Chapter 6 – Jason Meets Betty

Jason opened his eyes sleepily, the light from the morning sun filtered through the curtains, but it wasn’t the sunlight that made him wake up. He could faintly hear voices floating through the closed door, two women chatting animatedly somewhere in the hall. As his senses sharpened, he recognized one as Aunt Alice’s warm, familiar voice. The new voice sounded British very cheerful and excited. Maybe this is the Betty, person his aunt had murmured about yesterday he thought groggily.

“Betty, I’m so happy you’re here I can’t thank you enough for coming so quickly,” Alice said warmly. “You’re truly the only one I know can trust to work on Jason. “Oh, Alice, you know how much I love challenging dental work,” Betty replied, her tone lighthearted. “I’m honestly beyond excited. I never expected your call last night would lead to such a wonderful surprise consult on your nephews’ teeth, as you can see, I’m incredibly excited in more ways than one. He sounds like such a sweet boy the perfect kind of patient I can enjoy in all the ways I like.”

Alice chuckled. “I know I promised you can play with him, I know he will love your outfit you look stunning by the way; he has a thing for mature woman in medical uniforms so your dressed perfectly.” “OH Alice, you think so I tried to pick an alluring one” Betty giggled. “I love being able to play with a cute boy like him”. Alice chuckled again. “I promise you can have some fun, but I won’t let you get too carried away Betty. He’s still my nephew and I get him first. However, since he needs so much work you will get a free hand to do lots, but you need to promise to be gentle at first after all, my darling boy is still very inexperienced.

Betty’s laughter rang through the hallway. “Ohh I love the inexperienced ones they are always the most sweet and tender lovers. So, where is my darling patient hiding ?”

Alice lowered her voice slightly, as if to keep the conversation discreet. “He’s in my patient room, restrained and sedated I put him in the patient restrain jacket that I borrowed from Nancy, and gave him a full anal night treatment with suppository and diaper. I’m pretty sure he will still be agitated so thought it was for the best to keep him sedated. He’ll wake up soon, but we should have lots of time to go over his X-rays together before you see him so we can figure out the next phase of treatment you would like to tackle.”

Betty’s tone softened as well. “Wow you gave him a fully anal night treatment already Alice and put him in a restraint jacket. I surprised normally that is only for your experienced patients or the ones who make you mad. Alice was silent and Jason strained to make out the next part. “Remember what I said last night.” “OH yes so you are concerned” “Yes, I don’t want to get………….I won’t…….let that happen so I……won’t let…….........know about……as it would……” But come Betty lets move away from here and talk more in my office” Jason was not able to catch more as he could not keep his eyes open anymore as sleep consumed him again.

Later, in Alice’s Office:

Jason stirred again; awoken by a small sound he could faintly hear voices floating through an air vent on the wall. The voices were closer now, more distinct, and the snippets he was catching were all about his teeth making Jason’s stomach twist with concern, but his mind couldn’t quite keep up with everything.

"I swear, Alice," Betty was saying with a laugh, "you've truly got a knack for finding the best hidden patients. I could never hope to just find such a cute young man who has a medical fetish and enjoys mature woman and needs all this. You examined him and now look! Root canals, crowns, wisdom teeth... you're practically rebuilding his mouth." “I know it was a bug surprise for me as well but keep looking he will be awake soon.”

“Yes, so Alice did you see this tooth?” Betty must have been gesturing to the X-rays. “Tooth #19 is a mess look at this dark section on the roots maybe a root canal but look here ……….” Yes, sadly I had to……….and extra…….19………it was……….extremely bad….….infection…. and extraction went smoothly."

“Wonderful I would have recommend the same it’s a waste to drill a tooth…….beyond saving” “If…….Alice I can…….new tooth coming up” But getting back to my fun look at #30………? Yikes. It’s calling my name." "So far it looks like he needs several root canals and has several…….cavities to……….fil……….Alice.”

"We'll need to prepare for the root canals and fillings... ensure we…..right…….....I brought….." Think……hand………….place……after?” “Of course, I…….some……”Betty's voice faded out again as they moved. Betty leaned closer to the X-rays. “Tooth #23 looks the same. And... wait a second, Alice, did you see this?” There voices grow strong as they came closer again. “What are you looking at?” Alice asked, peering over Betty’s shoulder.

“Tooth #12,” Betty said, pointing. “There’s a concerning shadow here it might be the start of a cavity or maybe something more. I’d like to examine that one closely, if your alright with it, I want to drill into it to check if it’s fine we can fill and do the cavity filling if it turns out to be normal.”

