Chapter 4 - Jason’s Confession

“Alright let’s get you upright my darling” The chair whirled to life bring Jason upright again. His mouth still felt very full and foreign, but the numbness was starting to slowly dissipate. The hazy feeling was now receding as his aunt removed the nasal mask.

Aunt Alice put the nasal mask back turned off the anesthesia machine, and stepped back, removing her surgical mask slowly. Her surgical cap followed, revealing her blonde and grey hair still in a messy bun.

Jason watched captivated by her beauty. He had always thought his Aunt Alice was an incredibly striking and sexy woman, even in her later years. She was undeniably attractive, her curvy figure, and triple D breasts that accented her blue surgical gown. Jason looked up at his aunt as she sat astride him, knowing his was a moment that would only happen once, and nodded ready to hear what his aunt had to say.

(Aunt Alice’s Conditions)

“First: you are now my patient Jason and I’m your Dentist & Doctor.”

“Second: You will be living with me from now on, till I say otherwise.”

“Third: You will undergo any kind of medical or surgical procedure, I deem for you. Regardless if you agree to it, or if it seems too extreme!”

“Fourth: You will submit and obey me completely allowing me to drug, restrain and care for sexually and physically in any manner I see fit.”

“Fifth: (This part will sound harsh)…….If you don’t agree to all my conditions then that is it my darling nephew. It will be over forever I will untie you, and you will leave once the nitrous gas is out of your system. I will then arrange for a normal dentist to look after your teeth, and we will go back to how we were before as a normal Aunt and Nephew relationship. But we will never and I mean never speak about any of these things ever again.”

Jason was stunned and must have looked rather wide eyed and shocked at his aunts list of conditions. Her sudden change in tone and language was surprising. She had changed into a dominating woman who now breathed mature sexual power. The demands she set were so extreme and dizzying to comprehend.

She smiled sadly but with a loving warmth, “I know it seems extremely harsh darling, but we are family and your so important to me so if you want everything you confessed then you have to make a massive leap of faith, and submit to me in every way, even in ways you don’t yet fully understand!”

She then sat on the stool “ok Jason you can now answer” as she looked at him with a calm focused look. He cleared his throat to speak but ending up having a dry coughing fit Alice smiled amusingly. “Apologies Jason let me get you a little water”. A tap could be heard running behind him then she returned with a small paper cup of water with a paper straw. Jason took a long drink the cooling water soothed his dry throat. He saw that his Aunt Alice while trying to look calm was nearly vibrating with agitation and concern. As she waited for his answer, she nervously played with the empty water cup.

Jason looked at his Aunt Alice, he had always loved her and thought she was just the most beautiful woman. The question was did he have the courage to take a leap of faith like this? He took a breath looking straight at his Aunt Alice’s beautiful strained quivering face “Aunt Alice…………..I will agree to all your conditions” he took another breath “I will submit to you completely and allow you to do anything you want to me” he took a final shaky breath, and in a rush said “Including having you restrain, drug and perform medical or surgical procedures on me. Even if I get scared and try and fight you since I may not want them” He said the last part in a quiet whisper”

He realized he had closed his eyes as he whispered the last part as he sat trembling in the dental chair. As he opened his eyes slowly and looked at his Aunt Alice her face was glowing a look of joyful rapture was painted on her face, her blue eyes were sparkling with happiness and other emotions he could not read.

“Ohh my darling Jason……thank you.” “I know you’re really scared and it’s so much to agree to when you have so many unanswered questions about me and what I do. But I promise you won’t regret submitting to me my darling love” She tenderly kissed him on the lips and stroked his chin gently with her latex gloved hand.

Her eyes then turned serious like, the dominate medical professional was returning. She rose from the stool turning toward a counter in the corner of the room. “You’ve had quite the day,” she said. “You’ve been an incredible patient, and agreed to all my conditions, but I think you could use something more filling to drink.” She said pulling off her latex gloves, and surgical gown as she left, Jason closed his eye taking a moment to just reflect on everything.

He could feel all the of emotions from what felt like hours of talking hit him, but he knew it had only been a few minutes. His eyelids felt heavy, as he slumped back in the dental chair feeling emotionally and physically spent. He heard his aunt moving and heard the sound of a glass being filled. His thoughts felt slow and empty after his confession his mind still swirled with more and more questions. He struggled to keep himself focused but he felt drained.

This Aunt Alice returned a few minutes later,

holding a tall glass of green colour juice with a straw sticking out. She sat down setting the glass gently on the tray. She then picked it up offering it to him. “This drink will help you feel nice and relaxed. It has some special ingredients that you must drink to finalize your agreeing to my terms.” Her voice still warm had the undertone of a command in the last part.

She held up the drink and guided his lips to the straw. He began drinking down the green juice noting its strange flavour. He looked up questioningly at his aunt as he drank it down, but she simply smiled without giving anything away. It seemed his was the last part of the agreement to drink or eat anything she offered regardless of what it would do to him, and to simply trust her completely.

As the he drank the cool green juice down, his throat started to get strangely numb as he drank. The Juice seemed to calm his racing thoughts, and he no longer had any concern about his questions. But it started making him feel like he wanted to be loved and cared for like when he was a child again. He started to feel rather relaxed feeling a smile happy start to play on his lips as he finished the green juice.

His aunt gave his cheek another tender kiss as she took the straw out of his mouth. “That was very good my darling boy. you’re going to start feeling extremely happy and silly I’m afraid.” “You have been such a good patient today,” Aunt Alice continued, her voice filled with happiness and love as she observed him. “You agreed to all my conditions without question and I’m so happy you have decided to trust me completely. However, it’s now time for you to get some rest. You have had a very emotional and physically tiring day. So, let’s get you settled in your room, alright sweetheart?

Jason nodded slowly, still smiling and feeling almost embarrassed but he couldn’t really piece coherent thoughts together or be concerned. He felt slow and heavy, as if his limbs were weighted down by stones. His head started to feel fuzzy and it was hard to keep it upright.

Aunt Alice’s voice tender and soothing was there as she undid the restrains. “Let’s get you nice and comfy in your room. You’ll  need to rest up so we can continue working on your teeth tomorrow. You’ve got a lot more in store my darling sadly not all fun or painless, but I promise your in safe loving hands”. She helped him rise from the dental chair, steadying him with a soft, maternal touch. Jason barely registered the motion, but the warmth of her touch was comforting, and he felt no concerns and just knew his aunt would take care of him.

They walk slowly toward the door, Jason’s eyes fluttered, his body heavy with exhaustion. His head fuzzy, and he rested it on her chest. She gentle ruffled his hair and cooed sweetly. She smelled so good and was so warmth. The feeling was odd, but very comforting he know that he needed her close. “That’s it my darling snuggle close to your aunty she will take care of you.”

His Aunt Alice guided him slowly up the stairs, her arms supporting him with an unexpected strength. The world around him felt distant, as he stumbled up the stairs in a blur. He felt as though he was slowly floating, away from his body, yet comforted and happy in his aunt’s warm embrace. He opened his eyes again and saw they were suddenly now on the second floor. The hallway stretched before them, dimly lit, the faint scent of antiseptic lingering in the air. Jason’s vision was clouding more and more with each step.

She led him to a room at the end of the hall, the door opening softly. Jason stepped inside, his head foggy and vision blurry, as he tried to make sense of the room before him. As his aunt gently closed and locked the door with a loud snap. “Now let’s get you comfy for your sleep my darling patient” As his aunt came towards him Jason smiled happily and laid his head on his aunt’s breast as she kissed him tenderly.
