I believe the expression is “Pay Back,” which involved a very significant experience for me when I received my most recent required exam. Unlike before when I was examined by Dr. Sam, a female physician, this time I was to be seen by a 3rd year medical student. While this isn’t unusual, it became meaningful since it was a student that I gave a complete exam some 4 years earlier.

When escorted to the exam room, I was directed to put on the exam gown leaving it untied in the back from yet another nursing student. My luck, student rotations were in full force so for a basic exam. You got a student nurse and almost doctor unless there was some concern. Being in good health, there was no need and besides, Dr. Sam was nearby should the need arise.

By now, I was accepting of having to be naked under my gown. I busied myself looking around the room until there was a “KNOCK,” and in strolled Jonathan Daniels who immediately addressed me as Dr. Johnson. He was clearly surprised to encounter yours truly and did his best to make me feel at ease. “I never expected to see you here Doc.” I smiled and said, “Well son, as you know, it’s a requirement and now it’s my turn!” He paused and blushed such that his face turned red. “Oh I know. Um….I will have to give you a complete exam. I ….um……am sorry. Would you like Dr. Sam to do it?” I took a deep breath and said, “No, it won’t be necessary. Just go and do what you normally are expected to do!”

So there I sat and quickly being exposed down to my waist as he listened to my heart and lungs already having done my vitals. As I laid back, he proceeded to push the gown down exposing some of my pubic hair as he palpitated my belly. As he slipped his hand down to feel my femoral pulses, I became erect and my penis pushed back against the fabric of my gown. I knew that I would likely be exposed and sure enough he did remove the gown. There I was with a fully erect penis. He seemed stymied by it and hesitant to conduct the genital exam.

He then got onto the phone and summoned Dr. Sam who joined the exam in a blink and said, “Mr. Daniels, you must complete the genital exam this instant!” She then clasped my testicles and demonstrated how to examine each one. I began to squirm on the table causing the paper to crinkle loudly. “Mr. Daniels don’t linger. The patient is highly aroused.” With that he let go of one and grabbed the left testicle; my penis now dripping. She demonstrated how to feel my penis pulse and sampled the fluid from my meatus. I did my best to stifle any moan but my heart was racing and my penis throbbed. I did my best to ignore what was coming.

She handed him new gloves and KY advising him to lube quickly and conduct a rectal with me lying on my back. I immediately pulsed my anus quickly as he entered me and pushed to reach my prostate. Dr. Sam advised him to “slow down” and “Let him adjust to this.” I was very appreciative but still the throbbing intensified along with rapid breathing and forceful stomach contractions. Dr. Sam wiped me and suggested that this exam was good enough for today and wanted me to schedule an anoscope exam for another time. Once the hernia exam was done, he required me to lean onto the table, as expected for a final rectal exam, which he did with better sensitivity than previously. Then without any delay, he took a rectal temp using a long digital probe and held it deeply inside me. I gasped and felt my penis again stiffen. He removed it and recorded the temp while Dr. Sam announce, “You’re going to need a shingles vaccination. Don’t move.”

She handed Mr. Daniels the loaded syringe. I am sure he vividly recalled having to receive several injections from me. He deftly jabbed my left buttock causing me to groan and administered the medication as my penis shrank. He then patted my tush and told me I could dress.

I suppose Mr. Daniels got his temporary revenge. He has his annual exam soon and I shall make sure that he is on my schedule. He will be thoroughly examined an given a preparatory enema for his anoscope exam along with the need to offer up a semen sample. Last time, he was very fast to ejaculate! It will be interesting to see how he now reacts when I wear the exam gloves! Perhaps I shall have Dr. Sam assist?
