As I was waiting to go in I was wondering what I had gotten myself into. Would these girls be in the exam room during my examination? I couldn't imagine that I would be the subject of a teaching exercise for a couple of high school girls. Sure they were both eighteen, but this might prove to be a most embarrassing situation.

Just then Chelsea reappeared and asked me to follow her. With my heart in my throat I walked behind her down the hallway. She led me into a very brightly lit exam room that was well equipped with the usual medical paraphernalia. In the center of the room was an exam table with not, one but two overhead lights shining on it's surface. Cabinets lined the walls and a rolling stool sat in the middle of the room as well as two chairs against one wall.

Chelsea sat on the stool and rolled over to a computer, then asked me to have a seat on the table. She began asking the usual questions about my health and then inquired as to the purpose of my visit. I could feel my face getting a little red. I thought about not mentioning the rash and just saying I was here for a simple checkup, but I did have the rash and there was a little voice in the back of my head saying, do it!

"Well, I was hoping for a basic skin check, but I also noticed a little rash."

"Where is this rash?" She asked.

"Um... well it's in my groin area."

"The whole groin area or in one particular place?"

"Ah... in one place."

"And where exactly is that?"

Now I was really blushing.

"It's on my penis."

"Ok."

I was talking about my penis with this young beautiful woman that I had just encountered and she was taking it in stride as if this was the most normal thing in the world.

"Okay, the doctor will be in shortly. Please take off all of your clothing and put on this gown with the opening in the back."

She handed me the gown and walked out of the room. With my heart racing, I got undressed and put on the gown. I was resigned to the fact that a woman I had never met was going to be looking at an area of my body that usually deserved more privacy, but I was hoping that the two students would not also be a part of this. Perhaps since this was their first day they would be doing other things. I hoped so.

There was a knock on the door and then it opened. In walked the doctor and to my dismay, Kathy and Becky!

"Good afternoon Mr. Ryan. I'm Dr. Richards"

Dr. Richards was striking! Like Chelsea, she was blonde with her hair back in a ponytail. She was wearing light blue scrubs and she had a fit, athletic body. She reached out and shook my hand.

"Today we have two students here that will be observing, unless you have an objection."

I didn't know what to say. The girls stood there waiting for me to reply, looking as serious and professional as they could.

“Well, I guess it’s ok.” I stammered.

The girls faces lit up.

“Good, let’s get started. Since this is your first visit, I believe in doing a complete skin exam before we look into your complaints. I’ll begin with your face and scalp. Girls, please have a seat.”

The girls took a seat not more than five feet away from me. Both of them watched intently as Dr. Richards went over my scalp and face and neck. I was looking right at the girls as this was going on and although I wanted to look elsewhere I couldn’t help looking into their eager eyes and wondering what they were thinking. Did they have any idea of what was coming? Would they be as embarrassed as I would be if what I thought was going to happen happened?

I tried to assess my feelings at the moment. I was feeling a bit disembodied, like I was watching from a distance. Although I was very embarrassed about what might be coming I was also feeling a strange sensation of submission or helplessness, which gave me a kind of euphoric feeling.

Dr. Richards looked over my arms next and then said,

“Okay, let’s have a look at your back. Please stand up and face the table.”

As I stood I thought about the fact that with the open gown the girls would have an unobstructed view of my bare backside. I think I blushed even more. When I was in position the doctor opened the gown further so my entire back was in view.

“First we take an overall view of the back area and then a closer look.”

Dr. Richards was sitting on the rolling stool at me side allowing Kathy and Becky an clear view of my naked backside. I couldn’t see their faces since I was facing away from them, but it was as if I could feel them looking at me and their silence gave me the feeling that they were paying close attention.

When Dr. Richards was finished inspecting my back she instructed me to turn around. When I did I was looking right at the two girls.

Once again I tried to imagine what they were thinking. My thoughts were filled with what was going to happen next. I didn’t have long to wait to find out.

“Ok Mr. Ryan, it’s time to have a look at the front half please remove your gown and place it on the table.