Alice frowned thoughtfully. “Hmm do you think it’s truly more than just a cavity Betty? “I’m not sure I saw something similar, and it turned bad compete lose of multiple teeth for the patient, so I want to be sure” “I trust your judgment Betty and ill add it to the list. Anything……….”

Jason's eyelids grew heavy again as he lost the conversation it was a meaningless distant hum, he must have drifted back to sleep, but it sounded like he was in for lots of dental work coming up.

Later, Jason awoke again to the sound of Betty and Alice still discussing his dental X-rays he truly did not know if he had drifted asleep for 10 minutes or 2 hours.

"These X-rays really do tell a story no wonder………….” Betty said, the words sharp and focused. "There’s a lot going on here. Definitely some deep-rooted…….in…… ….possibly more extractions if…….….compromised."

" I want to get a closer look………Tooth #17………Too...….2. Those wis….teeth are practically begging to come out," Betty quipped, her tone brimming with anticipation. "Did you use….old X-ray……...for these?"

"Of course," Alice replied, pride creeping into her voice. "It’s vintage……gets…...job done. You’ve brought…….supplies, right?"

"Naturally. I never travel………….favorite tools," Betty said with a grin in her voice. "Though, judging by…….images, I’ll need…….in the chair to confirm. Your…….nephew……….ride in the chair Alice” "But I’m thinking we might need to take a closer look at these molars, here. We can’t risk an infection spreading." Alice's voice softened. "I know he’s going to be………………………………. he’s comfortable. You know me, but did you bring…………………. may be necessary……….”

Jason sighed looking up at the ceiling and saw a camera. He guess his aunt kept an eye on her patients his way. He tried to make sense of the snippets of conversation he heard but it was all to much wisdom teeth surgeries? He could feel his mouth ache even at the thought of it all. He had agreed to his aunt’s conditions, but he still he felt so nervous at what was coming. He sighed softly letting his heavy eyes drift close again as he drifted to sleep. As the low voices in the other room continued to murmur. He ideally wondered what this Betty person was like and what kind of dentist she would be, and would she be sweet and kind to him as she worked on his teeth.

(Fully Awake)

Jason stirred awake, he felt a gentle hand touching his cheek his mind and body still groggy from the sedatives, slowly he opened his eyes blinking as the room came into focus. First, he saw his Aunt Alice sitting beside the bed, dressed in her tight white nurse's dress with white stockings. Her blonde hair in a neat bun, as she stroked his sleepy face with a warm smile.

He realized they were not alone. Next to her stood another woman he didn’t recognize. She wore a rather cute blue nurse's uniform dress, distinctly British in styling, with white piping along the collar and cuffs. A crisp white apron was tied neatly around her waist, and her shapely legs were clad in sleek black stockings that ended at black wedge heels. She looked about his aunt’s age, but it was hard to judge correctly. She was a Latina with rich light brown skin that glows in the sun so maybe she was younger.

She had shoulder-length jet black hair tied into a long ponytail that swished down her back, and a very pretty face that was soft and inviting, with deep brown eyes and a mischievous excited smile. She was much shorter, than his aunt 5’8 perhaps 5’4”, and carried a more curvy, fuller figure. Her short height only added to her sexy beauty showing off her nurse’s outfit and incredible breasts that looked like they were at least 38 double D’s.

“Good morning, sweetheart,” Alice said drawing his attention back to her. He blushed suddenly realizing he must have been staring at the other woman for a while. “I didn’t want to let you sleep any later as we need talk, about what we are going to do today now that your sedatives have completely worn off.”

Betty looked extra happy no doubt from the attention she was receiving, and smiled, leaning down toward him. “Hello there, Jason,” she said warmly, her soft British accent tilting pleasantly. “I’m Betty. Alice invited me over to help her with your dental work. She’s told me so much about you, and what a sweet kind young man you are. I’m so happy to meet you and thrilled you like my nurse’s outfit. Alice told me you enjoy seeing a full figured woman in medical wear, so I dressed appropriately with that in mind.”

Jason admitted she did look very stunning in her blue nurse’s dress. As he tired to move on the bed, he realized his legs were restrained and was suddenly reminded of everything that had happened last night. The though of what his aunt had done to him and everything he confessed made him blush and fidget slightly. This made him aware of the soggy diaper he was wearing and the smell coming from it, a situation that only made the embarrassment worse.

Alice smiled broadened as she watch her nephew shifting uncomfortable no doubt from the full diaper, the results of the suppositories she had given him last night. “Please don’t be embarrassed sweetheart” she said, her tone soothing. “We know you’re not fully awake yet and it’s a lot, but you’ve been such a good patient sweetheart. We just need to have a little talk about what work we will be doing on your teeth today, okay?”

