in me and asks me to lie on my back again. He changes his gloves and presses two gloved fingers against my g-spot; using a motion that’s similar, yet more intense, than before. He uses his other hand to press down on me stomach to create additional pressure inside me and he helps me achieve another g-spot orgasm.

While I produced fluid this time too, it’s significantly less than the previous experience. Post-orgasm, he removes his fingers and asks me to roll onto my side so he can remove the anal plug. With me in this position, he uses a damp wash cloths to cleanse both of my openings, using his fingers to push the material slightly inside each cavity. Then he uses dry cloths to finish the process, inspecting me as he cleans.

When he’s done, he asks me whether I preferred the cervical or g-spot orgasm. I let him know the cervical orgasm felt great; however, the “squirt” sensation was most pleasurable. He’s not surprised and suggests I make another appointment so he can help me experience an anal orgasm, hinting that achieving different types of orgasms could help me produce more fluid when my g-spot is stimulated.

I book the appointment for a few days later.
