Skip to the present day. Head nurse Willows walks through grocery in her small town of Midview with an ultimate confidence. Many of her grocery servants have frequented Mercy Hospital and she takes immense pride in remembering every face and behind. She inquires about the freshness of her veggies on a weekly basis from produce manager Aaron Evers. He is her favorite, he almost died in the emergency room and after the medical staff saved his life he became unusually cooperative from then on. Katie and Billy the cashiers although in their early to mid twenties still have also had more than their fair share of health bouts and also had the indignity of dropping trou in front of the strict nurse.

Annie did enjoy all her demoralizing duties from stripping a car accident victim naked or over exposing a nervous patient's bare rear end for an injection, but her favorite pasttime was having her male or female victim drop their pants and point their glorious bare behind to her and the Lord above. For most of her career, Annie had struggled to gain compliance from patients, that all changed when her red-haired angel princess arrived on the scene. Men and women were baring themselves left and right for the very fortunate honor of having a delightful engagement with Miss Nurse Angela.

Of course, Angela couldn't be everywhere at once, and Annie was more than happy to ride the coattails of obedience her loyal nurse servant left at her feet. All the time patients asked, "where is my nurse, Angela, when will she be back?" Doesn't matter how hard of an egg they were to crack, each patient had to submit to Annie's instructions because she had written documents proving the patient agreed to be cooperative under Angela's care. Nine times out of ten Annie could get a patient to submit to an uncomfortable or embarrassing exam or injection simply with the her scribbling on a pad, "Miss Nurse Angela won't be happy about this!"

Teddy, the 35 year old jock, her first shared patient with Angela, a very cherished memory. That rude college cheerleader who fell hard had her naked rear end flashed on an hourly basis was also another favorite of Annie's but her favorite by far was Pastor Green. Pastor Green was a very feared spiritual leader who had been very healthy in his 75 years and absolutely refused to be hospitalized under any circumstances much to the dismay of Nurse Willows.

Truth be told the two had a complicated history together. She attended St. Mary's highschool when Pastor Green briefly replaced a principal who was on leave due to a death in the family. The previous principals never considered corporal punishment under any circumstances, but Pastor Green had spoken to Annie's father about her bullying of other girls and suggested if he were him he would take that young lady over his knee.

Annie's father was terrified of his daughter and also his wife and confessed this to the pastor. In a very formative day in her life, the 18 year old pushed the boundaries and made a critical error in judgment. Annie, always having to know everyone's business targeted a freshman girl, Leah, who recently started her period and Annie found her hygiene to be subpar. For weeks Annie was content spreading gossip with girls around the lockerroom, but when Annie decided to speak about the matter in front of teachers and the boys things came to an end rather quickly.

Pastor Green was outraged at all the sinful gossip and wanted to take that young woman down a peg once and for all. Green wasted no time in calling Annie and Annie's parents in and even had witnesses and undeniable proof of her behavior and reports of poor Leah threatening to hurt herself. Even Mrs. Willows, who was a big fan of gossip, was appalled at how far her daughter had taken matters. Pastor Green suggested expulsion, but Mrs. Willows demanded since her daughter was about to graduate and go to a university on scholarship another option had to be on the table.

Pastor Green asked everyone to leave except the two parents, including Annie and presented his alternative. Mrs. Willows gasped, "but she is a woman and that is sexual assault. How could you even suggest such a thing? Eighteen licks on her bare bottom with a paddle, this is just outrageous!

Pastor Green sat quietly and thoughtfully and concluded he could be merciful and compromise... 10 licks on her underwear and both parents could be present to make sure nothing unsavory was being done. Mrs. Willows reluctantly agreed and immediately regretted it after the deed was done, as did Annie herself. The echos of the horrible whacks of the paddle and screams of the young woman filled the school. By the 6th paddle Annie had reached back to pull up her sagging large panties as the pastor yelled for her to keep he hands to the side. By the 9th lick Annie lost all control of her tears and bladder. Pastor Green admired his work as he saw the upper quadrant of her bare behind painfully red and offered another mercy and spared Annie her last swat.

You can't imagine Annie's delight when she found out Pastor Green vomited and passed out during his mass. He was in and out of consciousness on the ambulance ride over and made a valiant effort to pray to God not to let him go to the hospital. All of Annie's nursing staff tried to hold down the beligerent man down and convince him he legitimately needed to stay. All women were relatively strong and had extra weight to push back but none of that could stand up to the fierce fear of a God-fearing man.

The nurses all reported to chief of staff they had a level 5 combative patient to which he blurted out in exasperation, "Then why didn't you just let Angela handle him???'