Betty nodded, her pretty face lighting up with an animated smile. “That’s right we’ve gone over your X-rays together while you slept, and there’s quite a bit of work to be done. But we wanted to talk and see how your going to handle it. Your Aunt has already explained to me some of your interests, but I also know you have had poor experiences with dentists in the past, and you tend to get very agitated and nervous during procedures.”

If you can stay calm, we can clean you up remove the diaper and maybe the restraints. However,” she added, her tone soft but firm, “if you feel like it’s all going to be too much to handle then we will adjust things accordingly for everyone’s safety.”

Jason’s head spun as he tried to keep up with their words. “What… what are you planning to do to me?” he asked, his voice groggy and dry from disuse.

Alice leaned forward to meet his eyes, “We’re going do a few procedures today. There are some cavities that need filling, and Betty here is going work on those bad root canals. She will also do a complete examination on your mouth, so she has a better idea of how your wisdom teeth are doing.”

“However, Jason remembers what we talked about yesterday. I will do anything I see fit to you, and you agreed so this is going to happen either way. She said the last part in her commanding tone and than gave an interesting look to Betty as she said the next part “it’s interesting and fun either way for both of us” but as she said his she placed a hand on his crotch, it will be much more fun for you and us if you can try and be clam that way we can help take your mind off the difficult parts.”

Betty chimed in again, her voice silky smooth, “ we can make things very enjoyable for you. But we need to know if you’re going to cooperating so we can help you without making things harder for yourself or for us.”

Jason hesitated, his cheeks flushing again as he glanced down at the restraint garment he was wearing. The fact that he was wearing a full diaper, and that his aunt’s hand was resting on his crotch in front of Betty.

“Ahh sorry Aunt Alice I’m still a little groggy are you’re saying that Betty knows everything…I mean…that…ahh…that…I?”

Alice reached out with her other hand touching his face gently. “Take a deep breath, sweetheart don’t panic. Yes, Betty knows about your confession and what I do here.” “We are very old dear friends, and Betty actually introduced me into this after I retired.” “I told her all about you and your very sweet confession to me and how you agreed to stay with me and let me take care of you.” Jason felt his face burning from embarrassment that Betty had been told his entire confession.

“The..the…whole thing” he squeak. Alice and Betty both laughed sweetly. “Ohh Alice” Betty said squealing in girlish delight. “He is just too cute you must let me borrow him for a while” “I would make sure he was taken care of in everyway’ The last part she looked at him and licked her lips with hungry smoldering eyes “Now now Betty don’t overwhelm my poor nephew yet lets start slow ok”

Alice then smiled giving Betty a look. “Jason we are going to get a few things ready and then come back in a few minutes ok” “Please just lay back and give yourself time to wake up fully and think about things.” He nodded his head slowly and lay back down on the pillow while Betty and Alice each gave him each a small kiss on lips. As Betty kissed his cheek, he smelled oranges, and she gave him a tiny bit of tongue with her kiss. Then both chuckling sweetly as they went out the door.

Jason closed his eyes trying to come to terms with everything it seemed as soon as he learned one new thing about his Aunt Alice something else got thrown in to make things feel muddled again. How decided to try and be ok with things as they were, and to ask a few key questions and hopefully get out of his diaper which smelled unpleasant, as he could feel how wet he was under the rubber pants.

“Aunt Alice” he called out after a few minutes had passed. He heard voices then the clack of a high heeled shoes coming down the hall. Betty was the one who came in. “Your aunt is just getting the bathroom ready so we can clean you up. Have you had a chance to think and decide?” She said smiling eagerly.

Jason took a breath “Yes Betty I…I its still its…a lot and you know everything it’s” He then blushed again making Betty smiling even more at just how adorably he was acting. “It’s embarrassing but I’m not going to fight you two.” I won’t lie I’m really nervous about everything the root canals and the other stuff…’ He shuddered but then he shock his head. Missing the look of sexual excitement and anticipation on Betty’s face as she watch him. She had already made up her mind she was going to borrow him soon as he she could, he was just too cute, and his reactions were so adorable. “I will try and be calm but to start can I please get untied and out of his diaper and into some cloths please.” “Than can I have something to eat I’m really hungry.”

Betty smiled warmly “Yes Jason you can get out of the diaper. For the restraints we will have to see based on your possible agitation you feel for procedures I’m not sure that we can allow that, she smiled hungrily but we can certainly get you naked and clean you up to start.”

Jason nodded his head in understanding as he flexed his fingers slightly, in the rubber restraint garment, and the feeling of the diaper was uncomfortable and strange. His body ached for normalcy a chance to shower, to eat real food, to feel like himself again. But there was still the other part of this situation. He knew his teeth needed work. He couldn’t ignore that fact, he’d been feeling it for months and it needed to be taken care of.

