Dr. Kalaivani assembled a team of experts to ensure Hanna received the best possible care. Leading the effort was Dr. Santosh Kaur, the Oncology Surgeon, with Dr. Kalaivani assisting as the Gynecologist. Dr. Pradnya Hanamshet would handle anesthesia, while Dr. Sameera Reddy would assist and learn from the experienced team. Dr. Leela Pundit, the General Physician, would oversee Hanna's overall health.

Before the surgery, Dr. Kalaivani counseled Hanna about the composition of the team and explained the importance of each member's role. With the team prepared, it was time for Hanna to undergo clinical evaluations by each doctor. Hanna was taken from cabin to cabin to meet each doctor who did a through examination. Ramesh was lucky that Hanna, as agreed earlier, requested kind Doctors to let Ramesh be by her side during her examinations, telling them that this would provide her much needed emotional strength.

First Doctor Hanna saw was Dr Santosh Kaur. .

**Dr. Santosh Kaur (Oncology Surgeon):**

Hanna entered Dr. Santosh Kaur's chamber, feeling a mixture of nerves and anticipation. Dr. Kaur, tall and imposing in her scrubs, had a heavy-looking stethoscope draped over her shoulders. Her authoritative presence was both reassuring and slightly intimidating.

"Hello, Hanna. I'm Dr. Santosh Kaur. I am a surgical consultant here. I handle Oncological cases, alongside others and that is my speciality. Let's begin with a thorough clinical examination to assess the extent of your condition," Dr. Kaur said with a firm yet gentle tone.

Can you please remove your top and bra and lie on the table. I want you to be undressed on upper body. You can also loosen you pants in case we want to take a look below there.

Ramesh was all the more excited to imagine that his friend Anna would have to now expose her chest and the examination that would follow. He had tension in his pants which he tried hard to hide. But Dr Santosh would have noticed it. She glanced but acted as if she did not see.

By this time Hanna had taken off her top and unhooked her bra. Dr Kaur did not bother to pull the curtain. The exam room was spartan with a steel examination table without a cushion. It was shiny. There was a similar table nearby with probing equipment on it. Me , Dr Kaur, Hanna and one other nurse Sindhu were in the exam room.

Dr Kaur, Hanna , please do it quickly. I take time to examine patients and I am getting late for OT. Please put your clothes on the chair and get on the table and lie down. Hanna was embarrassed beyond her expectation of such a rude wake up in a Government hospital. While she had agreed to Ramesh being in the exam room, she did not anticipate that Dr would ask her to strip like this with everyone seeing her. That was beyond her wildest imagination since she was from the US.

Reluctantly , with her heart throbbing wild, Hanna did as she was instructed. Ramesh was unable to control seeing Anna like this . He tried to look out but his mind pulled him again to Hanna’s beautiful upper body and perky nipples, which were now erect. Hanna tried to avoid eye contact with Ramesh and Doctor glancing through them couple of times.

Dr. Kaur began by palpating Hanna's abdomen, checking for any masses or unusual signs. Her hands moved skillfully, pressing and feeling for any abnormalities. Dr Kaur asked Hanna to take deep breaths while palpating deeply around the liver region. Hanna was asked to turn towards the doctor as Dr continued to examine her Spleen region. Then she was asked to turn away from the doctor as Dr examined the liver region again. Half naked Hanna was breathing heavily , being pulled between excitement and embarrassment. Dr Kaur also seems to have noticed this and probably was enjoying the scene.

"I'm going to perform a nearly full-body assessment to ensure we don't miss anything," Dr. Kaur explained. Ramesh could not hold on hearing this and he came out in his pants. The patient on the table was less lucky and emotions were building up in her and this predilection worsened the sweet pain that she was deeply enjoying.

Dr Kaur then proceeded to examine Hanna's breasts, palpating them carefully to check for any lumps or signs of spread. Hanna felt more embarrassed by the thoroughness of the exam, but Dr. Kaur's professionalism and focus put her in a confused state of mind. As Dr Kaur approached and palpated her areola , Hanna’s nipples started throbbing. Dr Kaur , just gave an evil smile to indicate that she understands Hanna’s situation but sadistically, would continue to probe Hanna further in front of her friend. She then proceeded to press Hanna's breast in a milking motion, trying to milk her nipples one by one. It was as if she was milking Hanna like a cow.

Next, Dr. Kaur ordered the nurse to prepare the proctoscope. "I will also need to perform a per-rectal examination and proctoscopy to check for any issues in the lower digestive tract," she explained.

