Annie crosses her arms, "Well, our patient was being very argumentative and uncooperative in a study he agreed to participate in. I am quite proud of my nurse for her creative thinking in getting her patient to cooperate. I am actually outraged that you would read such smut about attire my nurse was wearing, I have to say this Mr. Gregors sounds inappropriate and perverted and should be ashamed of himself.

"Ms. Willows, closing ones eyes while taking a rectal temperature reading is entirely inappropriate, how do we even know Angela placed the thermometer at an appropriate angle or depth?"

"Michael, my nurse has taken hundreds of rectal temperatures on grown men just like you, if she says she can take a temperature rectally without looking she can."

Mike Wells pounds each number on his phone while glaring at Annie Willows and waits for an answer, "Hi, Cal, it's me. No, no, no, I don't want to withdrawal any nurses from the study participation. It's just that, well Annie strongly feels that she needs to be included since she is part of our nursing staff, albeit the head nurse. Annie scoffs, if you try to terminate me I will sue you for wrongful termination."

Mike Wells laughs, "that is why I refuse to have you sign any documents Cal Lukens sends you. The condition to you not cooperating in his study is me dismissing you. By you signing his documents you are subjecting yourself to risk of termination, not me. Annie, like it or not we need Cal's business. If we don't do this study our hospital will bankrupt inside three months. Make your choice. Cal will fax you consent forms sign them or don't."