He then watch as Betty went and began pulling some items from a glass cabinet. For a woman in her possible mid sixties? she was again extremely attractive. Her short, curvy frame showed off her breasts and her butt looked amazing. He saw the light catch off her black stockings and wondered if they were hold ups or if she was wearing a garter belt with clips or maybe they were pantyhose. Betty finished putting some items on the cart and walked back over, he honestly had not paid attention till he heard the familiar click of heels on the wood floor, and his Aunt Alice reappeared. “Well Betty what did our cute patient say.” Betty smiled and turned “He told me he feels rather embarrassed I know all about his confessions, but he would like to get cleaned up and wants to try and be calm. He was honest with me that all the work his teeth need makes him feel rather agitated.

Alice came over and smiled at Jason as she took down the sides of the bed. “I figured you didn’t expect me to tell Betty everything, but she is a very close friend, and we don’t keep secrets, and we share everything.” “I also know your very nervous about your dental work and what to expect. Its ok my love for now we will clean you up I’m going to keep you in the restrain garment for now.” She smiled almost too happily as she said that. “If you’re a good boy while we clean you then we can see about changing it out for something else.

Jason nodded, though his cheeks burned with embarrassment. “Ok I guess that’s ok but… please, I really need to get out of this diaper and get cleaned up.” “I also promise If you take his off……I will let you restrain me in the dental chair alright” But you need to promise to not hurt me like you did yesterday when you poked that tooth it really hurt.

Betty clapped her hands together, her face lighting up with excitement. “Oh, Alice he is just perfect I know he would agree isn’t this wonderful, Alice? He’s being such a good boy now! I promise I will be very gentle with you Jason.” Betty said smiling excitedly.

Aunt Alice beamed, as she leaned down to stroke his hair affectionately. “We’re so proud of you, sweetheart. Now don’t you worry, we’ll make sure this is as pleasant as possible for you. But first…” Her smile softened into something more maternal. “It seems you’ve had an accident in your diaper and need to get changed.”

Jason’s face flushed a deeper red. “I… I can take care of that myself,” he muttered, squirming slightly in the restraints.

Both women exchanged amused glances before bursting into laughter. Betty stepped forward and bent down giving Jason a swell of breast to look at in front of his face. “OH no, my dear boy. You’ve been through a lot, and you’re still weak from the sedatives and lack of food. Besides, we’re both mature women trust us, we’ve seen it all before. We were both nurses! Jason opened his mouth to protest but quickly closed it, realizing it was pointless. Aunt Alice and Betty moved to medical cart she had been setting items on, and Betty unfurled a heavy duty green surgical gown that had splash protection on the front and sleeves. “Betty would you be a dear I want to make his special for Jason” Jason then heard whispering between the two women. “Haha ok but I get to do stuff after you promise” Aunt Alice smiled, “Yes Betty you know we share everything and I’m sure are darling patient will be happy to oblige” Betty then held up the gown and Jason heard the sound of fabric rustling, and then Betty dropped the gown lower helping Alice put her arms through. Alice did the same for Betty together they pulled on long green latex aprons the sound of latex stretching into place made Jason feel aroused. The combo of both women in tight medical clothing truly gave prominence to both there impressive chests and despite the situation and diaper he felt himself getting extremely turned on and hard at seeing these two mature beautiful women in matching surgical gowns and latex aprons, lastly, they pulled on thick yellow latex gloves and rubber boots and came to the bed.

“Now, we’re going to make sure you’re nice and clean,” they said in unison. “It won’t take long, and you will feel much better after Jason” Betty said. Aunt Alice walked over to his bedside and began undoing the restraints on his legs. “He we go,” she murmured. “Nice and easy.”

Betty stepped to the side of the bed and, together they helped lift him in the restraint garment out of the bed. Jason surprisingly felt his legs buckle as he was set down not realizing how weak he was. Both women reached under his arms, supporting him as he wobbled on his feet. “We are going to take it nice and slow; lover ok just lean on us.” Jason nodded shifting uncomfortably, the crinkling of the diaper and rubber pants a constant reminder.

“Careful now,” Aunt Alice said, steadying him. “You’ve been lying down for quite some time. Jason looked down, utterly mortified as the diaper sagged below him. “This is so embarrassing,” he muttered.

Betty chuckled, gently massaging his back. “Oh, don’t be silly it’s nothing to be embarrassed about.

Together, they guided him toward the bathroom, their voices light and encouraging as they reassured him every step of the way. Though Jason’s cheeks burned with embarrassment, he couldn’t help but feel a small sense of relief. At least he was finally going to get out of his diaper. He did worry just exactly how much they were going to help clean him, but he was pretty sure he already knew the answer.
