Around one and half hour before visit I got on the first bus to city centre. Immediately I bought a 20-minute ticket, because in my opinion it would be enough. After I reached my first destination, I need to wait maybe 3 minutes to second bus. Unfortunately it was really stuffed and I had to go 2 stations further.

After getting of the bus, I looked on my watch and my HR was around 125 still. I realised that I had around 1 hour to my visit, so I do not need to rush as fast as possible. I ran navigation on my mobile, because on this district I was only 2 times in my life.

My phone "told" me that I had bit over 1km to doctor office. On this road were some traffic lights, so projected time was around 15 min.

In halfway to my destination, I looked at my watch again. Then my heart beat around 145 times per minute. I was bit surprised, because I did not walk too fast.

After some time, I arrived to doctor office. Before I came in, I checked my heart rate during walking. I was bit frightened, because I got around 160 during this time. Immediately I was thinking how to slow my heart, because exams will not be meaningful. I found that I can perform some breathing exercises.