Hanna, please turn the other way round and pull up your right leg near your chest in a left lateral examination position. Then we will repeat the exam with you on all 4s.

Dr Kaur, told Ramesh to move in front to provide emotional support for Hanna. Ramesh moved towards Hanna’s face. Hanna just smiled in embarrassment and closed her eyes.

The nurse prepared the proctoscope, and Dr. Kaur first inserted her lubricated finger in Hanna’s anus. Hanna let up a sigh. Then Dr Kaur turned her finger inside to palpate all the regions carefully. After that Dr Kaur conducted the proctoscopy by inserting the lubricated proctoscope in Hanna’s anus, inspecting the rectum for any abnormalities. Hanna felt uncomfortable but this was building to the experience she always wanted. Dr Kaur then pulled out the proctoscope and asked Hanna to get on all 4s and touch her head to the table. Hanna did as she was instructed. Dr Kaur repeated the proctoscopy, this time with a longer scope, causing more discomfort to Hanna. The probe was equipped with a pressure bulb which was used to fill air in rectum for better view. After the proctoscopy was done, Hanna was asked to get into supine position and allowed 2 minutes of rest to recover. By this time Hanna was dripping wet and as she turned her buttocks felt wet due to her own ejections. Dr Kaur did not care.

Hanna was now naked from her neck to the knees and in supine position. Ramesh was on her left side and the doctor was on her right.

Dr. Kaur then proceeded to auscultate Hanna's anterior chest, listening to her lung sounds with the stethoscope. "Please take deep breaths," she instructed, moving the stethoscope across Hanna's chest. Dr Kaur, had firm pressure applied on Hanna’s chest by diaphragm of her heavy Stethoscope. Hanna and Ramesh were left with no doubt , feeling in awe and in huge embarrassment for Hanna, the power of Dr Kaur over them. As Dr Kaur auscultated Hanna’s exposed chest side to side, firm , definitive dips and marks were seen on Hanna’s fair skin over her breast.. Dr Kaur’s stethoscope moved from near the neck through the nipple lines on both sides as well as adjacent areas. Hanna’s nipples began to throb more vigorously as the Stethoscope was being applied to her chest. Surely, she must have felt very submissive before Dr Kaur.

Afterwards, Dr. Kaur asked Hanna to sit up for second lung auscultation. She listened intently to the lung sounds from different angles, both from back and in front, ensuring there were no signs of distress. Hanna’s breast moved up and down in the heavy sigh she was taking and as Stethoscope pressed from the sides, and then middle, her breast changed shape and back again. She then asked Hanna to lie down with a 45-degree inclination to auscultate the heart. "I'll check your heart sounds in different positions," she explained.

Dr. Kaur carefully listened to Hanna's heart, both in the inclined and supine positions. As she ausculted Hanna’s heart, Dr Kaur remarked, on her tachycardia.. Fast beats and pounding,.. Are you scared Hanna.. Hanna just smiled nervously and nodded “No”. Finally, she auscultated Hanna's abdomen, checking for any unusual sounds or indications

Having completed her examination, Dr Kaur said to Hanna, “Ok Hanna,.. Get up and Get dressed. I have got a view of your health. You are ready to go under the knife tomorrow morning, I don’t see anything that should indicate otherwise”. I have not taken your Blood pressure but I will ask Dr Pradnya or Dr Leela to do that and report back to me.

**Dr. Kalaivani Gunasekaran (Gynecologist):**

Next, Hanna was called into Dr. Kalaivani's chamber. Dr. Kalaivani greeted her warmly, her presence radiating comfort and care.

"Hanna, we'll conduct a detailed pelvic examination again to understand your symptoms better. You please remove your pants and underwear and get on the table. Place you legs in the stirrups. I think since Dr Kaur has seen you in much detail, I will restrict myself to your pelvic exam only for today"

Dr. Kalaivani performed a thorough examination, checking for any signs of infection or abnormalities in the reproductive organs. She first inserted her gloved fingers in Hanna’s already super wet vagina and palpated her lower abdomen with her left hand. Then she proceeded to do a recto-vaginal examination with one finger in Hanna’s anus and one in her Vagina evaluating Hanna’s pelvic floor. Her experienced hands worked with precision, and she took the time to address any concerns Hanna had. She also addressed Ramesh as she explained every step she was doing to him, adding more to Hanna’s embarrassment.

