I had scheduled an appointment at the medical office Kelly was doing her clinical hours at, requesting a check up from the PA that she was working under and got put on the schedule a couple days later. I texted her and let her know it was scheduled and she was very thankful for me doing this for her. She had already talked to the NP she had been shadowing, named Anna and explained that I volunteered to be her guinea pig.

So the day had come and I drove to their office and walked in to the registration counter, giving them my ID, insurance card, and a $25 copay. I was given a clip board with a questionnaire to fill out. I filled out all of the standard information and returned it to the girl at the window. I was told someone would come get me shortly. Sure enough, about five minutes later a brunette nurse, I would guess in her early 40’s came to the door and called my name. I followed her back to exam 7 which was nestled in the very back corner of the office. I walked into the exam room and she introduced herself as Michelle and that she would be my nurse today. She asked me a handful of questions before taking my vitals and asking me to remove my shoes and step on the scale. As I was stepping off the scale there was a knock at the door and it opened. Kelly and another lady stepped in and I was introduced to Anna. An NP in her late 30’s that was probably 5’9” with an amazing athletic body wearing a white coat over a slim fitting blue dress. The dress went all the way up to her neck and down to her knees so there was nothing to see other than a figure.

Anna told me she appreciated me coming to help Kelly out and that we’d make it as quick as possible. She told me that the easiest way since I wasn’t here with any symptoms and basically just letting Kelly be able to check some boxes off would be to let Kelly examine me first then Anna would do the same to see if anything was missed. So in essence I will get two exams. Which was fine with me. Kelly and Anna stepped out of the room and said they’d be back in a few minutes after I gave a urine sample and was ready in the room. The nurse reached into a cabinet and laid a gown and a drape on the table. She said every physical they do a urine sample so she would show me to the bathroom and when I returned I could undress and put on the gown. I asked if I needed to take everything off, Michelle replied yes, undress completely and put on the gown open to the back and I could put the drape over my lap. I was taken to the bathroom and given a cup, I closed the door and filled the cup and put it in the specimen door. I stepped out to the hall and headed back for the room. I shut the door behind me and started to take my shirt off, then my pants, and finally my briefs. As I stood nude I sent Kelly a picture in the mirror saying here we go again. Then put the gown on and hopped up on the table.
