"Alright, Alex, you're doing great so far", Dr Glenn said as he placed the specimen swab in a sealed vial for testing. "Were just about done with your exam, I just need to finish up with a physical performance exam. Alex wasn't sure what the doctor meant by that, he recalled at his previous exam having to do a few exercises and surmised that he was going to have to do that again. To his surprise, however, Dr. Glenn removed an item from his cabinet that Alex seemed to recognize....a penis pump. "This doesnt make any sense" Alex thought to himself, nor could he imagine what medical purpose a penis pump would serve in this situation. "I'm going to examine your erectile stamina, Alex." "Yes, Doctor" Alex said, still confused as to what the doctor had planned. "Since your erection is so intense, I'm going to check your blood pressure just as a baseline for further exams. Instinctively, Alex held out his right arm, waiting for the doctor to apply the cuff. "Ok Alex just relax" Dr Glenn said as he firmly placed his stethoscope against the vascular base of Alex's penis. As Dr Glenn began to inflate the cuff, Alex observed his penis strain against the velcro cuff, with each pump of the bulb stretching the material further and further. Dr Glenn was focused as he continued to assess blood flow, slowly increasing the pressure while observing the gauge as Alex's erection resisted each squeeze of the bulb. Alex could feel the discomfort grow as he watch the head of his penis swell and change color to a deep purple as blood flooded into the tissue. "210/140 Alex" Dr Glenn said as he released the pressure and removed the cuff from Alex's pulsing erection. "Very healthy blood flow young man".