"Hello, Hanna. I'll be your anesthesiologist during the surgery. Let's conduct a thorough examination to ensure your safety."

Dr. Hanamshet asked Hanna to lie down on the examination table. She carefully wrapped a blood pressure cuff around Hanna's arm, inflating it to take a supine blood pressure reading. "Relax and breathe normally," she instructed, noting the reading.

Next, she asked Hanna to sit up and took another blood pressure reading, this time in a seated position. "We want to check for any significant changes between the supine and sitting positions," Dr. Hanamshet explained, ensuring Hanna's vitals were stable.

Dr. Hanamshet then proceeded with a thorough oral cavity examination. "Please open your mouth wide," she requested, shining a light to inspect the mouth opening, palate position, and throat access. She gently examined Hanna's teeth, gums, and tongue, ensuring there were no obstructions or anomalies that could complicate intubation during anesthesia.

"Everything looks good so far," Dr. Hanamshet reassured Hanna. "Now, let's discuss any allergies to medications and your past surgical history."

Hanna shared that she had no known allergies and had never undergone major surgery before. Dr. Hanamshet meticulously recorded the information, ensuring all potential risks were accounted for.

Next, Dr. Hanamshet focused on the lung and cardiovascular examinations. Hanna, “Please remove your top and bra”... said Dr Hanamshet. Hanna, already having had an overdose of embarrassment at Dr Kaur’s office, gasped. She wondered mentally if every doctor was so through here or if every one just enjoyed embarrassing and humiliating her. She thought Ramesh is just getting his share of happiness as he stares at me while I am examined by doctors like a lab-specimen.

But there was no secret in the fact that Hanna was just enjoying what she was subjected to. It was her dream but she never imagined this intensity of it. Hanna had reluctantly removed her top and Bra. Ramesh ever willing to help, took those from Hanna , who was now on a stainless steel examination table . Door of the consultation room was slightly open and Dr Hanamshet was not concerned. It had a problem with proper latching.

Dr Hanamshet started the exam. She had Hanna sit up and listened to her back in multiple positions. Then she positioned the stethoscope on Hanna's anterior chest. "Please take deep breaths," she instructed, moving the stethoscope to different areas to listen for any abnormalities in lung sounds. She listened intently, her concentration evident as she ensured there were no signs of respiratory issues.

Satisfied with the lung examination, Dr. Hanamshet asked Hanna to lie back down with a slight incline. "I'll now check your heart sounds," she said, placing the stethoscope over Hanna's chest. She listened carefully to the heartbeats, checking for any irregularities or murmurs. Hanna was then asked to lie completely flat, and Dr. Hanamshet auscultated the heart in a supine position, ensuring a comprehensive assessment.

Dr. Hanamshet then proceeded to auscultate Hanna's abdomen, listening for bowel sounds and any unusual noises that could indicate underlying issues. Her thoroughness and attention to detail left no stone unturned.

The extent to which Hanna’s was enjoying her ordeal she was now in two minds and wishing to certain degree to not call off surgery at the last moment as Ramesh and she had decided earlier.

Finally, Hanna was seen by Dr. Leela Pundit, the General Physician. Dr. Pundit, with her fair complexion and traditional saree, exuded an air of authority and experience.

"Good afternoon, Hanna. I'll be overseeing your overall health during your stay. Let's start with a comprehensive physical examination."

Dr. Pundit checked Hanna's vital signs, listened to her heart and lungs, and conducted a full-body examination. She took note of any concerns and discussed Hanna's general health and well-being. Her thorough approach ensured that no aspect of Hanna's health was overlooked. Hanna felt like her aunt (mother’s sister) was doing the assessment. This was least embarrassing exam Hanna had for the day.

With each clinical evaluation completed, Hanna felt a mix of apprehension and reassurance. The dedicated team of doctors had meticulously examined her, and she knew she was in capable hands. As she prepared for the upcoming surgery, Hanna drew strength from the expertise and compassion of the medical team surrounding her. The plan was to decline and pull back at the last moment, but her kinky self was itching to go ahead and experience that first incision. She mentally thought it would be a pride to carry the scar mark of the surgery for reset of her life - her fulfillment

Hanna was guided to her bed in the General Ward by a compassionate nurse. It was already 5 PM, and the busy ward was filled with the hum of activity as patients and staff went about their routines. The nurse kindly informed Hanna that she would not be having dinner tonight in preparation for the surgery scheduled early the next morning.
